Never had any issues with this particular Petco. Although they don't do pet classes the staff has always been very helpful. Even when they seem to be short staffed, maybe due to COVID?

Friendly Atmosphere! Nice Employees! But they don't have Pre or Post Natal Vitamins for Pregnant Dogs. And there prices are to high.

Went there looking to get a fish something simple 2 employees were in the back helping one customer looked at me didn't say can I help u with anything nothing so one walks off im still standing there looking at fish still nothing other continues to help the other customer looks me in my face no I be with u in one second give me a minute nothing continues to help not happy at all

The glasses fish lady could be a tad bit polite other than that I had a good experience.

Store wasn't super clean but the staff, especially Chris, Kevin, the GM Jessica, Logan and others are always so nice!

Good customer service and will honor fish purchases that die unexpectedly for 30 days.

Every time I step into that place, I always her a dog in distress in the back of where they are suppose to be getting groomed!! I get where the dogs are already stressed out, but why in the world can't an employee console the animals!!! Isn't this place suppose to be pet friendly??? Shame on all of you!!!

Never have adequate dog leashes for small dogs to select from and they continuously move the dog food to different places within the store. I am always walking around the store searching for my brand of dog food!????

Store always immaculate, staff friendly and polite. Prices are a bit more but great selection!

Booked a grooming appointment 3 weeks in advance got called 4 hours before scheduled appointment stating the groomer they assigned to my appointment isnt feeling well and they are canceling my appointment as no other groomer can fit my 7lb maltese into their schedule because apparently petco doesnt seem to have the ability to leave small spaces for emergencies or anything deff will not return for grooming services

Won't accept dead fish without water samples. Noone told me when purchasing the fish. I live 45 minutes away from the store. I think it needs to be posted somewhere so people know. Or the employees need to tell you when you buy fish. It is clean and organized, but I don't like the animal return policy

Its like $1-3 more without Petco Rewards Card too. But its its really Easy n Fast to get an Petco Rewards Card too, Which You Do at Cashier-Stand also and just Give them a Phone Number n Name n pretty much your ALLL SET UP TO SAVE DOLLARS N DOLLARS each time u go to Petco!!!!!!
