They're great people doing a tremendous service for the community. We adopted the sweetest kitten & the staff are just awesome.

I used to volunteer n walk the dogs...when i 1st went the smell was so bad i couldnt breathe...the dogs r kept in a very small space n it is down right traumatizing to see n hear them let alone get one out...these animals have very little comfort ...i see other rescues where its peaceful n calm...this is NOT that...even the cats dont seem to like ppl...since the 1st time i went i felt an unpleasant vibe...i was excited n so happy to be around the animals n just to be there...however i nvr had my energy matched...plz dont take an animal here!...much better can be done for these animals with better ppl that truly enjoy them...so sad n disheartening

Very rude at front counter. Wanted to ask all kinds of questions. Simply wanted to know how to help. Never going here again.

Front desk lady extremely rude and unpleasant! Everyone else very sweet and helpful. Seems like she hates her job and life in general.. such a shame. I will never go there again. And I know of many others who had this exact experience.

Officer Mike was so kind and caring. He helped us with a stray kitten stuck in a tree. Tried to call a tree expert for us. When we finally were able to get it down he came to pick it up and give it a chance at a better life. Thank you !

This place is TERRIBLE a animal could be dying and they send no help I’ve called 100 times and nobody ever came out even after wasting my time taking my info just to send NO ONE ! “Short staff” is a BS excuse and a lame one for people who supposed to protect animals highly recommended going else where !!

Just adopted a dog named Lucy.

Wonderful facility. Very caring staff. Will do what's needed to make sure the furever friend will be placed in the furever home that's best suited for the needs of the pet and both are a fit.

They're nice people and seems to do a good job here. The problem is that they don't have the services that larger SPCA's have, such as Anne Arundel county, and so they don't provide a variety of vaccinations for pets. You're pretty much on your own.

We adopted 2 well behaved cats

Had to give up my two cats that I loved very much and they were very professional and sincere and had them re adopted within two weeks.. I still miss them????

Tremendous help with a stray cat situation

Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's my first time fostering a mother cat and her kittens. Beautiful Scenery outside if you decide to wait while your pet or foster is getting shots etc.

They helped me adopt out my two cats that I loved very much ????they made me feel at ease with their honest care and admiration for my pets

I have had the pleasure of going to the Humane Society many times over the years both professionally and for personal business. The staff is always attentive and helpful and they always so how much they love the animals. We adopted a dog from them and last year he passed away after spending 16 years with us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
