They are amazing. My baby had an ear infection and they were able to somehow fit him in to get looked at. Within 30 minutes we were out the door with a prescription and a puppy treat. Ms. Janet is just amazing with him every single time. Joan is always patient with me and Dr. Martin is hands down the best. I honestly believe that they love my boy just as much as I do.

Used this animal hospital for almost 4 years. Took great care of our dog (Boots) and our cat (Artemis). Boots always loved visiting and always came home happy. Going to have a hard time finding a similar vet in our new area.

Dr. Martin and her entire staff are top notch, cannot recommend them enough. Knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough. My english bulldog has multiple health issues and Dr. Martin has always gone above and beyond to get her through them. She is meticulous in diagnosis and treatment. The staff is excellent and caring as well. At our last visit Jeanette volunteered some food from her own lunch (a banana) to try to help calm her down. I have referred several family members to Dr. Martin and they rave about her and her staff as well. If you want your pet to be treated by a vet that cares for them like they are their own, go to Prime Care.

(Dictated by Kuzco) Absolutely!! 10 ????????????????????, 5 woofs, and massive tail wags!!! Dr. Martin got down on my level to meet me and get to know me, somehow she managed to trick me into being happy to see the vet. We played for a little bit, then she talked with Mum while I sniffed around the room. Then came the shots ????, but it was delivered with delicious paste that made me forget about the shots. The nurse and Dr. Martin made sure that Mum was in my line of sight the entire time to help keep me calm. Next thing you know we were done, easy squeezy. While we waited for some tests, one of the nurses came in and I got to pick out my very own toy...of course I went for the one with a squeaker and fluff!! Since we are new to the area we got recommendations for groomers too! Everyone was so friendly it was wonderful!! Highly recommended!!

I have been coming here for years. This is the most caring staff. Dr Laura always has time for questions and play! I would and do recommend them always!!

Great vet a little pricey but always do a good job! Including getting my cat fixed they did a great job and cat healed well.

He was fifteen and one half years of age, and suddenly became ill. We brought him to Prime Care for an evaluation. Thank goodness we took him where loving, caring people work. This is our first dog. We knew almost nothing. For years my son begged for a dog. We finally gave in and adopted a dog. My son supposedly did all the research and assured everyone that a Lab would be the ideal dog for us as a first dog. Our first trip to the Dr. Martin was shocking, eye opening, and the best thing that we could have done for both the family and our dog. Dr. Martin and her staff took a long time patiently instructing us on everything that we should have known. She took care of our first dog. Although we were reminded that dogs are a lot of work, she also reminded us that we were going to love her and she will be worth the work. Today we love our dog, and it definitely worth the work and money.

PAWsitively Five "Woofs"! It is hard to find a good Doctor (for me or my dog!) who cares and who takes time to listen, answer your questions and explain things in a clear and unbiased manner. UNRUSHED!! Doc Martin is phenomenal, she truly cares and gives expert treatment. All of this shows as our Brittany Louise can't wait to get in the door of the office to see her! She is our friend. BEST Animal Hospital out there!!!! Dr. Martin and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and constantly going the extra mile to care for the animals and their owners! I love the extra time Dr. Martin takes to explain things or listen to questions. Everyone is extremely loving and makes the animals feel comfortable and at ease. My puppy has had such a good experience that she can't wait to greet all of her friends at Dr. Martin's office when she has her check ups!
