Staff were professional but prices are extremely high.

I brought my very sick cat to them. They treated me and Lenny with compassion and kindness.

For over 20 years, Dr. Wojcicki’s Team has provided professional, courteous and compassionate care for my cats. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We have brought our animals to MVAH for many years. One of the most noteworthy aspects of this practice is the follow up. Whenever there is a test pending results or unresolved issues, there is always a follow up call or email. The Doctors and staff are always professional and empathetic to their clients. Although they may be a bit more pricey, it is well worth it considering the quality of service.

My best friend, my little rocko wouldn't be here without their help. They squeezed him in and even called me to check on him for days after.

Everyone at the animal hospital was friendly and professional. Our vet and tech who met with us and offered care for our sweet cat were wonderful for her; answered our questions; and were very patient with our anxious cat. Very happy to have found them

Dr. Wojcicki has built a team of first class veterinarians and responsive and very capabable health care team that I have entrusted my basset hounds to for the past fifteen years. Today I was disappointed but not surprised. Hank had a not uncommen yeast infection in his long ear canals that I have seen so many times and I had hoped for a prescription from MVAH to aid with his change of diet. No can do without an appointment I was told by By Dr. W's son. I know I do not have their knowledge or expertise but please if this did not give the anticipated results I would be there with Hank. I believe this would not have been the result had Dr. W been asked although for the sake of family harmony I suspect the response to this comment may be otherwise .

This is are first time here .The facility was clean and up to date the front staff were attentive and freindly. We met Dr Odell she approached us by getting on her knee's and play with my dogs haha that put my dogs at ease and us too! So freindly and a genuine sprirt of kindness. It was evident she loves her job in this very difficult time for Vets and their staff to keep up with the deluge of animals post pandemic. We are happy to be here at your facility and hope for a long relationship.

I’ve been taking my 3 cats to them for 10 years now…always a positive experience! All staff is very caring and informative! I changed vets once due to them having 24/7 service for emergencies but the staff was not friendly so switched back!

Took our family dog for her first visit since we rescued her from Tennessee. The entire staff was professional and kind. This vet tells you how it is and does not sugar coat, which is a great thing! Highly recommend this place for your four legged family member.

The only place my cat doesn't act up like a wild animal, the no stress visits are awesome!!

These guys are so understanding, I had to cancel an appointment 2x and they were polite and helpful! Alot nicer than I would have been!

Our dog Clover has been coming here since he was 10 weeks old, and he has always been happy and excited to go inside. The staff are very responsive to all of our emailed puppy questions, and they have advised us well to ensure he has a healthy start in life. He's no longer a tiny puppy but is still very wiggly and happy to see everyone there, which I take to be a great sign! We also have two cats who are registered here, and they genuinely seem less traumatized coming home from MVAH than at previous vet clinics. The vets and technicians know when not to push too far, if a cat has just had enough on a particular day. MVAH is a great vet clinic, and as long as we live in the area, our pets will be registered here. Now if I could only get that one desk person to stop calling our dog a "she"... But that's not really an issue, in the big picture of things. :)

Dr. Wojcicki has cared for three of my cats over the years and has been wonderful.

Not cordial, not accommodating. I live right next door st Amesbury Heights my cat had an ear infection. They couldn't fit me in for an appointment for over 19 days, however they said I could drop my cat off and leave her in the carrier for the day and maybe they would get to her. My other cat went for nails to be clipped half were not clipped. I asked about the boo boo on his chin. Vet said the cat wouldn't let him look at it. Well he has assistants right, one can hold him while he checked it out. My older cat hates the car so I thought that vet would be good cause if my proximity. Well ilk never go back, just awful.

I just moved to the area and my dog has seasonal allergies, when I called to make an appointment they were very friendly and said they were booking 3 weeks out. I explained what the problem was with my dog (losing hair and scratching a lot) they were able to get me an appointment the same day. They valued my opinion and knew that I knew my pet and wouldn't be able to wait the 3 weeks to be seen. At the time of her visit they were still under covid protocol so I do not know what the actual vet looks like but even though I did not go in does not mean they did not provide a good service. After her exam the dr called and explained everything that she did and what she recommended. She gave me options and let me ask multiple questions. I felt very comfortable entrusting my dog in their hands and will definitely be going back.

An amazing team of dedicated and loving people. We brought in our beloved dog Terra who unexpectedly became ill. Due to cancer we tearfully had to send her off to doggie heaven. With all of that being said, this team of people and Dr. O'dell were so compassionate, professional, and amazing group. When the time is right for another four legged friend, I will never go to any other vet. Thank you for your care and kindness MVAH . Glady

The entire staff at MVAH is exceptionally caring, knowledgeable, and personable. I am fully reassured that they treat my beloved (and all theirs patients and people) with respect and compassion. The veterinarian team has always answered every last question I've asked and they are happy to educate and explain treatments, procedures, and healthcare questions. Their hospital is clean and COVID regulated. I highly recommend taking your pets to MVAH.

I have always had a good experience at MVAH; but as my dog ages, I have grown to appreciate them more. When picking a vet years ago, I was impressed by the length of time staff members had worked there. I think employee retention speaks volumes to the culture and is reflected in the way I’ve been treated by staff members. Recent bloodwork indicated a decline in my four-legged family member’s health, and Dr. Marchell was generous with his time explaining options, potential outcomes and allowing me the autonomy to choose a course of action.
