You couldn't ask for better. The people, their professionalism, the cost, everything about them is top shelf. Over a period of a few months, at Spay Spot in Upper Marlboro and Last Chance in Waldorf, they spayed and neutered 6 ferals for me without a hitch. I will never go anywhere else.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would my rabbit Snoopy died from a respiratory infection she got from getting sprayed at the spay spot I wouldn't not recommend this place to my family or anyone for that matter you all need to do a better job in making sure the rabbits are safe when they get spay Having infected rabbits with healthy rabbits I went to get my rabbit spayed and I was not late I got there at 2:51pm and she still try to charge me twenty dollars this establishment is crazy don't go here go to another shelter if you want your animal to be spayed or go to another animal shelter to adopted a animal too.You was rude and unprofessional you should not be rude at all if you didn't want to work there should never got a job there it's as simple as that sue holmes

Had my Cavachon neutered here. They are affordable and gentle with pets. My little dude was in at 830 and out at 10. No post op complications. Highly recommend them.

My miniature poodle was spayed here. The staffmembers were very professional.

The woman at the desk was flat out rude!! Thought maybe she was just having a rough morning but she was just as rude when I arrived back to pick my dog up later that afternoon. Not helpful with any questions I had either. Very unprofessional. Let’s hope my dog was treated better than I was while she was in their care!! Definitely not reassuring when you are dropping a pet off for a major surgery to be greeted by someone with such an ugly attitude. First impressions say a lot.....

Brought in my cat for spaying, brought her in at 7:30 and she was out by 10. The front desk lady was very nice in person and on the phone. She was honest about any questions I had about adding any extra purchases, she didn't try to get me to spend any more money than I had to. Very affordable prices. Hoping for no post op complications but so far everything looks good.

Good service an affordable price

Dr. K is the best...have had many cats spayed/neutered here and they have all done great, minimal discomfort, no bleeding after surgery. The most affordable option too! The only thing that can be tough is getting someone on the phone to schedule (and traffic driving to Upper Marlboro) but it's well worth the minor inconvenience. Top-notch work for your pets here!

Took my two dogs here 6 month old puppies that had all their shots and health care in order .. under their sister property in waldorf Brought them to Upper Marlboro location ..to be fixed . Was called an 1 1/2 later on drop off to be told one had died prior to actual surgery procedure .on the table .. Mind you this was told to me on the phone ..not asked to stop back by .. in person .. doctor repeatedly called dog an it .. when describing her death . I would not leave anything breathing in their care .

Great experience. Good interactions with all staff, and my dog's incision is healing up perfectly. Our regular vet was also impressed by how small the incision was--said he couldn't have done better himself!
