Amazing! These folks truly work out of their heart. I love this vet and staff. They handle d my senior cocker spaniel with the utmost of care. We've been going here since they opened for vaccines and spayed. If they ever opened up for full vet services, I'd be the first on line.

I called them and they said their scheduler would call me back but nobody called. It seems like they don't want to be bothered. Makes me wonder why they are in business...

I brought our five month old beagle here to get his shots. I had called lots of places and the prices were very high with extremely long wait times to even get in. This place not only was able to get my dog in right away they also had the best prices in Delaware. You would think with lower prices it would effect the quality of service, but it doesn’t! I found the staff to be friendly and full of information. They treated my dog great.

They were nice and efficient. Used good COVID practices in keeping our pets and humans safe....????

I went this clinic this morning and had my cat neutered. I was told that as long as my vet sent over his vaccine records, I would not be charged for a rabies vaccination. I immediately called my vet and they tried to sendg over his records but they could not find an email on the website. She tried calling them multiple times and had no answer. Finally I got ahold of them, got the email and his records were faxed over. Fast forward to pick up time and I was charged for the rabies vaccine and more for the meds than I was told. I called to ask about this and they said they needed the records by 9:30 am.. they had never shared this piece of information with me. Aside from that, when I dropped off my cat all the technicians were extremely rude. The receptionist was very nice though.

This place was horrible. They are all about the money and nothing else. They are rude and disrespectful. When I replied I wasn't aware I didn't need all the shots to get dogs neutered the vet literally told me "ignorance is no excuse" instead of just explaining everything in the beginning. They charged me for items I did not request and are not required by law nor listed on any paperwork that its required. In fact its listed as an option. They charged my card before discussing the charges with me and refused to refund me the difference. I have sent in complaints to the bbb( better business Bureau) and put a dispute on charges on my card. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone!!!

We trust this place with our rescue and personal pets. Funny how many people question the quality of work based on the low pricing but the intention behind starting the clinic was to make sure the community had a safe and affordable place to alter their pets. I trust that our animals are being taken care of every single time we drop off and recommend to everyone I know.

Just because the prices are reasonable, doesn’t mean that this clinic lacks at all in service. The veterinarian and staff were more than helpful, caring, and friendly. I brought my two little chihuahuas in for teeth cleaning and extraction and they both made out great. Clean teeth and fresh breath! Would recommend this clinic to anyone who has a dog or cat in need of a good teeth cleaning.

I have used the spay neuter clinic on a regular basis since they opened. With the 50+ animals that I have taken to the clinic not one had any complications. They make it so affordable and such an easy process for their customers. The animals are in great hands with Dr.Waters and the rest of the staff. I always ask if you were to have surgery done to yourself would you want the doctor that has done a handful of surgeries or the doctor who has done hundreds and has had experience with every possible situation? I would always pick the doctor with the most experience and that is definitely Dr.Waters.

I have taken one of my dogs here and my mother’s dogs to this location, mainly by how the staff are. Great place, I came to this location back in 2017, and I’m going back this year with two of our new members of our family. We also come here for regular vaccines check ups! So bless to find a location that we appreciate!

Fixed my cat right up and got her healthy and happy! She look miserable in the pic, but she is back to her loving self now.

At first i thought this was the best place but i found out very quickly i was wrong .....my kitten received it's first set of shots and deworming on June 15th 2020 appointment where i was told at the end of the visit that i would receive a call later that day to schedule the follow up shots and was explained to me that it is VERY important to get them done on time or we would have to start over. Well i waited for a call which i NEVER received but after about 2 weeks and still waiting on the call mind you my kitten has worms which i don't understand because i PAID for deworming ...then i call today at 830am to see if we can schedule this next round of shots i have been waiting on since june 15 2020 im told receptionist doesn't come in until 9am well at 330pm i had to call back AGAIN because i never was called back then the lady continues to tell me that she doesn't know why then its they don't have the correct number i ask to speak with management which is conveniently unavailable im promised a call back by management which i didn't surprise surprise very poor management very poor customer service from the receptionist ....the Vets and Techs are AMAZING it's just ashame they are hidden behind such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Update / Response 08/04/20 That's untrue the doctor was unhappy that i mentioned the BBB and canceled my scheduled appointment and refused to allow me and my pets on property....even mailed me that in writing along with my shot record i will provide a picture of that letter once i get home ...to once again prove the lack of integrity of the owners and staff !!!! No one here can tell the truth if life's was depending on it !!!

Very reasonable good with pets

I had a great experience with this clinic and so did my two kittens. The kittens are male and female litter mates and I was able to get them both altered with medication for under $120.00. Above all, both kittens had absolutely no issues with their incision. Medication was very easy to administer to the kittens. Not to mention, I drove all the way from Pennsylvania to have my kittens taken care of there. Thank you Spay and Neuter Clinic, Amy

What a joke ,they tell you to be here at 7 when they don’t even open until 7:30 ,very unprofessional not to mention the price they quote you is different then what you pay ,I will never recommend or go here ever again

I have several cats and dogs. I bring them to Dr. Waters and staff for vaccines, and microchips. In addition I have purchased Heartworm and flea prevention medications from the clinic..They are friendly and informative. Many of my pets have been spayed (females) and neutered(males) here. I have had no complications with any of the surgeries. Their prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this clinic to friends and acquaintances.
