Products are great but customer service is severely lacking. They acted like helping us was a chore and this is not the first time. But this will be the last time.

Unhelpful Horrible Staff. Race plays a HUGE factor in how you are treated. I I will never shop here again!

This place was a nightmare. No one greeting us or even trying to help. Rude when asked about treats and behind the counter with mask hanging below her nose. Not worth it.

We love PolkaDog! Amazing local establishment with good, handmade dog treats. It’s like a candy store for canines! They also sell some larger food options, accessories such as collars and leashes and cute little birthday items. Staff are always so sweet and kind

Great selection and helpful staff

We love Polkadog products but found the service much friendlier at the Jamaica Plain location. We didn’t even get a greeting when we walked in and there was only one other customer there. I wanted to ask some questions about the products and stood around waiting for one employee to finish chatting but gave up and then had to find one that was crouched behind the counter. Same story while checking out. Had to wait and practically jump up and down to get someone’s attention. Guess we’re not the right kind of clientele for this fancy location...

Quality of the product is amazing. My pups enjoyed everything I got from here. Staff were helpful and helped me pick just the right treat for my picky great dane. She is rocking their adorable bowtie. My Rottweiler is obsessed with dried fish skin. I will definitely come back!

We loved Polka Dog when we lived in Boston. Our little dog knew the way to the location we lived near and would actually walk us there - that’s how much she’s a fan of their treats. Since moving to Philly, that love still continues. And thankfully we can buy some Polka Dog treats at local pet stores like Doggie Style Pets. But for her biggest obsession - the duck wraps and fruit roll ups - we still rely on Polka Dog Delivery. It’s such a good experience too - quick shipping, always well packed. If you love to spoil your little furry family members, I highly recommend Polka Dog!

Best dog treats for Birthday's

I’m not sure who loves going in here more - me or my dog! I love that they have so many health treats, adorable accessories, and awesome toys. My dog loves everything about this place. He gets excited when we’re outside and he can smell the place, so if course there’s absolutely no walking past it. He gets SO spoiled when we go in, from cookie samples to pets. Bonus is that there’s a dog park super close by!

This is my favorite dog store in Boston. It has a great selection of treats (many homemade), clothing and toys. My dog is addicted to the no-hide chews.

Cute dog bakery. They have a huge selection on dog food, treats, toys, leashes, etc. I believe they even have some cat food. I love walking my dog here to treat her to something nice. Its a step up from Unleashed by PetCo (although nothing wrong with their treats.) Jessie loved her small birthday treat from Polkadog Bakery recently. ????

Above and beyond quality products. Above and beyond friendly staff. Every time I visit Home it’s one of my first stops . Nothing like this place exists in Miami , wish it did! I Can’t say enough superb things about Polka Dog :)
