The service while there was good, but because of its small size it took a long time for them to see my dog. While my dog was being seen the doctor was caring and I was in and out.

I will never bring my dog to this place ever again. All they care about is making money. 5 weeks ago I brought my dog for a physical evaluation and annual shots. They discovered my dog had an ear infection and she got treated for it. It cost around $600 total for that visit which I thought was outrageous. Today we had a follow up appointment to see if her ear infection has cleared. They kept my dog in the clinic for an hour and half. Finally when I got my dog back and the receptionist called me about my bill. She said it was around $250. When I started questioning the amount and asked for a breakdown, turns out they performed a full physical on my dog again without me agreeing to it (she just had her physical with them 5 weeks ago). Apparently if you bring your dog there the very next day they will do a physical again. My follow up visit for an ear infection (that has cleared) cost me $250! Thieves!!!

Very shady invoicing and service offerings. If you bring your dog in for a physical and then have a follow up appointment the next day…. Guess what…. your going to be charged for another physical but they label it “recheck exam” and they don’t explain any of their costs up front and provide no breakdown of their services… I don’t understand how a business gets away with this but either way your stuck with the inflated bill.

My guinea pig had an emergency situation and Happy Tails was able to see her right away. The care that the doctor and the techs gave to her was amazing. I was expecting her to pass away due to her situation, but thanks to the quick and thoughtful work of the whole Happy Tails team, she is now fully recovered and living her best life. Always thankful!

I was nervous about having a new puppy and doing the right thing. Dr. Vera was wonderful she answered all my questions and put me at ease.

When my dog wasn’t feeling well I was calling every vet in the area looking for an emergency appointment, but none had any availability to see him ASAP, until I contacted Happy Tails. They let him come in right away (I had to pay an emergency appointment fee for the short notice but it was a small price to pay for my dog’s health). The vet was very kind and informative in her explanation of what was going on with my dog, and I really felt like he was in capable hands. I am happy I went to them, and my dog Desmond is feeling much better.

Dr. Kraselski is an amazing, thoughtful, and passionate veterinarian. I adopted two dogs last year, both came with their share of health issues (one was heartworm+, has a tick disease, came with several other minor issues, and one has a tick disease, pretty bad arthritis, and is a senior guy). She has ensured that my senior guy is healthy and comfortable with his arthritis and gives detailed explanations of his overall health. I worry quite a bit that something could sneak up on us due to his tick disease and age, but she keeps an eye on everything perfectly and in general makes me feel at ease. Highly recommend Happy Tails!

I could not be more grateful for the exceptional care the staff give my cats, if you have a special needs pet this is the place!

Dr. Vera and her team are absolutely amazing. I’ve become somewhat of a frequent client due to a senior cat and a recently adopted dog. The staff remembers my fur babies and treats them like their own. They text me a day or two after visits to check in on my boys and they answer my dozens of questions happily and thoroughly. They also have competitive pricing. I highly recommend Happy Tails for veterinary care—they are the best!

They were able to see my bearded dragon when no bbn one else would. And there prices are very reasonable. Three staff is extremely helpful and take GREAT CARE OF YOUR PET!!!!

Dr. K is the absolute best!! Not only did she catch our dogs super rare cancer she has been along and helpful the entire time. Everyone here has been a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond especially during COVID when we can be physically presence. They take such good care of our pack and they love coming here.

Great veterinarian very friendly I knows about animals

While visiting from out of state, my little dog became very ill and needed emergency care. Happy Tails was the only vet that was willing to see us. Dr.Calpeno conducted a thorough interview with me in order to make a proper diagnosis for a recurring problem. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care we received from the entire staff! They saved Mojo’s life and Dr. Calpeno got him on track to a full recovery! Thanks you so much Happy Tails! I wish I could take you back to FL with us????

Never had a more caring veterinarian. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Everything was great!!! We very much appreciated getting a same day visit when out normal vet couldn't fit us in for 4 days. We loved being able to video into the appt since covid prevented us from being there in person. Also, we liked the doctor talking with us directly, going over options, and seeing how nice the staff was with our pup. Part of the prescription was back ordered, but we were able to pick it up later in the week. We will be switching to this vet for both our dogs after our great experience.

I was recommended Happy Tails from a friend and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were very professional and really cared about my cat.

My vet referred me to here because they take hamsters and my hamster was extremely sick. They were very responsive and even took my hamster that day even though they didn’t have any availabilities. They called me multiple times to keep me informed about his progress and go over every item and price that I would be charged. They provided great aftercare and were extremely professional and friendly. Would absolutely go again and recommend anyone to go. Even though my hamster passed away, I feel like they did everything they could to help him.

I’m new to the area, and I found Happy Tails on Yelp. Dr. Vera was very kind and thorough with my two dogs. Post COVID-19, they offered video chat the entire time the dogs were in the office.

Such a great place. We had to go here in a pinch since our vet was booked but we'll be switching. They even let you view the appointment via their App!

You can always rely on Dr. Calpeno and her staff to take the time to explain everything. I appreciate reviewing the quoted prices too so I can get an idea of how much certain procedures and care measures will cost. They are excellent with handling by 110 pound dog and give her the love and care she needs.

Happy Tails is a great place too manage your pet's health. The staff is always courteous and Dr. V as I call her always makes sure your pet's health and well being are taken care of. And of course your pet can't get enough love and attention from the entire staff. I would recommend anyone to Happy Tails Veterinary.

Overpriced, inefficient and unfriendly, having driven 45 minutes in pounding rain to arrive 15minutes late being told I was replaced & rescheduled. After years of care, their policies changed so I’m looking for another vet to care for my precious pup. Very disappointed!

I can't think of anything they could have done better. Happy Tails squeezed my dog in last minute and quickly took care of her after over a dozen other vets in my area would not accept new clients or had no openings for weeks. I will be driving the extra 30 minutes for Happy Tails from now on after their amazing service and kind, effective treatment of my dog.

I have been going to Happy Tails since they opened and love everything about them. I have Gov search and rescue dogs and its very important for them to be in best of physical and mental health. Dr. Calpeno Dr. V and her staff are the best and my dogs enjoy going there.

This is a warm and knowledgeable Vet Hospital. They have helped us through some very challenging times when losing our pet and have celebrated with us when adding to our Pet Family. We love it there.

My Clutchers got sick very suddenly, Happy Tails was the first place I personally called as it was close to my house. My boy had never been to this facility and these girls didn’t know me from Adam... but they treated us with such empathy and compassion. Unfortunately, the first time they got to meet my old pup was the last time, as I had to put him down. The staff here couldn’t have been any better and I can’t thank them enough for absolutely everything. Even with this COVID19 going on they still treated my dog and my family like we had been going there for years. I can’t say I’ll ever get another dog because I could never replace Clutch... but I will speak of this veterinary hospital in the highest respects!! Thank you guys again for everything!

Despite the new normal they have done their best to keep me involved in the visit. I love Dr V and her team they truly care about my high maintenance pet and understand my concerns !
