They always do a great job!!!

Took my rambunctious 5 month old puppy to Tori for his first real groom and had a great experience! He had had a mini-groom at his vet a few months ago and didn't have a great experience - he was super anxious and kind of depressed when we picked him up. Plus he smelled like a kennel. The experience with Tori was totally different! He seemed his regular happy self! Plus he looked amazing!! Super soft, combed through, smelled like a cupcake, still had his cute puppy look. We are thrilled with how it all turned out! We love the 1:1 personalized experience and will definitely be returning! We hope that Tori can be Franklin's regular groomer from here on out. Definitely recommend!

I brought my fur babies here to be pampered and they came out smelling good and groomed to perfection.

They did a great job grooming my shih tzu. They were patient and listened to what I wanted. I wish she was closer to where I live because I think they are great groomers.

I just moved to the Clinton area, and my 2 toy poodles were in need of grooming. I found Tori’s Pampered Pets through a google search, and was quickly able to set up an appointment for them both. They were very professional, and did an awesome job! My boys looked so handsome when I picked them up, and I will for sure be scheduling them again!

Tori did an awesome job on my Jack Russell's bath and trim. My 6month old seemed calm and relaxed after his experience. Already booked his next appointment!

Very nice, and sweet. My pups didn't seem to be traumatized...? But seriously, they did an amazing job with my 11 year old Shih Tzu and my 6 year old Yorkie even though he was a butt to them (he doesn't like his feet being touched). I'll be returning with at least my Shih Tzu.

I’m so glad I found Tori’s Pampered Pets! The groomers do an excellent job of grooming, cutting, and “pampering” my tiny Yorkie. She’s older now and I prefer not to take her to the larger grooming places with a lot other dogs that may cause her stress. I highly recommend Tori’s Pampered Pets because they live up to the name! :)

My experience and the results of my two toy poodles with Tori and Jeffrey was absolutely amazing!!! My partner and I had anxiety from the outset and honestly didn’t know what to expect.. our poodles are 4&5 months old and we opted on trying Tori’s instead of a big chain. They took great care of our babies and they looked totally different once I picked them up. They were happy and so were we.. This will definitely be our groomers! The price was so reasonable and quality was as superb!!!! Thank you so much!

Great team. Clean, well-managed environment. Tori did an excellent job grooming my yorkie. He’s usually traumatized and ready to go after being groomed, but here he’s calm which tells me he had a good experience. Tori is a young entrepreneur who knows her craft. Would definitely recommend her for pet grooming services.
