I contacted Pretty Pups Pet Care to provide mobile grooming for my three dogs. Almost immediately, I received a text back. They were able to work around my crazy schedule and were super accommodating. Groomer Kat came out to the house to groom my dogs. Kat was on time, friendly and surprisingly, my dogs (who can be very difficult) absolutely loved her! All three of my pups looked great and smelled amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of things.

I have been using Emily's services about 5 plus years now. It started from when we had our senior dog who had to be put down. She had a stroke, came out of that but we didn't want to take her to a Petco or PetSmart groomer. When we first started using Emily she didn't have her vans yet, she would bring everything into the house to provide services. To say this women is patient is an understatement, our dog was in her late teens and Emily took so much time with her (It had to be a couple hours), I was able to assist. It broke my heart when we had to put Sarah (Our dog) down, but I knew if and when we got another dog I would be calling Emily. Now, we have an 8 month old Australian Cattle Dog mix who just loves anyone and everyone. He's slowly getting used to being groomed. But as being a new dog mom I had constant questions and I would shoot Emily a message and she was always so helpful. Emily isn't just a service provider to us, she's family. I won't trust anyone else with our animals. I am always recommending Emily to my friends and Family.

Emily is caring and compassionate, and grooms each dog to look it's very best. She has been grooming my dogs for 4 years, and my dogs look forward to each visit, and always come out looking amazing. Always professional and the dogs love her!

Emily is an amazing groomer! She has been caring for my fur baby since she was a pup and here we are almost at 3 years later. Quality of service-always top notch. Never any complaints or issues. Emily is always prompt, professional and most importantly, CONSISTENT! My mini poodle’s groom is “show dog” worthy. I love the products she uses to keep coat brilliant and smelling fresh. I would highly recommend Pretty Pups, not only for excellent service but the convenience of it all.

Emily was very responsive, professional and caring to my dog's needs. She was able to fit us in quite quickly. Social Distancing and masks were enforced by her. My little Sundy loves her new cut!

She's an okay groomer and our dog liked her however, she just all of a sudden stopped grooming him after more than a year. When I would text for an appointment, she'd say she's booked for months. I have no idea what happened but this is a poor way of doing business.

My dog Puffy and I LOVE this groomer. She connects with dogs on such a special level. She is kind, personable, reliable and worth more than she charges. ( Puffy always makes sure I give her a kind tip.). Puffy is a Maltese/Bichon and needs hair cuts, manis & pedis and of course a bath. He always looks so handsome when she’s finished. I’m so happy we discovered this groomer over a year ago! Two Paws UP! ????????

She is the best groomer ever!!! She takes her time with my furry friend. He smells wonderful and she outfits him with the best bow ties.

Wow. This is a great groomer! If you want someone who's knowledgeable, kind and has a great eye for detail she's your gal! I've learned over time as a dog owner groomers like this can be hard to find and even harder to stay with if you don't plan ahead! Good groomers often have a bit of a line of those waiting be smart enough to stay on a schedule she recommends and enjoy a phenomenal groomer!
