Loved it, everyone very professional and friendly.

I have been recommending both Dr. Hennings and the Grooming Room for years. We are thrilled with the care Sophie and Nicholas receive. The staff at the vet clinic is wonderful and we love Dr. Hennings. I can be a ninny worrying about Sophie and Nicholas and Dr. Hennings always answers all of my questions and I always feels calmer about whatever is happening. Sophie and Nicholas love going for their baths every week at the Grooming Room. They are so happy to go and happy when they leave. We couldn't be more pleased and I will continue to highly recommend both the Vet Clinic and the Grooming Room.

I feel that I was charged $100 for bloodwork unnecessarily to be put on an anti-inflammatory

Love Dr. Hennings she is so good with my Zoee. She knows her personality and how to care for her accordingly. The staff is very sweet and caring also. Nicole is very pleasant on the phone and at the front desk????

Dr. Hennings is the best! She cleary and thoroughly explains everything and always has a plan and a back up plan for my asthmatic cat. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet recommendation.

I have been with West Frederick for a long time. Dr. Henning is the best she takes very good care of all my pets. She's always there if I have any concerns or questions about any of my pets. Great customer service from the front desk to the vet techs. Would highly recommend West Frederick for any of your pets needs.

We recently moved to the area and needed a new vet. Our dog is very anxious visiting the vet and was not a fan of her first visit, but this was the easiest visit we ever had because of the amazing staff! At the end, our dog was happy as a clam walking around, visiting everyone, smelling everything. And when we went back a week later to swing by the groomers next door she barely got nervous at all walking into the vet's lobby. Amazing first visit and looking forward to continuing to bring our pets here!

20 years of taking our pets there - excellent care!

We have been patients since 2010, and have had several dogs pass through this vet, a couple with very serious and unusual medical conditions. Every vet we have ever seen (and I’m pretty sure we’ve seen most of the old crew) has been absolutely wonderful. I miss some of the previous vets, but the new ones have been so excellent as well. Compassionate, knowledgeable, and always available whenever we needed anything. We are truly grateful to have such excellent and kind hearted care for our beloved dogs.

Great staff, wonderful to my two dogs and accommodating to our schedules. Greatest vet in Frederick.

Hi Everyone. ???? Ashley & Kris here. I’ve been bringing my dog Nala (2yr. Old white boxer) to west Frederick vet since she was 8 weeks old. She has seen 3 of their doctors and they are all great. Her recent and first visit with Dr. Keith krebs was Awesome. He was so good with her, my fiancé said . We will do our best to have her see dr. Krebs from now on if it’s possible. She seems to listen better with males. Thanks for caring for her as much as we do!????

We took our dog and cat to see Dr. Peterson and Dr. Krebs and had such great visits both times. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and the doctors were genuinely compassionate and took the time to explain everything thoroughly/answer any additional questions. We feel really lucky that we found this wonderful office not only to take care of our animals, but also to help us with our peace of mind.

I've been taking my cats here since this vet practice was established in Frederick. They are the best in the county. Staff is wonderful, vets are top notch and caring. I will never go any other place.

When I needed care for my dogs, West Frederick vet came through and and I was able to get an appointment for one of my dogs on the same week. They were very helpful and friendly before, during and after my appointments. I also appreciate how they still maintain some COVID safety precaution.

Love this vet clinic. We switched to them about 2 years ago and they have been absolutely wonderful. They have helped our dog tremendously in the short time that we have been there. All the vets there are extremely knowledgeable and take their time to explain everything. The entire staff is very compassionate and everyone that we have worked with has been amazing. I feel like my dog is in the best hands with that team. Thank you WFV!

I have been with them for years and they have always been compassionate and caring. I have had exotic animals which is usually not part of their purview but they accommodated me anyway. Dr demaria was the best. They have always looked out for me and my animals. These are my most recent babies.

Our first visit, and it went so well. The staff is very nice and efficent. The dr was so kind and explained everything. Definitely coming back next week with our other kitty ! The charges were very reasonable

I just changed my vet for my two dogs to here (West Frederick) and the staff and service have been fantastic. One of my dogs is very skittish and my previous vet could not do checks-up on him, but Dr. Krebs was able to. They also really listened and really cared about what I had to say about my pups. They have an app and website too!

I love this vet! They are so kind, remember me every time I come in, and never pressure me into any procedure I’m not comfortable with. They let me know prices very readily when I ask so that I can make an informed decision. The staff couldn’t be friendlier!
