I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. Came here with my very old dog and they were pulling her around when she could barely walk on her own. Staff was rude and the only person who was kind was the doctor. They must have gotten new nurses up front because older reviews seemed to love the place, but I certainly did not. Extremely disappointed and disgusted at how they treated my dog.

Very kind, patient, and understanding staff. Our dog is grooming aggressive and the festival vet has taken care of him at least twice now. We really appreciate their services!

Although we usually always see Dr. Baron there and we love him. Today we had an appt to likley put our dog Lexington (aka Lexi) down and got Dr. Davies and she was so caring and understanding, she really went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible with our decision. Although we ultimately decided we couldn't yet, nor is our dog quite ready yet, she assured us that we need to be ready and accommodated us to help while we try to prepare ourselves and wait for signs from the dog that she doesn't want to fight anymore as well as helped assure us that she's not in pain like we may have thought, although we do need to face the reality that she's not going to get better and assured us they would be there for us if there were a turn for the worse over the wkend that she would fit us in to do what's needed to ensure Lex does not suffer unnecessarily. She made us feel like when we do have to make that sad decision it will be ok which takes some of the weight and constant worry away and I feel like although it will be the hardest decision and day we will be more comfortable with it thanks to her. My husband and I were not quite on the same page in the moment but she helped us in so many more ways then one. Not only did she help with Lexi, it was almost like a quick relationship counseling session as she was so patient with us and helpful in trying to assure him as well as myself and thanks to her we were able to compromise to allow each of us to be ready together and not make it just feel like one of our decisions outranked the other. I don't think I could ever really show my appreciation for all of her help today. I would highly recommend them, any of the vet's there really. But now aside from Dr. Baron I know that I'd have no doubts in my mind that I'd take any of my other pets to Dr. Davies as well. All of the staff are great as well, techs and all its very obvious that they genuinely care about our pets. They are all very caring and understanding and willing to help in whatever way they can. I work in the medical field myself but don't think I could ever do their job so please keep doing what you do, you are all truly a God send.

parking right out front. friendly staff. 1st vet I ever went to that after telling me to get some weight off my dog, actually helped me figure out how to do that. Also, they wanted me to come back for a follow-up. They seemed like they truly cared.

This has got to be the best veterinary clinic around with the BEST vets I've come across and I've been to all the over priced places in the area with NEVER having my boxer properly diagnosed, these vets here,, KNOW , they get you in a.s.a.p , my boy hasn't ever looked as good as he does today, thank you VERY MUCH.

The staff are always approachable, polite, and excited to see either of my dogs. One is 7.5 lbs but was described by the ASPCA as a 'holy terror' the other is 120 lbs of dumb. But, they always enthusiastically greet them... The veterinarians are patient and very knowledgeable.

I'm so totally satisfied with the care compassion and dedication to our pet family. I had to put my baby down and felt made to not only understand but loved throughout. Not like a bad guy. Thank you for everything.

Facility is modern, clean, inviting and socially-distanced. Very kind respectful and gentle staff that had always answered the phone and/or promptly returned my calls. The staff don't give off the notion that you're inconveniencing them with your existence (as some other clinics do...) You can still go to the exam room with your pet if you do elect to go inside and can sit comfortably outside of the door but in full view of everything that's going on (which is fantastic when you have an anxious pet!) You can also check-in curbside and they give you the option of accompanying your pet for their appointment or of waiting curbside. EHR and medication refills are accessible via an app which cuts down on paper records and waste. We've only just switched to them but are already very impressed and happy with the choice!

Love Festival Vet Clinic. They are doing curbside check in and when room is ready you are whisked thru the lobby right into an exam room. The tech handles the cat and a chair in the corner is for me to maintain social distancing. My cat is discussed between myself and the vet and labs or treatment are provided. Payment is taken in the exam room and you can choose a printed or emailed receipt. All in all a well coordinated visit.

New to the area and our kids found a cat. Neighbors moved out and left it or someone dropped it in our neighborhood. Weeks to get an appointment anywhere to have a quick look at the poor animal and this clinic says take it to humane society? Not even a quick once over? What type of vet is this ... our vet in FL would have never turned away an animal with a family ready to take it in and we just need a quick look at it. Never going here with my other animals. No compassion just take it somewhere else ... by the way, nobody was even in the waiting room, the place looked dead. No caring. Like talking to a computer screen. Couldn't be more disappointed ...

I have taken my dogs to FVC for years and know each one of dogs by name. I just recently had put my oldest dog down because of health issues. Know matter what I did she was never going to get well. As painful as it was to let Ava go I know I did what was best for her. The Drs. and staff at FVC made the experience just a little less painful.

Rating based on my first trip! We we're actually scheduled to go somewhere else that has a 4.8 rating. But when we had urgent concern w/my puppy, & called them for him to be seen sooner, -the customer service -or option for resolve other than a, "Oh well, sorry." WASN'T GIVEN! So,we tried FESTIVAL VETERINARIAN CLINIC & they IMMEDIATELY helped. Customer service was thorough, once there, the service was A+! The tech we had was experienced, loving w/my puppy, and GENUINELY concerned about him. The Vet, Peter (can't remember last name) was PHENOMENAL! Didn't rush us, answered ALL questions patiently, stayed present until we we're fully comfortable & informed! I'll be going there from now on! Nothing that was needed or offered was OVER $100! (Most places are extremely pricey!) No monthly plan, where you're paying extra money unnecessarily. Although the monthly plans may work for others, for me I loved how it's pay as needed, w/some freebies. I use to do ratings, especially w/the Better Business Bureau, so customer service, experience, cleanliness, pricing, and the way I'm treated is important! I'M SOLD ON THIS PLACE AFTER 1 TRIP! Would definitely recommend!
