They are always great with my two dogs. They are very helpful with my one dog's chronic ear infections and allergies.

The vet is very patient and thorough. My puppy was not used to being around people and she ended up very calm and peaceful by the end. I bought the monthly plan and am happy to have found a good vet!

They are very good with animals. Did my dog really well. Can't wait to get her healthy and I'm excited that there the vets I chose

They were very accommodating to a last minute appointment to scan for a microchip on a feral cat, but they don't know how to handle them. Great por regular indoor tamed cat not for feral cats.

Always great with my my husky , have never had an issue. Friendly and informative staff ! Highly recommended

While dog sitting we needed to get a prescription refill which required a check up first. The appointment went fine and left with medicine in hand!

Very friendly staff, clean office, and very quick visits. They treat my dogs very kind, and the Vet is so personable, she came out and talked to me and read off certain points that she wanted me to give attention to for my cane corso. I will continue to bring my dogs here. Thanks Banfield staff !

Arrived 15 minutes early for an appointment which they only do curbside for and so I called to say that I was there with my pet and I was placed on hold two separate times for a total of almost 40 minutes before I finally got somebody to put me on hold for a third and final time while she checked me in

Very friendly and caring staff. The most helpful vet I've ever been to. We had to bring our kitty in to be euthanized, and the doctor and techs were so great and patient in answering all our questions and giving us all the time we needed with our kitty. Would absolutely come back!

I went there for the first time ever & I won’t be going anywhere else from here on out! They took such good care of my Dalmatian, Ella. The Dr & the other workers were so patient with all of my questions and you can tell they all really care about each patient and owner.

The staff was attentive...they listened! The Dr was thorough and not rushing to do extra costly tests. She prescribed medications that were fairly inexpensive, then they called to see how he was doing! Great experience!

Everyone at banfeild westminster location went above and beyond to care for my wife and i's very special new family member maybell our 7 week old bloodhound puppy Everyone was very kind to us and I felt genuinely cared for the wellbeing of our puppy they even called the day after to follow up and check in with us to see how maybell was doing if I could give 10 stars to everyone at banfeild I would thank you all again taking great care of our new baby maybell

Great prices appears to be more expensive but your really getting more for your money with their wellness plans

Best vet I have been to.. The employees always are super polite, helpful and knowledgeable.. They always bond so great with my two cats! And always tell me how much they adore them. They are quick and efficient.. They have the best prices and genuinely care about the health of your pet and don't make it all about the money.. They have an easy to use app to set up appointments, gives reminders of appointments you can also manage your pets health plan on there and see how much your payment is and when it's due.. They keep track of your pets weight and previous visits.. I will always always always recommend them!

Wonderful first appointment at this location. We came from the Hanover PetSmart so the stand alone hospital was new to us. Very friendly and very thorough visit. Great location and my dog loved all the attention. Everyone was super welcoming....... We signed up for the plan. ????

Overbooked and understaffed. Couldn’t get an appointment for 10 days out. They don’t give your pet the attention and care they deserve. They missed a high amount of protein in my dogs urine which is not normal at all. Banfield is just interested in money.
