Heartless staff. Please do not take your animals here when sick. Staff is rude and heartless. Vet was rude and made you feel bad about not spending thousands of dollars on your pet. Worst experience ever..especially while losing your pet.

The Vet here caused my daughters pregnant goat a C section and a dead baby goat due to the vets not wanting to take care of the emergency the night before even though my daughter wanted to bring her that night. Unfortunately their the only vet near her that does farm animals.

I have been using North Carol veterinarian services – Dr. Kay Wagner over a year and a half with my Doberman pincher. The most recent incident was regarding skin infections. I took my Doberman to another local veterinarian who said there was no infection whatsoever. He asked me to return in two weeks and that he would do a biopsy on the affected areas. The cost was over $150 and when I left that veterinarian, my dog still had the problem. Two weeks later I changed vets and decided to take my dog back to Dr. K Wagner. Dr. K closely examined the skin infections, took samples, carefully analyzed them and determined that indeed there was an infection. She prescribed medication and my dog is now healing. Thank goodness for Dr. Kay Wagner! What makes North Carol veterinarian services – Dr. Kay Wagner So special is that she is extremely competent and professional; She gets it right the first time and every time! I also really like the environment and setting which is very country and the fact that she treats other animals besides dogs and cats. This is the fourth time that Dr. K has serviced my Doberman pincher and in every incident she was spot on. Thank you so much Dr. K as we are fortunate to have you in our area!

I brought a friend's cat in to be checked.... honestly the staff and vet were not very friendly. I personally wouldn't go back to this vet.

Dr. Wagner truly is the best. She laid with my grandmother's dog all night and we haven't left her since. Truly amazing people. Highly recommend.
