Dr. Wilson is fabulous and although I have been with Northwind for just the past four years I have found them to be very responsive and caring of my pets. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family, as a matter of fact I have already done so.

I have been bringing my dogs to Northwind for over 20+ years. They have always taken good care of them all. I really like how Dr Russ treats my dog and he is very great at explaining everything during out communications. All of the staff are wonderful and kind

Took time to talk, answer questions and inform me of everything that was going on during the appt. They were very personal, friendly and informative about everything- felt like family! I would definitely recommend Northwind Animal Hospital as of the team members that I dealt with were absolutely wonderful. Pleasant and professional. Bella, who doesn't like going to the vets, was treated like she was one of their pets.

Dr Repsher is great, she listens and is responsive to all questions. Feel very confident with her care and treatment plans, Staff is always friendly and helpful Dr Wilson is great too, very good with suggestions, professional & friendly. Have never had bad service with any of the Vets or staff at Northwind. Prices are reasonable. 1/11. Saw Dr Miller, fairly new to practice. He too is very nice , takes time, explains and gives good suggestions. I’m very happy with Northwind Animal hosp and would recommend them highly.

Northwind Animal Hospital and staff are wonderful!

I left another Practice that I was unhappy with recently and have been beyond satisfied with coming to Northwind. Ive been here for 3 months now with 2 dogs that have health issues. I’ve interacted with both Dr. Cross and Dr. Russ and they have shown me that this is the true model of a successful business. They spend all the time you need discussing everything even if you have a zillion questions. They never appear to rush you along for the next client. They have improved the condition of my pets. They answer emails and phone calls quickly which my last vet never did. I could have one pet at the vets being looked at but the doc will take time to discuss my other fur baby that is at home if I had questions about their situation. The vet techs are also great and the entire organization seems to run like a fine tuned machine. You don’t have long waits, appt times are prompt and you feel like you are always their #1 priority. I know this is a long review but, trust me, I wish I had started here 10 years ago.

Met Dr. Miller for an urgent visit for our older golden, Gracie, who has not been eating well at all for several months and then topped it off with persistent vomiting over 24 hours several days ago. He is new to our family but immediately related to both Gracie and me. He did not minimize our issues at all but recommended a common sense approach of sending a senior panel and trying an anti-nausea med, Cerino. We will be hearing tomorrow about the blood work and then proceeding based on this. I was very happy with the timliness of the visit and the care rendered by this new member of the staff for us.

We love Northwind! They are always so caring and kind and are extremely easy to work with. We’ve used them as our vet for 16 years!

I like the doctors however availability to get in is never soon or quick.

The staff is very knowledgeable and communicative about everything that is going on with my dogs. I've always felt confident that my pets are getting the best care. The staff has gone above and beyond in difficult situations and I will only ever bring my pets to Northwind when I am in the Baltimore area.

Dr Wilson called me every day to check on my dog and then when she wanted to see her again she saw me in an hour. She exlained her findings and made me a partner in my dogs care. She is stupendous

I have been taking my dog Mia to Dr Brad for 15 years He genuinely cares for her and the entire staff is pleasant and compassionate to all of us. Adapted quite well during these trying times too.

Dr. Williams and the tech that assisted her were AMAZING with my cat. They knew the tricks to make my cat feel safe and addressed our concerns with ease. The office admin who charged me was also super kind, as well as every person I have spoken to over the phone. This clinic is top of the line, so glad I brought my kitty here.

I wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else. The drs. and support staff at Northwind Animal Hospital are extraordinary. They treat pets as their own and listen attentively to concerns and won’t stop until you and your pets are satisfied. They are truly fantastic!

Dr. Wilson and her team are wonderful. They are thorough and clearly explain all facets of the exam.

Dr. Matthew Cross was very patient with my senior dog. He went over more than one option with me. He spent time vs pushing us tgrough like we were on a assembly line. He seemed interested and I felt comfy with his experience and care for my pet. Northwinds is not real clise to home for me but I'm going to switch my puppies care to their office as well. They don't try to kill you on price, staff is very sweet and involved. My friends snd I are all pleased, 5 of us now using Northwinds.

My parents have been coming here since we had our first family dog. 36 years later, I'm still bringing my Peyton here. That says it all!
