I recently switched to Andover Animal Hospital. Great experience from making the appointment, waited a very short time to be seen and everyone from check in to check out were kind, knowledgeable and thorough.

We have loved our experience with Andover Animal Hospital. You can really tell they love animals. They always answer any questions I have and never make me feel dumb for asking them. I highly recommend this practice.

I have had to take my bird here a couple of times in the last two years because of respiratory issues. They are always willing to fit him in, and even willing to see him almost immediately if needed. Unfortunately there are few Avian vets in my area, so it's nice to have one about an hour away that is always willing to see my Franklin in a timely manner. The staff are always kind and caring! When I felt it was time to put my cat to sleep, and I wanted a second opinion I brought him here and the vet that saw him, and the rest of the staff were wonderful. It was a very difficult decision and the vet helped me realize that it was in fact the right decision for him, as he had been suffering for a while with a probable brain tumor. I appreciate the kind staff at this vet hospital, and will bring my pets here if care is needed in the future.

I found a pigeon with a broken leg by the train station on my way home from work one day and Andover Animal Hospital took him in for me! Was really impressed with the hospital.

The vets and vet techs at Andover Animal Hospital are like family from the moment you meet them. They are kind and compassionate and really listen. They take time to talk to you when you are upset or worried about your pet and they do everything they can to provide the very best care, even they are busy or short staffed. They think outside of the box to provide treatment that is focused on your pets well being and in align with what you pet actually needs, no un necessary or excessive testing, just what it takes to get answers. They are pet and pet parent focused and were so thankful for them. My only wish is that we found Andover Animal Hospital sooner.

I switched my three dogs over to Andover Animal Hospital from Peabody. The transition was easy because the staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had me setup everything up in advance online. I also provided all the records they needed ahead of my appointment. The outside of the hospital has a large area for the dogs to relieve themselves with a clean up station. Once I went inside I was assisted right away, and we were completely taken care of for everything in about 45 minutes for two of my three dogs. All the staff members were awesome. So far so good, and to add their operating hours are superior compared to other vets on the North Shore.

Been there twice and I will never go back. Unfriendly staff that didn't really seem to care for my pet. Overpriced and unkept facilities.

Tried to get us out in a rush, consistently prescribe the wrong treatments to my dog. We usually have to go to to a different vet for a second opinion, where we have had much greater success (York Animal Hospital in Maine).

Fantastic Team of Professionals caring for your Pet. Genuine care and dedication to owner and pets. I have always had great experiences with knowledgeable professionals. The facility is immaculate.

Friendly and caring! Did not feel that the cost was outrageous like at some other places. Had to come here with my dog for a uti when our vet was closed over the weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I love Andover Animal Hospital... The front staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot bring my pets anywhere else. My Cat is very anxious when going to the Vet. Her Dr. Dr Manse knows her well and makes every effort to do her exam quickly. He is so good with her. He answers all my questions, and follow ups with test results quickly. Annie had to sedation to look at her paw for infection. A member of the staff stayed with her until she woke up. I highly recommend bringing your Fur Babies to Anodver Animal Hospital

We moved and needed a new vet. Close by our home was Andover Animal Hospital. From initial phone call to check out everything and everyone were great. The reception desk is well run and warm, efficient staff keep the waiting room organized and moving. The techs were amazing- warm, friendly, kind. The vet (shout out to Dr Lincoln) was engaging and pleasant. We feel comfortable bringing our three schipperke dogs to their new vet.

No other Animal Hospital is better. You can't ask for better Vets, better service and people who care more about your family pet then any other.

I arrived early for my appointment and called the office, didn’t know they were allowing us inside with our pets against! So happy to be back inside to talk to the doctors etc. they took us early for my dogs vaccines, and clipped her nails when I added it on last minute to our visit. I was able to also pay and check out inside our exam room. I was in and out before our scheduled 9am appointment! Great staff, timely and professional. And everyone loves my dog and they are all so sweet to her.

This place is nice looking, the nurse/practitioner was friendly and listened to us and I want to believe that are good doctors that work here — but my dog, Phoebe, didn’t feel comfortable and even peed out of fear of Dr. Lincoln. She never felt any pain from shots before, but this time, she even jumped on me when he gave her a shot in her back. There was no comforting from him (no pets, no treats, no nice words) and to be honest, it doesn’t even seem like he likes dogs. He also didn’t do the bloodwork that she needed before giving heartworm medicine. It was a weird experience that we’ve never had before as I’ve have taken my dog to last minute emergencies and everyone loves and treats her so well. This was a very important thing to us and it was disappointing. Sadly, I’m not going back, I don’t want to make my girl feel that way again and develop fear of going to the vet.

One of the best vet experiences I've ever had! The staff is so thoughtful and kind and goes above and beyond. They were able to fit me in last minute, and everyone, from the receptionist, to the vet tech to the vet were so helpful and kind. They even followed up to make sure our pet was ok after a few days.

This is the best place to bring your animals. They are caring and very responsive when you need them. Can't say enough

After spending hours calling different vets in our area including our own, we were unable to find a Vet to see our 8 year old Dog for an emergency visit. One phone call to Andover Animal Hospital, they were able to schedule an appointment right away. I cannot say how happy I was to be able to get treatment for my sick dog. We have been there several times and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. So Thankful ????

I had a number of problems the last place we went.Then I found Andoveranimal. They are the best. My pet is very comfortable with them and I am also. Her vet is very good and gentle with her.And takes time to answer all my questions.If you love your pet this is the best place.

My cat Window wanted me to say that place is the Cats Meow!!!

I love this animal hospital. I brought my 18 year old female cat in during the pandemic. She had a mass on her shoulder. Dr Faso was so caring, she suspected it may be cancer but suggested I keep an eye on her and make sure she wasn’t in any pain. Another big animal hospital in the area would have performed an operation and after hundreds of dollars where would I be. My kitty lasted 6 months and was a trooper. They were so thoughtful at this hospital when she died, it was touching and heartfelt. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I can't say enough about this facility. The few times I've been there, the front-end staff was so welcoming, respectful, and very polite. The first time I went to this facility, I saw Dr. Jasmin Keramaty. She was very pleasant, spot-on, and was very informative to any questions I had. I loved the fact that she too is a bulldog owner. I recently saw Dr. Cheryl Faso who I absolutely loved (June 2021). She has a great personality, she was like Dr. Doolittle LOL. My dog responded to her and he was very calm surprisingly. He doesn't like to be held down but she was so gentle, he didn't move and got all his shots like a champ! Thanks so much for all the hard work you all do for our animals <3

The staff at Andover Animal are always so warm, welcoming and professional to deal with. Our dog literally is racing out the door to get into their office which is such a reassuring feeling as a pet owner! We’ve been taking our dog here since she was a newborn puppy having started with Chris’ “puppy playtime” which I wholeheartedly endorse. Chris is amazing with the puppies and incredibly knowledgeable and it helped her to be comfortable with the place and have such a good association with coming there. She LOVES going there! Everyone is always so kind and warm. During COVID when we had to wait outside and drop her off at the door, we had no hesitation and clearly, neither did she as she willingly and gleefully took off with the vet tech to run inside to see Dr. Faso - our fantastic and most knowledge vet! We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.Thank you for all you do for us, Andover Animal Hospital! You guys are wonderful!

This place is UNBELIEVABLE. From the initial phone call down to discharge, I was SO impressed. We rescued an 8 month pit Bull and haven’t been able to find a vet anywhere in the state of MA due to the surge in pandemic adoptions. Honestly, I’m glad no one else could take us because we wouldn’t have found Andover Animal Hospital otherwise. They understood how frustrated we were that we weren’t able to get our puppy in anywhere for MONTHS and that he needed his heartguard. So, they moved some mountains and got us in ASAP. The Vet Techs were professional and kind to our sweet puppy. They all had a confidence in handling him. The Doctor was knowledgeable and there were no pressure tactics when discussing a vaccine I had never heard of. As a Nurse myself, I know quality healthcare when I see it and I am very happy with this Vet hospital.

I have been coming to aah for many years and they always take wonderful care of my birds. They are all very nice and caring and Dr Lincoln and Dr Manse as well as the other vets are very gentle with bbn the way they handle the birds. Highly reccomend this place for your pets.

Great friendly staff reasonable prices for many services from vet to grooming and boarding.

This AM my 19 yr old tabby was put down and Dr. Faso had treated him until the very end — she was wonderful to work with. My wife and I found her very accommodating given his condition and gave sound advice. Overall she’s very compassionate and understanding. During the euthanasia process itself the doctor and the tech were incredibly kind and patient with us as they performed the procedure and while we grieved. Overall the staff is wonderful and my wife and I wish them well and give them many thanks for the many years of care they provided to our kitty.

They have been amazing with both my dogs, they are a tiny bit pushy with offering 5 things when you go in for one but they are still amazing and compassionate with my dogs and others

Great service, great communication. Recently brought my two puppies(yes, I somehow let my daughter convince me to get two) to Andover Animal Hospital, and I couldn't be happier. Fantastic service, felt 100% confident with them, and they were up front about all costs along the way... with 2, costs can add up rather quickly. Excited to have chosen the right vet!!

Great staff! They take good care of our pup and have fair prices on food and medications.
