Awesome animal hospital, they took excellent care of my fur babies... until they transition on to doggie heaven.

I know vets can be expensive but I spent $500 for my cat having an upper respiratory infection. 6 days later I call because she wont eat due to so much congestion in her nose. Vet prescribes me 2 more medicines which obviously I paid for because he didnt get it right the first time. Both of the meds prescribed say not to take on an empty stomach. They cause stomach ulcers. I did tell them she wont eat. On the 7th day I want a recheck. Well that's $38. I'm not spending another dime at this place. Why should I have to pay again because of their mistakes. Not to mention I never even spoke to a doctor. It was all relayed through the receptionist. You know how that goes.

The concept of no human entry works, but I would like to see my pet being worked on to ensure that the staff members are doing what they say. I was a little disappointed that they do not share data to and from other veterinaries and do not have a record keeping system that I can access my pet's records remotely. Also, I received a reminder card in the mail that was for the wrong date. I questioned it and was told to disregard it as though this happens often.

Scheduled a nail trim for my dog he came back traumatized, kept whimpering uncontrollably and would tremble at the slightest bit of contact , unsure how they treat animals since owners aren’t allowed in due to covid. Staff gave no update, they seem not to care . Please don’t go here Update down below they responded, everything stated is false I was never informed nor told please don’t misinform the public with misleading information. Very Professional and Caring Staff.

The medication the business conveniently fills before you leave is severely overpriced. I paid $39.55 for 5 tablets that cost $.45ea. I paid $161.20 for Baytril 68mg (48)-I was quoted $100 for 50. That’s not ok. Small business or not. Very good way to lose a customer. *Update after seeing the response-it has nothing to do with an online pharmacy, unapproved medicine, and whatever else was listed. Another small independently owned Vet quoted me $110 for the Baytril today, 48 68 mg tablets. The medication is overpriced, period.

Hate covid had to sit in my car while our Ceasar Kane had his first appointment getting multiple shots

This crew is top notch. They have been taking care of my baby boy since the day I brought him home. Absolutely nothing but the best every time I go.

I got the impression that they couldn't care less about my dog at all. Very impersonal and cold. Got sent home hardly having discussed any real treatment options. Extremely disappointing experience. Out of a hundred bucks for literally nothing.

My cat loves the staff, I've been bringing him there for ten years now. Unfortunately, I'm sure this is not intentional, after he bv was neutered the staff refers to him as a female. I still enjoy going to this place, they're awesome folks; just don't get the cat neutered...lol.

Amazing veterinary clinic with such a helpful staff, knowledgeable doctors and clean facility. I feel so confident taking my pet here for his needs and find the prices very competitive and excellent within my budget. I highly recommend friends and family to use this clinic and call them if they have any questions about anything.

Bella is allergic to something, it was not parasites or bugs after skin testing. She received 2 shots and some pills ???? to take and got better.

My fur baby has been a patient of Dr. D's since she was 8 weeks old - she's 10 years old now. The staff at Clinton Veterinary is great and they all seem to genuinely love animals. I believe that my fur baby is in great hands here!

I took my dog who was not eating. The Vet said my dog was sick but would make it. I spent a good deal on treatment and medicine. I never got an appropriate diagnosis for my dog. She died a week later.

I Love Clinton Veterinarian they are amazing. They really care about the animals and the people. Even with COVID they have the utmost respect for you and your pet. Amazing team.

Staff was consistent and helpful taking care of my cat, Leonard. Dr. King was explained all aspects of the care he needed.

I called and spoke to someone names Stacy. She was very rude and hung up on me, twice. Said they closed in an hour and even though I was 5 minutes away, they wouldn't see me. She later said they were booked through the rest of the day. Stacy, PSA, if you don't know how to effectively communicate with potential clients, don't pick up the phone. Our pets are sick and the last thing we need is someone telling us what we "should've done" or dealing with nasty remarks. It is stressful enough dealing with a sick pet. I am new to the area and was looking for somewhere near my home and this office will not be getting my business. If they will treat new clients this way.... I will not deal with them.

The ABSOLUTE worst place to take your dog. They will be mistreated, neglected.. and you can Guarantee You will be overcharged. Cassidy “the supervisor” and the receptionist have EXTREME communication issues, so kiss customer service goodbye. NOT friendly, you will receive ZERO help here, and your issues with your pet.. will simply not be solved here. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE.. I’m saving you time and the hassle. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Although my pet appt was delayed by 1 hr I was thankful they were available to see my 11yr old German Shepherd who didnt hesitate to enter their doors. She wouldnt open her eyes & when she did Her eyes didnt look well, she stopped moving around & eating for 3 days. I just don't understand why veterinarian are so high no matter where you go.

Ghost is happy and healthy after his dental surgery! The procedure was thoroughly explained by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I made a next day appointment and everything was done quickly and was able to pick him up only a few hours later. I’m very impressed with the care and kindness they showed toward my dog and I. Highly recommend!

The staff are friendly and great with my dog. The veterinarian is also kind and thorough. I always spend a bunch of money when I bring my dog in but I am not sure how it compares to other veterinaries. My husband and I will get pet insurance soon so hopefully, it will lessen the financial burden in the future. I would recommend this place.

I have been bringing our dogs to Clinton Animal Hospital for a number years. The compassion of Dr. Debretsion and his staff keep me coming back. Having gone to a number of vets over the years, I have found his charges to be very reasonable.
