Dr. Gomez and staff are saintly. My pup can be a handful, and they were all incredibly patient, kind, and most importantly - skilled!

All doctors, assistants and staff are sweet and understanding. They are communicative, helpful, and will walk the extra mile to accommodate you. They also really care about your pet, it feels like they treat them like their own. My cat has been under Dr. Knight's excellent care and I can't recommend Fresh Pond Animal Hospital enough.

Don't put your pet through unnecessary examinations and procedures that could lead to further health complications and stress for the pet.

Chocolate lab guy here on 2nd pup older one is 10 while little guy in approaching 2 years old so have been with FPAH for ~10 years. Dr. Knight is awesome Dr. Nolan is outstanding. Worth the peace of mind knowing they are on my team. Tech, staff all very professional and love my dogs as much as I do. Love FPAH. You will too.

Wonderful care, staff, service - everything!

Had my very old pup treated here and they took great care of him. Not all the vets are the same, some more pesemostic than others, but I got lucky with the vet that took care of him. Didn't try to sell me unnecessary things.

Really responsive to questions. Open during the pandemic-- you park in the lot and they come out and get your pet, then call you with updates and bring the pet out when they are done. Very easy and safe

Great staff. Kind and knowledgeable veterinarians. Clean spacious waiting rooms. Easy parking. Overall a terrific services. Their COVID procedures will have you waiting in the parking lot after you check in by phone and during your animal's appointment. My dog's appointment was on a very hot day and the wait was long and hot. If I had known in advance, I would have brought water for me and my dog.

Would not recommend. After dropping my puppy off at 7 AM, she didn’t get her spay until 5 PM- waiting in the back for almost 10 hours to get surgery (no food or water may I add since surgery was happening). She had issues post surgery that involved bleeding - we reached out to our vet multiple times and got no answer. They’d say the vet was busy and would say she’d call back later. After calling and finally getting someone they said that’s not normal and bring her in ASAP. After not being able to figure out what was wrong, they gave her back to us and never followed up 1 time. We had to basically beg the doctor to call us multiple times. They were so unresponsive when we needed a vet the most. After telling us what they’d “never seen what was happening to her” not one person followed up once we went home to make sure she was okay. I do not recommend fresh pond animal hospital. If you want a vet to care about your dog and follow up with you to make sure they’re OK- this is not the place for you.

I love fresh pond animal hospital!! I have had so many terrible experiences with a cold staff at animal hospitals before and I finally found these vet techs and vets that genuinely care about my pets! Even through covid-19 they make it such a personable experience. They always make my pet as comfortable as possible and tell me about how they are doing throughout the procedure or just a check up. always get follow up questions without me calling first every time. Every time I drop off one of my pets, the staff treat them like they’re one of their own???? 10/10 they treat my pets like family

It’s taking everything inside of me not to sue this place. We’ve been taking our dog here since he’s been born. He ended up developing a skin condition, in which even after several visits and phone calls, no one has been able to accurately diagnose let alone resolve. Each time we brought him, we could barely ever see the same doctor AND they could never definitively say what was wrong with him. They are professional “guessers”, not veterinarians. He recently started to develop some strange yet alarming symptoms that were voiced multiple times. Each time our concerns were swept under the rug and we were given medication that were essentially shots in the dark. Unfortunately, by the time we took him someplace else, who by the way did diagnostic testing IMMEDIATELY and discovered he had a heart condition which was causing fluid build up, it was too late. My little boy died three days later. I’ve never taken the time to write a review about someone’s place of business. I don’t want anyone to go through the heartache of watching their pet and family suffer As much as mine did.

No they are not for emergency ad they cannot take you even if uts urgent. Will ask you to go to other emergency and will take only who are registered with them

Thoughtful beyond what they require, they're good to my cat, on time, concerned, return calls and follow up when appropriate. They're hours are such that Saturday appointments are a-ok plenty of parking and separated (by a counter) dog and cat waiting rooms mean that cats don't get stressed by dogs and vica versa.

They are amazing and take amazing care of pets.

Wonderful service! The doctor called twice to update me on my cat's surgery. And even though I am sure she was busy, she didn't rush me. The staff is also very kind and helpful.

Always great service and excellent care. The staff members are always helpful and upbeat. The veterinarians are first-rate in every respect. I appreciate the excellent, detailed call-backs after examinations or tests.

My cats primary care vet is here. Amazing staff, extremely compassionate and knowledgeable.

We've been bringing our succession of dogs to Fresh Pond for many, many years and have been very happy with them. There have been numerous vets who have seen our pets over the years and they've all been exceptional. This weekend our senior dog had an emergency; they saw him within an hour of calling for an appointment, and when it was determined she would need surgery they arranged that for us. The process was seamless and the technician, desk staff, and vet were all pleasant and transparent.

This a great practice, very thorough and knowledgeaable staff. We never have trouble getting an appointment. The prices are high, but comparable to many clinics in the area.

Good experience, they are very professional

While it’s a little pricier than I’m used to, I can’t really complain about the service at all. Fresh Pond is extremely accommodating and communicative. My partner and I don’t work typical hours, so it’s nice being able to reach a doctor later in the evening. It’s also very easy to get our pets’ prescriptions and our vet was considerate regarding expenses. I liked that all our concerns and questions about our two dogs’ health were answered patiently and thoroughly.

Attentive staff. Took extraordinary car of my cat. Staff was very personable.

Excellent staff. They've taken very good care of all of our animals over the years and they are friendly, compassionate, and helpful. Surprisingly, it's also usually not too hard to get to, which can be a problem with the traffic in the general vicinity being rather heavy during rush hour. Definitely recommend not scheduling 4:30and 6:30 p.m. if you can avoid it.

The BEST animal hospital anywhere. Thanks to the brilliant, beautiful and talented Dr. Jennifer Swartz, I was able to enjoy almost 15 years with my black lab. I have since lost her, but if it wasn't for Dr. Swartz and her awesome team, I would have had to put her down years ago. Doc Swartz performed 2 life-saving amputations on my lab and another life saving amputation on my cat Toby. Dr. Swartz used to practice near my hometown. When she transferred to Freshpond, so did we. We dive about 40 miles and sometimes up to an hour and a half and its 100% worth it. If your pet is a Freshpond patient, then you understand. If you're a new patient, then you soon will understand. -GSP
