I was charged a $40 matting fee, the site says those are IN PERSON varying prices… I was not quoted when I dropped her off but rather told via phone call AFTER the fact that it’d be an additional $40 and then was told $45 at pickup. I wouldn’t have proceeded if I’d known the ridiculous price for a 5lb shih tzu. I’ve tried a few times with this spot because it’s black owned and they do a good job in the overall execution of my dogs grooming but I think I’ll venture out from them

After my difficult dog was turned away from 3 groomers, she was a matted mess and I was worried she would never get groomed. Grooms by B was my last and final hope. Not only did they take my frightened dog, but they made her feel comfortable. She came back looking better than ever. Thank you so much.

I’ve been bringing my dog, Axel, here for 3 years now. Never been disappointed. Staff is excellent, prices are fare, and hours are convenient. Not to mention, Ax always comes out looking amazing.

My baby got his first cut today and he looked so good ! Couldn’t be more proud of the service! I will be going back and very affordable!

So I took my dog here for the first time last weekend. She got a full groom. She smelled and looked amazing until the horror started. I noticed she had an open gash on her elbow and razor burns on her inner belly near private area. The groomer never told me about these injuries at all. I ended up sending pics to the vet who urged me to come in same day to have my dog treated. I reached out to notify them of the problem and they took hours to respond to my concern. After I’d had enough waiting, I actually had to follow back up myself (completely unacceptable). When I called, I finally spoke to the groomer who alleged that my dog had a tic (in the winter and my dog is 98% house dog) and that they removed it and gave her a flea treatment but “it slipped her mind. She meant to tell me”. Truthfully that just doesn’t seem like the truth and it is very negligent for a dog to have an open cut and the owner not be notified (this can lead to infection and more. Also, most groomers would never perform an extra service for FREE AND not tell the owner. Double negligent.) I requested they pay my vet fee and the groomer did. However, I do not feel that is enough to makeup for their negligence and the pain my dog experienced. Needless to say my dog will not be returning in the future. Please beware.

Really fantastic groomer very knowledgeable about all three of my dogs and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.

If you’re looking for the best for your fur-baby, then look no further! Our fur-baby Blaze has been going to Grooms by B since he was 5 months and he’s now 2yrs old! He loves going and we love him going! Not only for grooming but boarding as well! You can’t go wrong, the staff treats every pet as if they’re family!

I absolutely love it! Reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I’ve been taking my pups to grooms by B for years and will surely continue ????

This place is great. I have taken my Yorkie here for a little over a year to get groomed and they do an amazing job. They are always on time, professional and the cut they give her is fantastic. She hates the groomers but they do their best to ensure she's as comfortable as possible. I've been to several groomers over the years and a lot of them seem to have trouble getting the yorkie cut right but not here. I highly recommend Grooms By B
