My experience with Dr. Jeffers and others has been STELLAR! They are professionals and truly care about the health and well being of my fur baby since I adopted her 2 years ago. We have been there for routine exams and shots as well as follow up emergency care - and every time, I'm HAPPY TO PAY THEM because of their quality of care for Stormy, PROFESSIONALISM of their staff and knowledge of how to handle dogs like mine who was fear aggressive- a condition that my dog has since improved these days with other dogs than before visiting this practice. Dr. Jeffers gave me many solutions and suggestions on how to better acclimate my dog to other dogs. She's a wonderful vet, and I recommend this practice for your fur babies as well! -Jane F.

I adopted a little Maltese 2 1/2 years ago. I've been taking him to Mill Brook since I first got him. Max is now 14 years old, and although he has developed an enlarged heart, he still runs and jumps like a puppy. I think that is mainly because of the care he gets from Mill Brook. Everyone from DVMs , techs and reception people are wonderful. The care, treatment and interest shown to my little guy is amazing. I get phone calls about him that I don't even expect. They are more accessible than my own PCP! My daughter also takes her dogs there, and feels the way I do about the great care. I truly can't say enough positive things about Mill Brook. They are exceptional.

I had an emergency arise with my kitty this week and I am so grateful for the staff at Millbrook Animal Clinic who accommodated her so quickly. Thanks to them I can leave my animals with a pet sitter and go on vacation with my pets healthy and happy. They are the best ????

I have been bringing my cats here for 30 years. I have so much respect and affection for Dr. Fallon. He has expertise in all areas of veterinary medicine, including alternative therapies. His staff have remained responsive and efficient during this difficult time of the covid pandemic. The other vets at the clinic are always excellent .

I feel very happy with the care we get for our goldens. Always very responsive and caring for our pets. I have gone to other places and the quality of care my pets get here is great ???? Thank you very much!

FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE. ALWAYS PUT YOU ON HOLD AND NON-RESPONSIVE. I don't usually leave a 1 star and would give people the benefit of the doubt, unless it has happened multiple times. Every single time, when I call, I am on hold immediately and the hold lasts at least 10mins every time on hold. You need to up your game if you care about your customers. I also found myself having to repeating my request at least 3, 4 times each call. No phone etiquette or warm transfer whatsoever.

They always go above and beyond. They took excellent care of my 2 dogs and helped up when we had problems with one of them, saving us 500 dollars and helping fix the problem. They are friendly and quick

We’ve been going here for over 15 years. Kevin and his team are caring and thoughtful. Never have we been forced into products or services that weren’t needed. Kevin was also there for us when we had to our our first dog down due to age and health issues. Highly recommend.

We had trouble finding a vet with open appointments. They managed to squeeze us in and we have had excellent service since. High quality care, good pricing.

Doctor Fallon was great! My dog has an enormous anxiety issue, and he suggested we did bloodwork, which revealed a thyroid issue! Better yet, he worked with my anxious dog so he would be comfortable during the examination. Thank you!

My dog is dog reactive and they took the time and care to get to know her quirks. They make sure to schedule her when there aren't other dogs or take her right into an exam room when we arrive. We love this place! And these people!

So friendly they love animals you can tell just by how they are I have to buy my cat's food here and they're always so nice especially since they have to bring things out I'm sure that's a pain and they don't seem to care they're always smiling I'm so happy my cat and dog go here now

Dr. Jeffers is wise, thoughtful and attentive and typically on time, too. She keenly listens to us, as well as the pups, when we come for an exam. She is particularly good with behavior recommendations. I wish all my doctors were as good as my dogs’! ????

Very sweet staff to help care for my pets.

Looks more like a doctor office than a vet, it's incredibly clean. The personnel is always nice and the service is good. It is pricey, a lot pricey.... but I really cannot complain about it, they are so good at their job and they give such good advice. They are really gentle too, my dog doesn't even wink when they perform all sort of examination on him.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, very helpful. My dog jumps from the car and runs to their door every time we visit so I think it's safe to say I speak for him as well. They do discounts for paying in advance for an upcoming vaccination.

Great staff, very careful w/ cats, they helped me get situated moving to this area from Penna. It's been a couple of visits now, & each one positive, & if I call w/ questions.

Mill Brook Animal Clinic helped us through our pet cat's cancer and euthanasia. Dr. Greer, who we worked with, was sensative, kind, and practical. As a business they clearly have some protocols (like we were told we could just walk out when it was over rather then trying to pay the bill while sobbing) and I was greatful for that. We did like some vets in the practice and not others but fortunately only had to work with Dr. Greer in our pet's last couple of months.

Seemed very honest didn't try 2 run up the bill w/ unnecessary tests. Quick to get u the results too

They take the best care of my dog. I moved to Wakefield but still travel to Arlington because I know how much they care for her. Highly recommend. They never push unwanted services. They just take care of the issues presented to them with care and warmth.

Mill Brook has cared for 5 of our family members. Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and work hard to help you find a good plan of care for your pet.
