SoHoCats Luxury Feline Hotel is an incredible place owned and run by kind and professional people. You can tell immediately that they love animals and give 110% attention and care to cats staying with them. Sharon would send me videos and pictures of my cat daily and always kept me updated. My cat Sassy was only 5 months when we had her stay and I was nervous that she might feel abandoned. Sharon was reassuring and understanding and made me feel less anxious about having to leave Sassy for a few days.

Our cat Noah stayed with SoHoCats a few weeks ago. It was our first time boarding him anywhere but we felt at ease once we actually saw the hotel and got a feel for what it was going to be like for him. The owners were so attentive and whenever we wanted updates, we received prompt text messages back which made us feel so much better! We would definitely board him here again in the future.

This place is incredible and such a great value. We dropped off our fur baby today and the owner is a true animal lover. we (and our kitty) were immediately de-stressed upon entering, leaving an animal can be stressful, but not here! The whole place is impressively clean and very tidy, with a very easy online booking and drop off process. Can’t wait to pick up our cat; she already has another stay booked this fall. New customers for life.

Raider's 3rd visit & we can't say enough about this hotel. Our cat is not a cat/cat but wanders about with the group & comes home calm & happy, unlike other cat kennels we've used. They are extremely fair priced as well, considering the service level ????????????

Although we have used SoHoCats before and been delighted, we recently had an emergency which resulted in our two fur babies residing there for about six weeks. We are so grateful for the love and care they receive at SoHo. One of ours is an elder cat, 18 y.o., the other about 9ish. Both had every need and whim met at SoHo. In fact, I wonder if they want to come home! We recommend SoHoCats 1000% ???? SoHo

Kitty cat xanadu! Just a short drive from Boston hides the most stellar cat boarding facility I have ever encountered. The owners are incredibly dedicated and sweet to each cat and allow them to free roam if they want which has made a world of difference in how my cat feels about boarding. You'd think that might be weird for cats to free roam among other cat but somehow it works. My cat actually loves going there which is something I have never experienced until Soho cats. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who has cats. Prices are very fair as well.

Omg I’m scared to even consider bird my cat here. I just tried to call them and find out about the availability, the women on the phone was unbelievably rude and impolite. I just ask one question, and she started screaming at me?! Like what are you doing? That’s not how you attract customers. If they are so angry in the phone, i can’t even imagine how rude they behave with boarded cats.

Don’t seem to have a firm grasp on keeping their animals from escaping. Proceed with caution.

The service is here is exceptional! Everyone is so polite and genuinely care about the cats the take care of! I love the fun atmosphere - it keeps my kitty happy!

It pains me to write this review but I strongly recommend anyone reading this to go somewhere else to board one's cat. If I knew previously what I know now, I would not have brought my cat to SoHoCats and he would still be alive. But, I did not know, and I did not ask the correct questions, and he paid for that failing with his life when he escaped the facility (which is located in a busy, downtown area) and management failed to immediately implement a common-sense search protocol. After nearly 4 weeks while searching for home, my cat was struck and killed by a car about 5 miles away from this facility. As I have learned, a safe facility must have full air-lock entries (SoHoCats Does Not) As I have leaned, Staff must be prepared and know what to do in the event of a horrible accident (SoHoCats Staff does not) As I have learned, a person who loves cats, should not necessarily make a professional living taking care of them. Please take your beloved pet to another facility with appropriate standards and protocols. What happened to me should never happen to anyone else.

I would rate a -100 if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND. WE ENTRUSTED THE CARE OF OUR FUR BABY (Little Lebowski) TO SOHO CATS AND HE IS NOW DEAD. They lost him on 10/11 when he got out their front door (no safety controls) and did not notify us for 4 1/2 days despite having emergency contacts. We were out of the country until 10/23 and felt helpless. Family members trying to get updates were treated very rudely by Sharon (co-owner) They never activated the micro-chip. We did when we got home. They Published flyers stating untrue facts. Searched only a few blocks - not much effort. When asked why not expand the area and other status questions we were told they were the experts and not us. They DID NOT POST on social media until he had already been MISSING for FIVE DAYS. We did search beyond their suggestion. If you lose your client's cat you jump through hoops and all options ..... so much was not done. I was actually told it wasn't like they lost a child ..... really? You lost a member of our family. When Little Lebowski was killed on 11/4 on Rt. 128 (5 miles) from Soho Cat which we are assuming he was trying to find home (we don't live in Beverly). Our poor baby. Final kick in the pants: IVG in Woburn was told by Soho Cats (Alissa, co-owner) they they would pick up final arrangements. We got a call from the pet crematory that the bill was still pending. No response from Soho Cats. Note: they've been posting fake reviews to keep ratings up, etc. Such as NS which contains false information. Bottom line: not a safe place for cats, no controls, no emergency plans. Lessons not learned - cats all hanging by the front door STILL.

Less than positive experience. Place was clean at drop off and filthy at pickup. For a place where they supposed can roam, we saw one of two things. Either they were in cages or all at the front door. We were tripping over cats when we came to pick up our baby. Seeing this we decided never to go back to SoHo Cat as it didn't seem safe or clean. When we asked about the mess one of the owners got a little snarky with us. Not sure why she was so defensive. This was the icing on the cake for us, we would never go back to SoHo. Three reasons 1) not safe, 2) filthy and 3) poor customer service.

My cat Blanche loves going to SoHoCats. The special attention, love and care that Sharon and Alissa provide is fantastic. You can tell how many years of great experience they have. Whenever I go there all the cats seem very relaxed and happy with many of them out of their large condo cages in comfy places hanging out getting lots of attention and love. The new larger location is beautiful and always very clean. I was a skeptic at first and previously always had people stay at my house when I went away as my girl has some health issues ... not anymore she is happier going to SoHoCats.

I highly recommend SoHoCats because they love what they do and really do it well. Both Alissa and Sharon have many years of experience giving excellent care to cats, including mine who required special care and medication. The environment is impeccably clean and creatively designed with cats in mind. They have a large, fun play area and I especially love that the television plays shows and movies just for cats! :)
