The 2 batch of fish I got from them has literally only lasted a week max , the previous fish I had got has lasted 5 months so far ( a few passed ) , but now I am completely unsatisfied because I spend so much money with them, from dogs, Guinea pigs, fish . Water test strips are great. Ammonia everything I am so upset . One passed overnight , return home from work and here is the other only lasted 7 days literally

One of the groomers are have a very poor customer service. My dog was there for 3 hours and I was not satisfied at all. I will not be returning to that petsmart.

On Saturday October 9, 2021 I asked my daughters to go in and get me something very simple. Now they are 15 and 12. All I needed was feeder fish and a pletcko, so I’m on the phone with them explaining what to get but the manager has other ideas. So apparently the manager got the feeder fish bagged them up, sat the feeder fish on the case with the crickets on it and it rolled on the floor and bussed. She literally blamed my daughter and told her it was her fault and she should have caught it. At that point she said she refused to wait on them and sent somebody else, I came in and asked what was the problem, she said she was getting smart, well heck you blamed her for your mistake. Than she began to say how her pressure was high and she didn’t fill good. Now I’m like lady you should have stayed home. Than the black lady came over and she wasn’t no better, rude non verbal little to no communication. There has to be a change at that store.

How can you work with animals and people and not be hospitable? ONGOING Terrible customer service from the assistant store manager Michelle!. Grooming I don’t have enough space to type but they lost my dogs collar twice. They used to be pretty good with keeping products in stock but not any more.

I’m actually on hold right now for the last 15mins. Associates can’t even tell me if they have crickets in stocks. The cashier states “ I think we do” . No clarification at all! The staff needs retraining along with he store manager. Sometimes the wrong people are in charge. Danielle finally picked the phone back up and stated that they are in stock. Seriously needs retraining for customer service…

This has been one of the worst business establishment ever! I took a healthy 6 yo Puppy there. He went in for a hair cut came out with small red rashes all over his body. I took him home he did not eat or drink that night. Took him to the animal emergency room where they billed me $400 to say it was the hair cut! It was not done correctly the clippers were too hot, dirty and so on! I called the store and the grooming manger says oh the groomer is new and I will give you 40% off! I’m sick to my stomach! This is my child and all you can offer me is 40% and lies ! I’m so disappointed and sadden it’s been two days yet this is hard my puppy is not doing well! This my first fur baby! Never again! If I could rate it 0 stars I would do -100!

Went to have puppy groomed...after 3 hours received call to get him. He had been placed in a cage that was dirty because he was wet not only with his pee but others and when they finally decided to groom him he snapped on the groomer. Traumatized my baby and then blame him for being a dog

My pet was groomed and comes home scratching and I took him to the vet. He actually caught a fungus from the grooming area. I wonder how clean the facility is since we cannot see where the pets are bathed.

Don’t take you dog here for grooming. I had the worst experience with Jasmyn she had a attitude, extremely unprofessional, rude, unpleasant the moment I came in the store for my dog grooming. She did nothing but put shampoo on my dog and rinse it off after 2 hour of being there it was just a mess. I will never shop at PetSmart again. When staff don’t want to be at work the manager should send them home without pay instead of giving horrible customer service and horrible care to pet. Apparently Jasmyn seem like she didn’t want to be at work and don’t like her job.

Out of three employees including a manager. I asked for help and fifteen minutes later the manager steps out of the cash register and walks right past me as if I didn’t exist. I call out excuse me, but she continued walking away. Definitely ride staff at this location. Won’t be coming back to this location.
