Had 3 baby guinea pigs die from there due to respiratory infections. Rushed them to my vet and they were malnourished despite eating like a piggy for us, to little to be away from their mom, the bedding they use causes respiratory infection and on top of that the poor things have zero ventilation!!! PetSmart treats their live animals horrible!! Don’t have to believe me research it yourself

Wonderful service and staff. I have shop here for many years. You can count on them to have what you're looking for most of the time. The price are 2% to 3% higher then other stores that carry the same product. I would recommend this store to anyone. Because you can find what you're looking for Where other stores are sold out.

Great, got just what I wanted.

The store was clean, well stocked, and well presented. My cashier and other customers in the store were super friendly, and they had the tags I needed for my pups. I'll definitely be back to this location.

Nice store, friendly staff. I like it when Pet Stores have grassy areas for dogs before you drop them off and when you pick them up from appointments. This store has a decently sized grassy area away from the busy traffic around the back of the store.

Sales Assistants were very helpful in deciding on buying two Cat Carriers. Store is nicely inventoried.

the grooming department did an excellent job on our dog. Roxie loved being groomed.

This is by far the worst service , my Dog came for a grooming, and need to be taken to urgent care. This place need to close down.How you offer a grooming service not having a qualify person for the job. horrible management.

Overall it’s a good place. We’ve been taking our chocolate lab there for a year. The vets are very nice when I’ve spoken to them. The front desk is helpful when I’ve approached them about questions. I’d say my only issue is when you have to work with them to schedule and drop off. The system is a bit clunky. We’ve shoes up 15 minutes early before and they just had us wait in the car for 15 minutes. If you are late, shame on you. If you happen to be early: wait. I’ve also had times where I was waiting for over an hour to call and let them know what was taking so long. They then would let me know it is a drop off - in other words go home…we will call you when the dog is done. So just communicate stuff could be improved. The overall service is fine.

Took my pet in to see the veterinarian the staff was very kind and gentle with my pet.

Parking is shared with the strip mall but the staff is helpful.

Found everything I was looking for and the cashier(didn't get his name) was super friendly and fast.

Made it easy to make appointment for our dog's shave, bath, nails and teeth cleaning. Price was great and the staff was friendly. Will return.

I loved my visit the staff was helpful and really friendly. They were out of bags of aquarium rocks so I went to Walmart for that. But they had a great plastic tank that was perfect for my goldfish that Walmart did not have. And at a good price to. One star was taken off because they didn’t have the aquarium gravel or fish nets and that was two main things I needed
