My miniature schnauzer was unrecognizable is a very good way! Before finding Petite Pet Gallery I had taken her to a chain pet place that did a horrible job in cutting down her fur. I am SO glad to have found this place. They are quick and their prices are fair compared to a lot of surrounding groomers. My fur baby was also happy when leaving (which is a huge deal because her anxiety can be through the roof). I have officially found my favorite grooming spot. I highly recommend!

NOT happy at all!!! I have not been in a few years since the name change from Grooming by Em to the current name, and the customer service is definitely not the same. I understand that it takes time to groom dogs however a puppy cut should never take 4 hours. My dog is mild mannered so I know she was no trouble at all. When I called to ask when she would be ready they had no idea. The work is still great but I am disappointed in the customer service and will not be going back

Thankful for good quality grooming. My pup Always comes out looking good and tail wagging . Thanks to the whole grooming team that makes it possible for each grooming trip. I recommend them for small dogs and I’ve seen some big dogs that are beautiful as well after a grooming . Petite pet gallery has a wonderful and caring team . I am very grateful.

It was my fur baby's (7 month-old Saint Bernard) first grooming at Petite Pet Gallery today. I am very pleased. They are friendly and very professional. I am so glad I found them and wish it was sooner. My fur baby came out very happy. We are definitely going back and if I could give more than 5 stars on their review, I would.

I have a floofy cat that hates to be brushed. He also get bladder stones when he's stressed. When we bring him to be groomed at Petite Pet Gallery, they take their time and care with him and he comes home clean, de-floofed, and, he's never developed bladder stones as a result of his grooming adventures! Highly recommend.

I tried several different grooming salons and decided on this one. They are very creative with the hairstyles ????, dye, mohawks and designs. Only once did I barely notice my dog with his blow out ????, he was happy.

Poor customer service and disrespectful. Referred to me by wrong preferred gender pronouns after I repeatedly corrected them. Had scheduled grooming for elderly 17 year old dog. Confirmed appointment and procedure for COVID drop off. Not one word that vaccine for rabies was out of date (literally just a few weeks). They refused service, were rude, and wasted everyone's time. Very offended by their treatment.

Had yet another terrible experience at Petite Pet Gallery today. Probably the worst experience i've ever had with a pet groomer. I arrived for my elderly dog's grooming appointment which I made when they reopened in early June. At the time of booking, the staff person did not ask any questions but simply took down my appointment. I also confirmed my appointment. Today when I arrived in the parking lot, I called to let them know I arrived per their COVID procedures. The receptionist confirmed my appointment, asked me if I wanted my dog groomed in the same manner as last time. I barely opened my mouth to answer when she cut me off to say that my dog's paperwork was expired (it expired in late May 2020, barely a couple of weeks ago) and she needed to check with the manager to see if they could groom my dog. When I expressed confusion that they never mentioned this when we made the appointment, she said she had to check with her manager and put me on hold for several minutes. While still on hold with the receptionist, she came out to my car in the parking lot to talk to me. I was offended by this act as there is an ongoing pandemic. I do not want to speak face to face with anyone unless necessary. This was not necessary. She could have continued the discussion on the phone. Hence my closing my car window to avoid exposure. How ignorant of them to insist on talking to me face to face right now. I told the receptionist that I did not want to further discuss the issue and that my husband would call her to discuss as he made the appointment. I had no interest in escalating the matter with the receptionist especially after she accused me of being confused. Yes, she said that to me (see owner's response below that states I am lying about this. These people are such liars they deflect responsibility). Ultimately the groomer told me that since my dog's paperwork was not updated, she could not groom my dog today. I was completely blindsided and confused. They told me this after I confirmed the appointment, drove to the appointment, and took off time from work to be able to drop off my dog. At no time prior to me arriving for my scheduled appointment did they mention that my dog's records were outdated on their end and therefore they would not be able to groom her today. To boot, they accused me of being confused and said it was probably a misunderstanding. The manager came out to speak with me (not that I wanted to speak with her) and basically told me that I was being rude and did not apologize for giving me wrong information or wasting my time and she lied to my face, claiming her assistant offered to contact our vet to get updated records. At no time did they offer to contact my vet. They were too busy berating me and telling me what they couldn't do rather than what they could do to rectify their error. Completely awful experience. Do not waste YOUR valuable time with these people and find another groomer who will respect customers. As everyone can see the response below, "Gary" (he declined to provide his last name), the owner of Petite Pet Gallery is unwilling to take responsibility for his own incompetence, disorganization, inconsideration, and pitiful customer service. The entire business has been disorganized since i've been taking my dog there (which I obviously will no longer do). This is not the first time i have had an appointment and they canceled it at the last minute without any explanation or notice. Blaming their mistake on COVID and reopening stress is a disgusting rejection of any responsibility or respect towards customers. They were rude to me. The groomer came out and started barking at me that they couldn't groom my dog due to state law about updated paperwork. That was NOT the issue, rather the fact that they confirmed my appointment and then when i'm in the parking lot for the appointment told me they could not groom my dog and they were nasty about it- is the issue. When I called to discuss this review with Gary, he was dismissive and refused to apologize for wasting my time.

I started taking my fur baby there in the summer and of course again today. I am very pleased with them. Always friendly and they take wonderful care of my pet. Their grooming is wonderful

We take our pet there to get his nails clip because he want let us clip them. The do an awesome job and my dog loves them.

It's a nice friendly place to groom your pets!! Friendly and caring.

This is a terrific little eplace. We were new to the area and found this place to take our non standard breed dog. She doesn't like many grooming places and we used to use a mobile groomer (who no longer services are area). Petite Pet Gallery was an amazing alternative. She was cut exactly as requested. She came back to us looking great and happy. Drawback would be directions aren't great from Google, drive is slightly hidden. It's a bit far for us too.

I've been going here since it was Grooming By Em in the early days. Unfortunately, prices seem to escalate more than I can afford these days, so I take my dog there less frequently. However, it is still a great option if you can afford it.

Very professional, prompt and helpful. Their prices are quite a bit on the high side unfortunately.

My dog loves them. I have an Akita and a lot of times groomers are afraid of them just bc of their breed. They do a good job and treat my baby like a king.

I'm almost afraid to let people know about this wonderful groomer because I want to keep them all to myself! My pets, a Yorkie and a overweight orange tabby cat had been traumatized by previous groomers. They both came back to me looking wonderful and happy! Love this place!
