Hey! This place is actually a very good. The owners are friendly. I believe day also have dog day care! What a nice bonus... They have been in this business for long time so that tells you the experience .

Never bring your Labradoodle to this location. Today was the first and last time. You spend $140 just for them to shave all the hair off (even though you showed a picture and requested a poodle head-style). Could have gone to Petco Grooming for the same bad haircut for half the price. At least they know not to shave a Labradoodle’s head the same length as the body and make him look like a rat. Update from next day: he somehow has pink eye now.

Asked for trim of dogs paws and legs, dog was shaved all over! Had cuts on his feet and stomach too.

How to destroy a dog. Shaved as a ship or even worse. My first time I was happy to know that they knew how to trim a Westi, today I had back a terrible surprise not only they didn’t trim the dog but they used a razor with so many different lengths that hair growth will be a disaster. Don’t go there for westi.

I have taken my puppy there 3 times. Each time I am charged a different price that keeps increasing and my dog comes home looking like another breed. They have shaved him twice instead of groomed him and did not bother to comb his ears. $120 plus tip and poor customer service.

This was expensive - $85 for a simple wash/cut and they did not even cut the dog the way I requested. They left his fur so long, I had to have it redone within just a few weeks. Communication was also part of the challenge.

Diva Dogs is family-owned and I’ve used them for seven years. April and John are very attentive and friendly, and my dogs always come home happy and well-groomed. A gem of a place in the Palisades!

Very efficient, hard-working family business - great quality grooming. Mydog always comes out happy and they understand the meaning of ‘puppy cut’. The only DC groomer that isn’t full of nonsense, no frills, no fuss. They will always try to make a plan to accommodate you.

They are the best! Very friendly and helpful. Our golden retriever, Harley, is always in good hands when we take him there. Diva Dogs is the place to go!

I have a unique breed that other groomers always have made to look like a poodle or doodle. These folks understood the unique qualities of my breed and, more importantly, how to properly groom her. I was also appreciative of the advice that the groomer offered on how to address her mats. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. These folks are pros and I highly recommend them.

I've had dogs for 17 years. This is *hands down* the best groomer we've ever had. No contest.

I have a schnorkie and he's small but his hair grows fast and long. He's a squirmer and hates the groomer. I've had unhappy groomers in the past and one time he squirmed and the groomer nicked him with the clippers. When I moved to the neighborhood I started taking him to Diva Dogs. It's perfect. After at least four grooms, I can say I'm very happy there. It's more expensive, but my dog doesn't even seem anxious to go there and the groom always looks nice. They've never said he was difficult and when I pick him up he always seems himself and happier to be hair-free. Not traumatized by the experience. I suspect the groomers have a special way with dogs.

Took my two Pomeranians in for grooming, I asked for specific care and cut. Very thorough and my dogs look great and were very calm on pick up. Highly recommend.

Ok place, they always forget something, last time they didn’t cut my dog’s nails and once they just forgot to wash him after his cut. The front desk person is always in a hurry. I would probably not go back again.

It’s never a dull moment whenever I bring my dog here. The ladies here are really friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like you’re part of the family. This is where I always bring my dog.

Hit or miss. They cut my dog's hair but I don't always leave sure that they understood me.

They do a great job- they don't cut corners, do a beautiful cut, and have been very gentle with my 15 year old cockapoo who they have groomed for over 6 years. Highly recommended.

I've been using Diva Dog for the last year for grooming and dog sitting for my MinPin and Shitzu. They're always super helpful and I love the cut they give my Shitzu.

Please keep your dog from going through the torture of this place. We sent our dog to be groomed here and picked up him three hours later. After all that time, they barely gave him a haircut. We said we wanted a short cut and they hardly took any off--except for his schnauzer eyebrows, which they did manage to take off (even though they're supposed to stay on). We took home our dog who was skittish and extremely shaken. We looked him over and found multiple nicks from the clippers and it was obvious that he was bleeding. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. We'll never go here again. Terrible.

I haven't used the mobile grooming services yet, but I highly recommend their brick and mortar store. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job with my Newfoundland mix. It's the only place I've ever taken him where he's not terrified to go in or very anxious to leave when I pick him up. They really treat the dogs quite well. Excellent service!

This is a fantastic groomer. I go their shop on McArthur Blvd. I have a teacup poodle, and I am very particular about his clipping. Every time, the staff does a great job. They also provide a warm, loving and friendly envirornment for their "clients." The dogs play together and have a place to rest when they need some quiet time. I love this groomer and I highly recommend them.

The brick-and-mortar grooming salon on MacArthur is excellent. I haven't tried the mobile grooming service yet. We took our labradoodle in for a summer cut and they did the works. Shampoo, cut, nails, ears, etc. There is a nice nail salon next door, so I got a mani/pedi while the dog had her salon day, too. Very convenient. The staff was friendly, the store was clean and the dog was happy, so overall I am happy.
