Millersville Animal Hospitial has been great with my boy Charlie. He has developed vestibular old dog syndrom and they have done everything they can to help him and I through this. They are also great at trying to get you an appointment as soon as they can even though they are pretty booked up. Thank you to the entire staff.

Fixed my daisy right up . I didn't have to pay an arm and one leg this time thanks to them ..

Dog came home acting afraid/off for 1st few days. Had to take to vet and was diagnosed with Kennel cough. After a week and a half and almost $1000 in very bills he's finally starting to act like himself again.

If I could give this practice negative stars I absolutely would. HORRIBLE experience. Took dog there for months with concerns that we’re just brushed aside by the Doctors in this Office. Was told by one when I tried to bring my dog in that “we are at the end of the line with your pet, you’ll have to find somewhere else to go”. If you love your Pets do NOT under any circumstances bring them to this Vet Office. Do as the one Doctor told me and find somewhere else to go.

We've used this place for over 15 years, four cats and a dog. We have always had a good experience with every member of the team at Millersville Animal Hospital. It means so much to have a veterinary service you can trust! Five stars all the way! Thanks, Millersville Animal Hospital!

I scheduled an appointment for my puppy on 5/15/2021 who had an emergency in regards to a potential ear infection / allergic reaction, who was scratching his ears profusely to the point where they would bleed. This was not my primary care doctor, the only reason I selected this place was because they were the only ones who had the space available for a same day appointment. The appointment was for 4:30pm, I arrived at 4:44pm; 4 minutes past their supposed “10 minute” grace period due to heavy traffic and I was greeted by the receptionist, a young woman, who had a very unprofessional attitude/ got smart with me when conducting our conversation in regards to having my puppy seen. I drove 45 minutes away for the appointment just to be turned away as if I wasn’t a paying customer. And when I asked to speak to the doctor, I was denied; the reason being “the doctor just went into her next appointment, and she will go into her next appointment after that as well” basically giving me the run around. I will NEVER recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone. My best piece of advice is to find another place to spend your money, somewhere that values their patients experience. Dr. Rubin, Rhiannon, Desarae, Kim and all the wonderful staff I haven’t met behind closed doors. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication. I moved here from Southern VA and couldn’t be more happy to have found a reliable Animal Hospital. One of my pups was 15 years and 7 months, her name was Mia and unfortunately I had to make a really hard decision to send her to heaven. But we partied hard on Monday and Tuesday till her time came (filled with McDonalds chicken nuggets, vanilla milkshake, balloons, a trip to the park on both days, our last walk in our neighborhood, we said our final goodbyes to our neighbors and to the staff at petsmart, trip to Lowe’s and our last time sleeping together but most importantly we watched “ All Dogs Go to Heaven” as a pack on the bed before going in that afternoon, Dr. Rubin and Rhiannon were so kind and patient with me during the entire process. I even stayed a hour after and brought in Daisy to say her final goodbyes to her mommy, we stayed for the entire process. The loss was hard but I know it can’t be easy for you as Veterinarians and Vet Techs to actually physically do it. I thank you for your bravery for that. She is breathing and running around like a young pup again over the Rainbow Bridge. Mia August 16,2005-February 16,2021 I did a Private Cremation and Mia was home 2 weeks later, so happy. Then I brought my other dog Daisy here to get Spayed/ Tumor removal and the process was just as smooth. Desarae met Daisy at the door so she could get her x rays and shots for her first visit. Desarae is always smiling. Dr. Rubin who is always so respectful and informative then sent me to Victoria I believe to schedule Daisy and it was just as smooth and friendly process. Daisy came back for her spay and Kim dealt with greeting me. She was kind and assuring. The communication was phenomenal. Dr. Rubin did awesome. Dropped off early and picked up later in the evening. Smooth and easy. Now my entire pack is spayed and neutered! I have a pack of 5 and now I can rest easy here in Maryland knowing I have a Animal hospital with reliable staff to keep my pups healthy. I appreciate it. Thank you!

My dog suffers from anxiety... visited the vet... discussed a plan. Initial plan did not work. No one had any clue what was discussed and since that particular doctor was not in the office that day.. had to wait till she was. UNACCEPTABLE! take your animal to a different vet that actually cares about the dog!

We got in anf out easily and the price was reasonable.

Clean, nice staff, don't think I've seen the same Dr. twice in the 2 years we've used them. Would like to get to know one too build a relationship.

I've been going here for about 20 years. Everyone is very caring and thorough during the examinations. Unfortunately, my Annie was 18 and going into seizures non-stop; she crossed the rainbow bridge. The staff set up an appointment at the end of the day and was very caring throughout the horrible experience. My Maggie who is a rescue dog and just turned nine has SARDS as well as thyroid issues. Dr. T. has been amazing and will email me at nights and on weekends. They are all awesome!

This is our "go to" place for veterinary care. The techs are nice and the Vets are very good. We've been going here for years. Highly recommend.

I wish I'd found them sooner. Taking an older dog to a vet is always a scary/somber thing, but I have to say that the comfort level I have with both doctors and the staff is unbelievable. It has made these last visits painless and supportive. They have always answered the call, given me all the options for my pup and made sure that my questions and concerns were heard, even when I'm not in the most rational state of mind. Far and away exceeded my expectation of what a Vet should be.

I cannot express an enough words my gratitude and appreciation to the folks at the millersville Animal Hospital. they are loving, caring, and concerned people that love my pets almost as much as I do.
