We have been using them for 3 years. Not only are the great with dogs but they can also train the owners. Everyone working there is knowledgeable and courteous. Great business to deal with.

Our newly adopted young dog was quite wild, kept on trying to run out of the house at every opportunity, ran and jumped all over the place inside of the house.. Working with a trainer through series of personalized private sessions got us to a much calmer dog, improved relationships and better understanding of what we can keep doing in home. We are also quite happy with the boarding services: it's reliable, dog is well taken care of and reasonably priced.

We really like TK-9. We use them for day care, boarding and training. And, even more importantly our pup loves going there. When we turn off of route 1 he starts to get excited about seeing his friends (canine and human). All the techs know his name, and alway welcome him back each time he arrives at the facility. We are really glad we found TK-9.

TK-9 is fabulous. One of our dogs trained with Tecla and Will. We’ve also boarded both of our dogs here for an extended period and both came home happy, clean, healthy and tired. I love that doggy daycare is included with boarding and I will never ever take my dogs anywhere else!

Two of my beloved companions were trained at Angel k-9, now TK -9. Both of my beloved companions crossed the Rainbow Bridge during the 2021 summer. I purchased a new little pup name Oreo. She has several challenges to overcome due the lose of service dogs. My schnauzer taught her well seven days before she passed. (I FAILED OREO by not ESTABLISHING TH) leadership. I strongly recommend their board and training program for all breeds. Their training will give your pup an awesome start without the puppy blue

Atlas loves coming to tk9 for daycare! He wagged his tail so much when he arrives he can’t wait to get to playing. He loves it!

We had a wonderful experience with Tecla's over the Thanksgiving break. It was our first time using Tecla's for boarding. We felt that our dogs were cared for, and the pictures that the staff post to Facebook each day really gives you peace of mind as an owner. We'll continue to use Tecla's for boarding.

Large, clean and professionally staffed facility with easy access and parking. Staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. Most of all, Sammy our Aussie loves it here! He's always hyper-excited when he knows he's going to TK-9 for the day.

Our dog loves coming to TK-9. The staff are friendly and great with the dogs and she enjoys playing with the other dogs during the day. They are reliable and we never have to worry about her when we are on vacation

First time I had brought my dog here. However, I had called multiple times during normal business hours, and they have an answering service. I told the answering service, which has 0 information on the facility, to have them call be back between a set time. The answering service had asked me that specifically. So they do call me back, but not when I am able to talk to them, and the information they had given me was not what I talked to the answering service about. Then I bring my dog there for boarding. They offer “training sessions” as an add on which is fantastic. However when you go to pick up your dog, they don’t review anything with you, fail to have report cards on the training session, and just try to push their training program on you. When I asked specifically how to reinforce the training, the staff made it seem like it was very odd I would ask, blamed not being in their training program for not knowing the training commands, and said they had too many dogs to do report cards despite my paying for the “training sessions”. The girl at the front desk told us that she was off and shouldn’t be working, so service was unprofessional and slow. She did not go over the bill with me and when I asked for a receipt, she said it’s only emailed. They emailed it an hour later after they were closed, and over charged me. No wonder they only email receipts… Also when I dropped my dog off, they failed to get any shot records , vet information , or an emergency contact. Would not recommend them. As a first time customer presentation is everything, and they were very unprofessional and borderline rude.

I am very disappointed in this business and their lack of professionalism. I had a work event and needed to pick my dog up 30 min before their "designated" pick up time and they wanted to charge me a penalty (TO PICK UP MY OWN DOG) of $25. Their reasoning is to not disrupt the dogs. REALLY? Dogs know how to tell time? So they will know if one leaves 30 min before the other dogs? I don't know any child care that bills you for picking up your child early. If any one had a case on disruption, kids would make more sense. I paid a 10 day package and have several visits remaining, but it's impossible they tell me to get a refund. These people are NOT running a legit business. The dogs are not barking at drop off or pick up. When I mentioned this to the attendant, she said it's a sign of a happy dog. ??? Is it? Seems odd to me that the dogs are not making any noise and when I pick up my dog, she can't get out of there fast enough. From my experience, my dog's energy level is way too high at the end of the day for me to believe she's ran and played during her stay. Are they confining these dogs to boxes all day? I just learned there was a recent change of owners, which explains A LOT about how things are running now. If you love your dog, this is NOT the place to take it.

Overpriced. Their boarding was advertised as $45/per day and I got charge $90 for overnight boarding (We picked up and dropped off at the time they recommended). We were charged for 2 calendar days. So what exactly is their definition of single day boarding?

We had a HORRIBLE experience boarding our pet. When we attempted to pick up our pet from boarding they refused to release him to us. We had requested an early pick up time through their outsourced call center and were told they would be notified of our request. When we arrived the staff told us no and refused to let us discuss it further, instead shutting the door on us. When I expressed concern with the policy, the owner told us we were rude, didn’t care about our pet, and that they had no interest in our business. This was our first boarding experience ever with our rescue dog with separation anxiety. This was already a tough experience for us and the way we were treated made it horrible. I would not recommend this to anyone who is seeking flexibility or empathy from the staff they are leaving their pet with.

I did the basic obedience loose leash training class with my dog, Susan, last fall. I mainly wanted to do the class because I knew once our baby arrived it was going to be hectic trying to walk a high energy dog and handle a stroller. Well today we did our walk around Centennial with a hands free leash and Susan did fantastic! I highly recommended this training facility to anyone, and I can't wait to do more classes with Susan this fall. (I do realize in the picture she is walking on my right side, she typically walks on my left but she moves to my right side when passing another dog on the path)

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. My family and I initially planned to go on vacation for two weeks, but ended up extending it to three. The extension was no problem for the boarding facility. While we were away, my eight year old dog got very sick I needed to be seen by the veterinarian. The wonderful employees of the boarding facility took him to the vet, picked him up when he was ready, and even went back to pick up his medications. They treated both my dogs like family. And when my dogs came home they look like brand new pups! The daily walks and play time they had really did wonders! I plan on taking them back for daycare just so they can enjoy themselves. It’s so nice to have a boarding facility that I trust when vacation time comes around!

I adopted a very difficult leash reactive dog a few months back, the reactivity isn't gone and hes still got his triggers but hes now controllable and there's been a huge amount of improvement with reactivity, behavior in the house, and his general confidence

Over priced and expire quickly if days not used. We paid a lot of money for a Day Care package, plus extra for Academy. Last time we took the dogs in they told us they would not get academy that day as it was a holiday. Too bad they did not mention or send us an email to let us know that package we paid for was about to expire. Odd....our money didn't expire in 60 days! How did we find out our expensive package expired? We took the dogs in for a day and got auto charged $90.00. As I said, over priced! And they don't even have an outdoor play area for the dogs. Not to mention, our dogs are never tired after being there all day so I do not believe they get much play time. All you have to do is look at the pictures on Facebook the next day, notice none of the dogs are actually playing they just get to walk around and sniff each other.

My pups practically grew up here! TK-9 knows how to make dogs and their humans happy. Staff are great, training is superb. We (four-legged and two-legged) are always treated like family here! Thank you, TK-9!

Tecla and TK-9 are wonderful! I took the purely positive puppy training class online and it was such a great way to learn and train. We learned so much over the 7 week course. I will continue to do online training with TK-9.

The Positively Puppy Class online was a remarkable and rewarding way to start training my pup. A live zoom meeting every week with Tecla is a fantastic learning platform. I learned SO MUCH in those 7 weeks because each class was chalk full of knowledge, video examples and plenty of Q and A time. It was also just plain fun to do the training each week with the puppy and present our videos of our exercises to Tecla each week where she took her time to watch every training exercise and give us feedback in order to improve. She is fantastic at her job and really cares about every dog and every dog parent she instructs. I would give the class 10 stars if I could.

As Snoop Dogg would say, “TK-9 is the shizzle”. Brought my new puppy here for puppy classes and there was not just a big improvement in her listening and understanding of commands, but the efficacy of what I say to her. We bonded. We became friends. She is my spirit animal. The staff at TK-9 are amazing! They teach YOU how to teach your doggo - respectively. Meaning, your dog will respect you more when you understand how to teach them, and properly become that pack-leader they crave. This was a new way of learning for me, before I used positive reinforcement and not rewards - so we both learned, together. I like this way, I like the teachers, and I like the staff. I would definitely recommend TK-9 for the initial puppy training and going into Obedience I where they teach you how to teach your doggo how to better walk on a leash and be more attentive to you. Give it a shot - at the very least you will bond with your doggo and be a good person for it!

Our boy goes pretty much every day. He has fun, gets some socialization, and we don't have to worry about him being alone at home all day while we're working. It's good to know that the TK9 staff know him by name, and he enjoys his morning car rides to 'puppy school.' TK9 has been part of our lives since we moved to the area a few years ago, and their obedience classes helped our boy make the transition a bit more smoothly. They take all kinds of dogs, even the 'trouble kids' that most other day cares turn away. They do overnight boarding as well, which we use when we're doing weekend trips out of town to places we can't take him. We wouldn't want to take him anywhere else, I recommend TK9 to everyone I talk to about my woof.
