Negola pushes for repetitive unnecessary tests and refuses to provide prescription for online pharmacy. They do things really fast without telling you (or your pet) what is going on. A few minutes later, same expensive tests were given again with the same results from last time. Seems like they care more about making money from pet owners by taking advantage of our love for pets rather than actually treating animals properly.

I've never been to a vet where they charge a follow up visit as a full physical exam visit. Negola also pushes unnecessary tests and labs and gets defensive and passive aggressive when you ask a simple question. They also messed up and shortened me few days worth of antibiotics and no apologies made and acted like it was no big deal. Oh and they did not follow up on a request TWICE!!!

Dr Negola is very thorough, and you can tell he genuinely cares about each pet that walks in the door. High quality practice!

They're great. Everyone is super nice. Doc knows his stuff. I mean it's still always hard to tell who's trying to scam you, but I really like it there and they took covid pretty seriously. The place is always clean and they are efficient with their tasks.

My favorite vet ever. Saved my dogs life after eating a dead poisoned rat! Thor and I had 5o move out of area otherwise we would be a lifetime customer.

Dr. Negola saved my puppy after being bitten by a dog at the park. Kim was reassuring and calmed me down via phone after the incident and welcomed me with open arms. Dr. Negola is literally a life saver. Very thoroughly, realistic, and reassuring. The picture is my puppy post-op in her surgical suit.

Dr. Negolais is amazing! He has been treating my fur baby since day she I got her has provided several procedures and appointments to keep her healthy, but the best one was when saved my 8 month old puppy that was attacked at the dog park by vicious dog while playing. I do not believe it is the other dogs fault, but their responsible owners to be blamed might have been not enough early socialisation perhaps.I brought my dog and he calmly explained to me what he had to do and said come back in 2 hours. After I returned my puppy was groggy but alive and healthy. He is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, empathetic and about the animals.Thank you attaching pictures of the stitches so be advised

Do yourself a favor and look up reviews for this practice on yelp and look up reviews from Dr. Negola’s prior practices (Fields Rd Animal Hospital/ Negolas Ark) on yelp. You will see that this vet has a history of recommending expensive unnecessary tests/procedures, and having otherwise healthy pets undergo procedures and use medications that are not needed. Our experience at this practice was exactly the same- Dr. Negola and his staff made me feel like my only option was to use X medication forever and get X procedure done. I have since switched vets and my dogs health concern was resolved with one simple medication- she does not have a chronic condition and did not require any major procedures to be done. Basic problems require simple solutions- unless you are at this veterinary office! If you are at this practice and something feels off, trust you’re gut and get another opinion.

Dr. Negola is an outstanding vet and has provided excellent care to my recently adopted dog. I travel from Silver Spring to see him, after a bad experience with a local vet who missed a diagnosis. He is worth the drive!

My cat was suddenly having issues during the pandemic and with so many vets either closed, only open for emergency care, or doing curbside appointments I was understandably anxious. I called Negola's Animal Care and was put at ease almost immediately. Kim was very friendly and was able to squeeze Rocket in same-day for a curbside appointment. Once there, Kim immediately greeted me and took Rocket in and let me know they would call with updates and questions once the exam was done. Kim, Lisa, and Dr. Negola called me throughout the appointment with updates and approval for tests and treatment. I couldn't be more grateful for the quality care.

Awesome staff and excellent top-notch care! We really appreciate the care and concern they showed to all of our cats.

Location is not ideal (over 20 mile drive from home), but it's totally worth the love and care our family pet gets from Dr. Negola and team.

Wonderful Veterinary care and service. Everyone is so very friendly and caring. Dr. Nagola took such good care of my dog when my dog needed emergency surgery. He really knows about animals and loves them as if they were his own. I'm so very happy I took my bulldog to his office. Highly recommended!

Vet offices great... Staff is very respectful and friendly... Dr. Nicola is amazing he did dental work on my dog and also as a courtesy remove the skin tag on my dog's eyelid... I'm very grateful to have found this vet... Thank you ????

I’m totally blown away. There is only one doctor at this facility and he loves what he does and he explains everything so easily and you can tell genuine and doesn’t just want to take your money. He gives you preventive health care tips for your situation to prevent you from spending more in the future. He really puts what’s best for you and your dog first. The facility was clean, there was literally no wait time. Everyone was kind and gentle and seems like they truly chose the profession they love. I’d give this place 10+ Stars if I could. Great job guys ????

We came in for a second opinion on my dog's knees. Dr. Negola explained everything clearly and helped me feel the problem areas so I knew what he was trying to explain. My dog warmed up to everyone in the office quickly. Everyone we spoke to was nice and really seemed to love animals.

Dr. Negola is the best and most caring vet I have ever brought my own pack of dogs and our rescue group's foster dogs to (and I have been to at least three other vet practices)! He is so darn good that I wish he was my own primary care physician! He even calls you personally on the follow up calls to check on your dogs if they were in for surgery or some other illness! Dr. Negola is extremely knowledgeable and is very accommodating! If it is an emergency or something that is important but not quite an emergency, he will fit you in! His staff are all awesome and the facility is extremely clean! My dogs love going to the vet! We all love Dr. Negola! I can't recommend him enough!

Dr. Negola is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He is compassionate and kind. He really cares about the animals and knows his stuff. I love how he explains what he is doing and what things mean. Allowing us to see what’s being done. I wish there were more vets like him. A rare gem for sure.

They did an awesome job neutering my cats and they were fast and even sent me a text and picture of my cat after his surgery!

Have taken both our doggos here and have had nothing but pleasant experienes so far! Dr. Negola is very knowledgeable about his profession and offers helpful suggestions to make sure our dogs stay happy and healthy. Would 100% recommend for any pet owner in the area
