They was there when i need the help

Will never return! When I brought my dog Oso in they recommended and upgraded package because he was matted, which I did not have a problem with. My issue came into place when I asked questions about the package because this was new to me so I wanted to know about the equipment. What all the package covered etc. The groomer Jamie proceeded to get defensive with me suggesting I leave with my dog. After I clarified to her that I was only asking a question she than became more helpful but that should have been a sign to take my dog elsewhere. The day after I picked him up I discovered both his ears had dried up blood from where he was nipped and also a cut on his sanitary area. Not sure if that was done out of spite or if they were careless and just didn’t tell me about it. They did tell me that during his grooming he was very vocal which I found to be weird because Oso has always been extremely chill with baths, but now that I see he was cut in multiple areas I can understand why he was probably crying. Never again will I bring my pet to this store!

None of the stages work checklists were updated on the walls and it showed. The rewards program didn't work (employees said it was done for a week or so) Everything priced high and the service was weak.

Prices are always better than petsmart and if not you can price match online petco and get better price always

It's an older store but you can tell the staff do there best to keep the store clean and the shelves organized

I will shop at petco ONLY because this store carries the brand of dog food we use.

Staff was awesome!! I was looking for a particular supplement for my furbaby and couldn't find it. Staff came over and took the time to look in the back stock room,etc. Thanks to their diligence I was able to find what I was looking for!!! Highly recommended!!!

Felt like they where watching me waiting for me to steal something never offered help just kept making me feel uncomfortable the woman who's a manager is a total Karen worst customer service experience

I had the pleasure of shopping here with my family over the weekend and let me just say this, I was given the absolute best customer service. We came in for a few more fish to add to our lovely tank and the gentleman who helped us seemed to be an expert at what he does because he gave us a plethora of knowledge and advice. Great job ! Cleanliness was also a plus !

Hi I'm Carrie Campbell and I would definitely recommend Petco pet store five star store and the people that work there 100% five-star they're awesome help me a lot and throw all these years and I'm going to keep coming back cuz my cats need me now that my dog died.

Nice Petco for its relative small size, great staff, has all of the necessary items for pets, just wish they had made with meat treats in their bulk treat section.

My mother took her Great Pyrenees to get groomed here since our usual groomer was booked up. She had some knots in her hair in certain parts but not enough to be butchered like this! My Dad picked her up and paid the bill of $179 and they tried to say she had to many knots and was getting frustrated with them so they shaved her. They could have just called us and we would have just waited for her usual groomer, but no, they butchered her! This is uncalled for! We waited a day to calm down but we will be calling tomorrow. She has been shaken up ever since she came home from them. Attached are pictures of their so called professional grooming, and a pic of what she looked like before(borrowed from the internet as I did not have a full body pic on hand).

When I went here to get a new dog leash, there was no cashier to be found. I literally had to yell to get someone to check me out. Terrible experience!

Got dog bathed etc. They did well, Petco is my go to for supplies when not using Chewy

Just a large corporate pet store that closes at 8pm on a Friday. Go to the local pet stores instead that close at the same time.

Went to buy a glowfish tank for my grandson. He is 8 and enjoyed your wide selection of decorations and accessories. (I liked your low prices!) We are prepping the tank today and going back tomorrow for the fish. I do hope you have more staff available. There was no one on the floor to assist us yesterday, just the young lady at the register. We will certainly need help and guidance to pick the right fish. I don't trust my internet research entirely so would love input from someone at the store.

Convenient grooming appointment, friendly staff, and her groom was perfect! Will be getting my pup groomed here more often. She left a happy pup!

On point!!! -With all the things involved at a pet shop!!!

Scheduled my appointment with their Vetco vaccine clinic and the day of an hour before the store opens they texted me telling me the clinic is canceled. It would’ve been easier to handle the cancelation if they left you with the option to travel to surrounding areas to accommodate the cancelation given that vaccines are done on a schedule, but the best they had to offer was a 20% future services coupon and a reschedule for July 26th (a month later). I feel bad for the people who will now have to repeat their pets vaccines due to their negligence. For being in vet medicine, they should consider vaccine schedules before canceling the day of and also maybe act like they actually CARE. I will never come back here! And to the inhumane, empathy-lacking manager that used the excuse “he runs a business so at the same time I should be impressed with their Vetco’s 98% attendance rate,” I’m not impressed and quite frankly I feel bad for the people affected by their 2% attendance failure that will now have to pay emergency vet fees or pay to redo all their pets shots all together.

Sorry, not a big fan. This time the store was hot, as usual, dark, which I understand to keep the place cool, and overpriced. Wish I thought they cared about animals but I dont think they do.

I'm very disappointed they didn't keep their appointment time and when they finally did was able to see my dog they said they need him for 3 hours instead of one so I'm very displeased I would not recommend it
