We love Best Friends Fur Ever! Our dog went through their Mutt Mastermind and is a completely different dog! She lacked confidence around other dogs but by the end of training she was running and playing with other dogs. It is such a joy to see her happy and confident. Our trainer, Rya, was such a joy to work with and love how much she loved and cared for our girl during training. The staff at BFF is incredible. They do such a great job making every dog feel special and are excited to see them when you drop them off for daycare or training. I am so grateful I found them. They have truly changed our quarantine puppy for the better!

My dogs had a BLAST!! They are so tuckered out now. The staff was so friendly and treated my boys like their own. The love web cam and photos are a great feature and I was so happy that I got to watch them play throughout the day! They not only watch your dogs but interact, provide small obedience training, and give them love. Could t be happier!!

I was a little nervous as I am a first time dog owner and it's my first time using a doggy daycare. From the beginning, all of my concerns were addressed. They answered my many questions and were patient and informative. They were very clear on the process of daycare, the pricing, and other services they offered. The entire thing (intake to pick up) was easy with no surprises. All of the staff I interacted were so good with the dogs and seemed to genuinely care. My dog seemed to have had a great time and I cannot wait to take him back!

My puppy Nala just finished a 3 week training course with Catalina and it was absolutely worth it! I've definitely seen a change in her behavior and felt the course was tailored to focus on our needs. Catalina gave frequent updates, homework assignments, and the whole experience felt very personalized. She remembered everything my partner and I learned in our private sessions and would consistently build our skills. Highly recommend Catalina as your trainer!

We're so happy with "Mutt Masterminds" training for our German Shepherd rescue! Rex is a 7 year old with some baggage from his previous life. Best Friends Forever was our doggie day care and groomer. So, BFFE was our choice for training. Our trainer Catalina Chao, worked with Rex and was able to address our behavioral issues. She taught us effective ways to handle and train Rex. He is so much better! Best of all Best Friends Fur Ever is there for us after the formal training. Can't say enough.

What can I say? We've been bringing our boy for 7 years here. Amazing staff and couldn't recommend more.

Piper loves Best Friends Fur Ever, and we completely trust them with our miniature dachshund’s care when we travel. Piper can be shy and have anxiety when separated from us but she sure gets happy and excited when we arrive at Best Friends Fur Ever! They provide wonderful timely updates and are always easy to contact. I completely recommend this great place for doggie daycare and boarding.

Well my dog enjoyed it. The staff is super friendly, informative and knowledgeable. What more could I ask for. They gave me back a tired dog. Job well done!

My puppy Rhett has only been here twice but he LOVES it. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they love the dogs. It was hard leaving him at first, but I love being able to watch him on the cameras while I work, he is always running around, playing, giving kisses and having a great time. My boy has been exhausted and happy both times I picked him up. We will definitely keep bringing him here :)

My dog Ivy loves coming here, and we are always greeted with high enthusiasm, as if they have just been waiting for Ivy to arrive!!

It's super crowded, super expensive, super way out the way. But it's a nice place.

I love Best Friends Furever !!!!! Beau (my dog) loves the staff, the activities and all the cuddles he gets during his visits. They are reasonably priced and give great service. I highly recommend this company if you need devices for your dog.

Newbie' I had the pleasure of watching my baby girl socially interacting with a multitude of different breeds and sizes of dogs and she looked as she was having a great time.

My first time at BFFE. I loved how the dogs got introduced right in the reception area. My dogs were definitely surprised by all the other "guests", but fit right in. Everyone working there was professional but clearly dog lovers. I left feeling good about leaving Jingle and Belle behind and found them happy and tired when I picked them up. Great first experience.

Ellie is our COVID puppy that can be timid around other dogs. Even though she is more mid size, she’s a much better fit with the teeny group. The entire team at Best Friends Furever is responsive, caring and attentive to individual needs of the pups in their care!

Our Little Rosie went through 12 puppy training lessons with Sweet Catalina! Catalina showed patience and love to a very active 5 month old puppy. It was a great experience for all of us. She graduated today …diploma, graduation picture and lots of goodies to take home. she didn’t graduate with honors, and thats ok. She started her journey learning how to be a faithful companion! Thanks Catalina!????????

Took our 5 month old pup in for his first grooming, and he came back happy, clean, and handsome! The booking process was easy, the staff was very friendly, and it seemed like all the puppies I saw there were happy as could be! Would definitely recommend.

We took our lab-mix Jessie (FEMALE, an important detail) for daycare a couple times before we had her boarded at this location for our honeymoon. The staff are friendly and I enjoyed getting the updates every day from her one-on-ones. However, they consistently misgendered Jessie. No big deal, but it was a little annoying despite mentioning it several times. I asked about giving her a different color collar (hers is blue) , and they said ‘they would look into it’. They never did! They also posted pictures to her account that were not her. Jessie has anxiety and sound reactivity. I made sure to inform the staff. She was placed in the main group, and not the group for dogs with special needs. It should be noted that on their Facebook page, they boasted that another anxious dog was placed in the special group. Why Jessie was not placed in that group is beyond me, she looked miserable while we were away. When I picked her up, she couldn’t bark. I thought maybe it was the slip leads they used or maybe she barked too much while we were gone. Turns out she had a bad case of kennel cough. I wish someone had noticed and let me know my dog was sick. Overall, I think this place is a decent boarding place and might be a good option for doggy daycare, but do not expect any special attention if your dog has any special psychological needs, like anxiety.

My dog Izzy has been going to BFF Cockeysville since he was 10 weeks old! This was my first pet and I was very nervous to go to work because I didn’t want to leave him. BFF gave me updates on him frequently to put my mind at ease. During Izzy’s five years, we have moved to CT and AL where he had been placed in several daycares. I could never find one that treated Izzy the way that BFF did! I longed to be back in Baltimore so that Izzy could go back to BFF. We are back and Izzy is with BFF once again! I love the energy of the staff; the attentiveness of the staff and the way everyone treats Izzy (who is quite spoiled and quite a handful). Also my schedule is very crazy and some days can turn into over nights or 14 hours and they always accommodate! With such a demands job, I am grateful to not have to worry about Izzy’s wellbeing!!!! Thanks you, BFF Cockeysville!!!! Job well done and no matter where we move in Baltimore, BFF will always be Izzy’s daycare provider!!!!! Love you all!!!!!!!

We only board our dog here. They are reliable and take good care of the dogs.

I can’t say enough good things about Best Friends Furever. They take amazing care of my Olive and she LOVES going!
