Jocelyn’s is a great place to get a new member for your family. I got my new hamster Layne from here and it was truly a good experience. I do wish they wouldn’t keep their Syrian hamsters together as they are known to fight each other and are solitary animals but other than that the hamsters are very healthy and tame.

Drove 40 minutes to look at a dog listed as available on the website. When I got there, I was told that the puppy would be arriving at the store and available in three days ????

We have a 5 1/2 year old Sheltie and a 4 month old Australian Shepherd both from them. Both are great dogs! Customer service here is always good too which is a plus!

I don’t recommend this place at all. They are just in it for the business and are not concerned about the welfare of their dogs or the home they go to. They do not perform background checks nor do they advise when the pets have any problems. I purchased my puppy for $1000. I’ve never had a pet before and I’m severely allergic and realized I made a big mistake. After three days I took the puppy to the vet and explained my situation. He told me I should call the store and explain the issue and that if they are good people they should give some option. He also said the dog has an underbite which the store did not include in his paperwork at purchase and that his medical record states he had his full 5 way temperament shot which the vet said is untrue and that he’s missing one of them (as reflected by the stickers). They are saying he received more than he did. I’m pretty sure that the VCA animal hospital doctor knows more about a dogs medical needs than a rude manager that answered the phone at the store. Anyways I’m looking to solve this problem cordially but if not I am going to take it into legal hands. While I won’t be able to sue for me personal reason, misadvertising a sale is unethical and a cause for legal pursuit. The manager wouldn’t even give me the owners name to discuss the matter. I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service in my life. Don’t buy your puppy’s here. They advertise when everything is up to date when it’s not!
