Loved everything about this place. They really take the time to listen and answer all of your questions.

My dog and I were referred to this place...its more than an animal hospital. What a fun place with photo tags for my dog, a new collar, and. I bought myself candles.

This office has that magical combination of intelligence and compassion. We brought our elderly doxie here for help with gastric and age-related issues that our previous vet hadn't been able to treat. Both Dr. Kang and Dr. Field were wonderful and did everything they could to keep our pup comfortable. We tried various treatment regimens over the course of several months. The staff was always patient with our questions and listened carefully when we described Coco's symptoms and behavioral changes, and adjusted medications accordingly. When the time came to say goodbye to Coco, I felt secure in the knowledge that all possible treatment avenues had been explored. Most of all, though, I took a lot of comfort in the fact that the staff here truly seemed to know and appreciate our dog for the quirky, funny soul that she was! After we said goodbye, we received a sweet card with a personal message from every single staff member at the office, along with paw prints that we had been kicking ourselves for not asking for or doing at home prior to putting her down. We're so happy to have those. Amazing care.

Dr. Field has taken care of my dog for the past four years. Sadly today with her help the decision was made to put my dog to sleep. I can’t begin to thank the staff for their kindness support and love during the process.

We had a terrific visit with Dr. Anne Field and the team at Powder Mill. While visiting the area we noticed our dog was not feeling great and luckily were able to make an appointment. The staff is welcoming, the clinic is spacious and well designed. Dr. Field took her time and communicated clearly with us. I really appreciated the digital notes that were sent after. This is a terrific clinic for your fur babies.

I brought my cat Ichabod to to The Powder Mill animal hospital to be treated for an allergic skin issue. My cat absolutely loved the Veterinarian, she is kind and gentle and he doesn't mind going back for his follow ups. They treat you fairly when billing also. I am so happy to have found this diamond of a woman Yuan Kang in a sea of pebbles! Thank you Dr. Kang! You have renewed my faith in Veterinarians and human compassion towards animals and the people who love and care for them.

I cannot express my absolute appreciation and gratitude for this facility. They were so professional, quick, and communicative through the entire ordeal- which took all of two days from the time I first called for an appointment to after getting my cat back home after a full check up, blood work, microchipping, and sedation because my darling cat is unfortunately a freak show at the vet. Love them so much, I can’t say it enough. Thank you so much for helping Lox and myself in the process!!

The website says walk-ins welcome.. Buyer beware. My girlfriend who not only is an avid animal lover but also a registered nurse shows up with her sick dog and no patients in the waiting room and the staff refuses to even observe the health of her sick dog . No compassion.

I had the best experience with Powder Mill. Dr. Kang and her team was extremely friendly and professional. I had to get an International Health Certificate issued to move abroad with my dog and they were able to assist me through the entire process. Even when I contacted them fairly last minute they were always able to schedule me with just a day or two notice. Dr. Kang also always kept me updated on the progress of the paperwork and always answered all my questions.

Best vet we have had in all our pet owning years. Very caring.

I took our 14 year old daschund there and absolutely impressed. I was very impressed by both Dr Kang & the office staff. They took the time to explain everything to me & made me aware of things I should look for. Also made sure we set a cardiologist visit. We have a new vet! Would definitely recommend them. I drove an hour south, & will continue to do so!!

I just moved to MA from NY and one of my cats started to refuse food. I brought her here, and they immediately worked on getting to the bottom of the issue and getting her treated. The price was fair compared to a lot of other vets I've visited and the service phenomenal. We'll definitely be sticking with powder Mill.

I've been bringing my dog here now for a year and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and veterinarians. They are open now fully which is really nice as my dog is nervous about going to the vet at a baseline. They have always given me my options for my dog then let me make the decision on what I felt was best for pup which is great. Overall would highly recommend this location for all your pet's needs!

My cat needed dental surgery but my usual vets were booked out almost 2 months! It was hard to contemplate changing vets but Dr. Field came highly recommended by a friend so I decided to take a chance. I was immediately put at ease by the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the hospital and Dr. Field herself. She was able to fit Henry into her schedule within ten days and, an added bonus, Powder Mill is less expensive. I couldn't recommend any vet or practice more highly and am delighted I found them.

I'm staying in Concord visiting my Dad and my dog had a problem with his dew claw. I was afraid it would become septic so I called Powder Mill Animal Hospital and they took him right in. It turns out that it was actually growing into his leg. They were very kind to him and he is a very good but anxious little dog. He came right through it and they called today to see how he's doing. I would definitely recommend them!

Dr. Field and her team are the best! I appreciate her honest, straight forward, and responsive professional care. Her team does a wonderful job with you and your pets, always super friendly and helpful. Their frequent post-appointment check-ins ensuring your pet is doing well with their treatment or medication is fantastic and appreciated. Their facility is top-notch and seeing your pets name on their daily appointment board is a cute, personal touch. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Field and her staff are awesome. When my GSD cut his paw, they saw us within 30 mins of me calling. Plus they called few days later to follow-up to see how he was doing. Wish I could get this kind of care from my human physician. Although they did weigh my dog and mentioned he was a little overweight. HE did not appreciate that, since I cut his food but all good!!

This is literally the best vet ever! One of my guinea pigs got upper respiratory infection so we went to a different vet and it was fine and all but then another one got upper respiratory infection and we brought them here, and it was so much better! No only did they send an email with the appointment notes (including her weight), but we were able to get an appointment the next day! They even gave us some articles on guinea pigs and what veggies they can have that have vidimen c! And they have hours every day so that was really helpful! We had bring two of our guinea pig there again and the let us only buy one antibiotic so we did not have to pay for both! Highly recommended!

We had to put down a beloved member of our family, and powdermill animal hospital was the hospital that we chose for this. They were so kind, thoughtful, and amazing through this process. They made sure to think of absolutely everything and even sent us a sweet card with our pet's photo. I absolutely recommend going here for any of your pet needs. This place doesn’t need any more great reviews, but I will share my experience because excellent vets and small businesses like this are rare. I live in Boston but drive an hour here because Dr. Field and her team are unparalleled. They are always willing to go the extra mile by squeezing me into their schedule, listening to my concerns, and even following up post appointment to check in. I cannot ask for a better team to care for my puppy, soon to be full fledged dog!

First time there and it was such a great visit. Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. During this Covid Pandemic. The place was extremely clean andbI felt safe. Prices were reasonable and you can tell they really care for your pet ( family member) I strongly recommend.
