I've been taking my pup to Linette for 3 years. She loves her which is why I've hesitated to write this review. Last time Cho was groomed, I noticed that she had cuts on her neck when she came back to the car. Her cut was uneven but the concerning fact was the cuts on her neck. Plus, only some of her nails were clipped. Had to take her to the vet. They got infected. Sometimes she rushes thru appointments, I think she works alone. It may have been an off day. Although the earlier groomings were well done, it has gone downhill. No problem at all with parking. The parking is strict but there are unnumbered spaces to park. Very reasonable pricing.

Love Linette! Have been coming to her for a few years and she is always kind and consistent. My shihtzu pup is not the easiest especially as he has aged but she has always been wonderful with him.

I had an appointment to take my dog to get bathed, trimmed, teeth brushed, and nails clipped. I can not believe this lady does not have more one star reviews. This lady was the rudest service provider I have ever met. I got to the place around 10:33 and my appointment was at 1035. I rang the doorbell, called her phone three times, and texted her. I was not receiving any response. Around 1050 she let me know that I was at the wrong house (a couple houses down from hers) and that I was 15 minutes late with the rudest demeanor. I told her i was on time but it was an honest mistake that I was at the wrong house, no harm no foul. She continued to scold that I was late and asked me if I needed my dog de-matted. I said yes please and then she told me she doesn’t do that and she wouldn’t wash him while he has mattes. While I understand this, I made this appointment two months earlier, if this is her policy it would have been nice to receive an email or any communication clarifying that the dog can not have any mattes. She let me know she could still cut him and trim his nails but her attitude was just so rude and off putting, I left. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or not but even when my dog’s mattes are clear, I would never come back. Her attitude was extremely aggressive and rude.

I had an appointment today and I called several times, no answer. When I arrived I knocked on the door and she demanded I step back because she did not have on a mask and I did. She then very rudely said how can I groom a dog I can’t see ( my pup was in the car ). I went to get my dog and she asked if I had a leash for him which I did not because it was never stated and I could hear other dogs in the background. She was very very rude and talked aggressively the whole time. She then told me because I only scheduled an appointment for a bath and I actually scheduled an appointment for the “all inclusive” (bath, trim, nail cut and etc.) she would not groom my dog. I then left and politely said thank you, I will take my business elsewhere. She is very very rude and does not care. I can only imagine how she would treat my pet after she talked to me in such a nasty way.

This place is teriffic. She does an excellent job with our Havanese dog. Always done on time. prices are very good for the great work she does. I would highly recommend. She will wash clip trim and cut whatever is needed she will do. She handles the dogs with care and is very professional in her interactions.

DO NOT GO HERE. This was the most unprofessional and disrespectful individual I have dealt with. When I arrived she did not greet me and told me to move to a different spot as I was in a reserved spot. She then still did not greet me and had a full conversation with a lady who came to pick her pet up (the pet was not fully blow dried btw and i am not sure why he received the haircut he did but it looked unprofessional) after she conversed with that lady she then told me to bring my pets to her door (it is a residence and not a business establishment) she asked me how short do I want to cut my dogs (not what kind of cut) I explained to her that I have pictures and she sarcastically told me pictures aren’t going to tell her anything. After such she asked if they had any issues and made it very clear my dog doesn’t know her. I informed her my dogs do not have any issues but one of my dogs does chase cats (I made that comment because she had cats in her house and they were at the front door) she then brushed me off saying they will be separated by a border (keep in mind there wasn’t a border at the front door or the beginning of the entry and she was going to walk my dogs in the house). After wards I had asked her if it will be okay to pick my dogs up right at 530 as I have an engagement at 4 Break break My original appointment was at 330. I had to let’s to drop off and booked for one and indicated in my notes For my appt I do not know how to book for two on the app she books through because it isn’t an option. Three weeks later she responds and informs me how to book for two and asked if I can come at 230. I informed her yes, although I did have a scheduled engagement at 4. When I received her confirmation it said my dogs are scheduled to be there from 230-530. After I asked she told me they will be ready at 4 or 430 and that I need to pick them up at that time because she will not keep my dogs. I informed her I’m sorry and I will work it out. I told her I wanna thought they would be there until 530 based on the information I received about their appt and I had something to go to at 4 but I will work it out. She then begin to scold me and tell me that is unacceptable and that I need to know for sure or have someone pick them up (keep in mind I am new to this area and DMV in general so I do not know anyone Here and I never said I wasn’t going to pick them up I was going to work it out) and just because the times says 230 to 530 doesn’t mean I can go do whatever I want during that time. She also told me that I only booked for one dog which I explained to her again why I did. Nevertheless she proceeded to scold me. Instead of asking her who the hell she thinks she is talking to or arguing with her, I took my dogs back and got in my car and left. Do not go to this lady. She is rude, her work isn’t up to par based on what I have seen and she does not have Kennedy’s to protect your dogs from others or to protect her animals(cats) from your dogs. I am not sure if she is having a stressful day but the way she scolded me was disrespectful and unprofessional regardless of what she was going through. If I could give her zero stars I would!

Had an awesome experience at K9 Clippers this morning! Online scheduling was super convenient and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Linette. As an added bonus, the prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend!
