Doggie Depot has transformed my scared puppy into a confident little guy! The daycare staff are fantastic and I know I'm leaving him in great hands.

We absolutely love the Depot. We have been using them since we moved to Beverly a few years back and have had nothing but positive things to say. The workers are great and our dogs come back tired and happy ! We have also used them for boarding and will continue to do so moving forward. What a relief to have such a trustworthy place for our pups!

We LOVE the Doggie Depot! From the Play yard staff, to the play group staff, the groomers and the owners, we have always had an incredible experience there. We know that if we cannot be with our furry family member during the day then he will always be in good hands with this team!

I just wanted to say Doggie Depot is extremely professional, reliable and amazing with my dog. My dog has been going since she was three months. She loved the puppy, small dog groups at the Beverly Farms site. The staff were extremely caring with all dogs and very helpful giving me tips on my puppy. Now my dog is at the age where she gets picked by by a staff and off she goes to play with other dogs for four hours. It makes me very happy to see how excited she gets when she sees the van pull up. As soon as the staff open the door, off she goes wagging her tail, The owner and his wife are extreme professional and very kind when responding back to me. I am extremely pleased with this establishment. Thank you Doggie Depot.

The Doggie Depot is amazing. We got a pandemic puppy (who didn’t) and they’ve saved us. She loves going to play with her friends and getting groomed there. They are so flexible with changing schedules. When we travel, the Doggie Depot looks after two house cats. We traveled at the start of the pandemic and thought we’d be back in two weeks. We didn’t return for 6 months. They not only looked after the cats but dealt with mail, plants and let me know when we were running out of food/litter. They removed so much stress from being away unexpectedly.

It was Willow’s first experience with boarding at Doggie Depot. She was well cared for. We received report cards and pictures with updates on her stay and that really gave us peace of mind. In addition, the owners were very responsive to all my inquiries and responded in a timely manner. The daycare area was clean, well supplied and did not smell like dogs although there were a bunch there. The staff was friendly and professional. Overall, it was a great experience. Willow will be back again! Thank you for a five star experience!

We have had the most amazing experience with Doggie Depot. Our Golden retriever Maple waits by the door on her playgroup mornings. The driver Dan has the most positive disposition and Maple gets so excited every time she sees him. Thank you to all the employees at Doggie Depot for your hard work and passion!

The Doggie Depot staff take amazing care of the dogs. They love what they do, but just as important they’re trained to understand dogs and their behaviors. My dog has so much fun there!

We have been using Doggie Depot's grooming services for our dogs 7 years now. We have a difficult senior dog and their staff has been so wonderful with him. And their house sitting service allowed us to travel with the comfort of knowing our dogs can stay home where they feel the most secure and happy. Owners Joel and Marie are the best!

We LOVE Doggie Depot. Our puppy has been going here for over 6 months M-F while we work full time. It is her second home and is OBSESSED with everyone that works there. We couldn’t imagine sending her anywhere else. They engage her with play, are extremely quick to respond and it’s so convenient that the grooming can be done while she is at daycare. If we could rate this 6 stars we would!!

It's not much I need to say at the most important thing is is that doggy people is a wonderful respectful and a great life saving spot to bring an animal all employees are kind considerate cheerful and they enjoy doing what they're doing with the animals and for the time that they've been treating my dog Boo from when he was a little puppy he loves them he enjoys going there and when they come and pick him up he's the first one to run out the door so for everybody who reads this I give them more than five stars and I urge everybody if you have an animal please consider looking at their website and contact them

I got my puppy in Nov of 2019 right before the pandemic hit. I was concerned about how i was going to keep her socialized with dog parks closed and not being able to see her pup friends. I have to say the pups and staff at doggie depot have been great with my pup, she is a very happy dog, she loves her grooming appointments and days at playtime. She loves when the doorbell rings and it’s the staff from Doggie Depot there to pick her up. If you want a well socialized dog i recommend 2-3 days a week for the first couple years. Reasonably priced for all the services they provide.

I have been a customer of Doggie Depot even before they had daycare... I have 3 dogs that are my world, who are loved and cared for by the staff... They look forward to seeing their furry friends every time their picked up, the staff could not be more professional and attentive to all their needs. I can always depend on the owners if I have a change in schedule or need them picked up last minute for daycare or need to be groomed.

Amazing pet grooming business !! Don’t look anywhere else. Not only did my furry friend come back amazingly beautiful and above that the customer service is amazing. Joel and the other staff were so helpful and kind.

We've been taking our dog here for years for weekly playgroups, boarding and grooming. It is our dog Luna's happy place! The owners are so flexible and helpful with schedule changes and always there to help out however needed. We went away to Hawaii last year and Luna stayed at the Doggie Depot for almost 2 weeks---we really missed her, but knew the staff and owners were taking excellent care of her. We LOVED getting the report card, updates, and photos of her playing with her friends while we were away. It was so thoughtful and reassuring that she was getting the best care possible.

We have been using them since they opened their doors. They have groomed our dogs. We have an 8 month old puppy that is in their play group twice a week. We have boarded our beloved late Charlie with them and he had anxiety, so they took him into their own home for a week so he would be relaxed. I never thought anyone could care for or treat our furry family members as well as we did, But they do for sure. I would recommend them for any of your pets play, grooming or boarding needs. It so sad to a business who were good go back down that slippery slope of being bad again as I have seen many of there works burnt out and do not even get me started on the drivers. Legit one almost hit me and my dog as I was walking around Beverly. I hope the manger takes care of it but if not I just will not be bringing my Great Dane and my shitzu to get either groomed by them or even participate in doggie care. Cause I only imagine how bad the other staff is burnt out.

Just plain and simple do not go back anyone that wants a decent place for there fur friends to play with others I would choose differently. Never I have I seen such disorganization had an appointment for 7:30 to drop off my little Yorkie but no one was there i don’t remember when it was buys it was very recent and it remember it as the place is right next to the train stop as I had to go into Boston that morning. So again go some where else

I love bringing my dogs here for daycare! The owners and the staff here work hard and are very accommodating to our dogs needs. We are not sure what we would do without them!! The playgroup service is also amazing and our dogs are always waiting by the door ready to run out and go on their hike! We know they are always in good hands.

We boarded our 4 month old Pug with them and he came home with a tail injury. His formerly corkscrew tail was hanging limp and he was in a lot of pain. Rather than apologizing, hot-head owner Joel sent long text messages accusing by us of either lying or of the pup having some magical condition that caused his tail to drop. Vet confirmed tail injury and he was prescribed pain and anti-inflammatory meds. We didn't even ask them to pay the vet bill but a simple apology for whatever accident happened would have been nice. Terrible temper and customer service. His wife had always been professional but regretfully was away when the incident happened. It’s too bad, our large dogs have enjoyed their daily play care there.

Highly recommend! Professional, efficient, kind staff and my dog Cookie’s haircuts always look great!

Excellent and QUICK service. Goldendoodles usually take longer. Not this place!
