What an awful experience. With an awful vet. Don't let all the 5 star reviews fool you. There is no professionalism within this office at all. For the price that they charge you, go to an up to date office where you can actually go inside with your pet. There are plenty of vets that allow you to go inside even with Covid Procedures in place. It concerns me that they could be charging for services not even given. How would you know if you are sitting in the car? Sketchy.

They really care about you and your pet. It is a good experience.

The last 2 times I called when my cat had a urinary tract infection, they have refused to see him causing me to go to animal hospitals. Why have a veterinarian that will only see my pet for routine visits and not sick visits. Today, I called and couldn't even tell the office why I was calling before I was rudely shut down with "we're booked". Someone was having a bad day.

Wonderful, caring, knowledgeable veterinarians! Great staff too. Highly recommend.

My dog Marco and I have come to rely on Animal Haven for all our vet needs. Very friendly and thorough staff, never a problem getting service, shot records, etc.

I think the people that work here love my dogs as much as I do. What more can pet owner ask for.

This vet is following covid precautions well and I appreciate that. They are thoughtful with suggestions and provide a lot of information so you can make the right decision for your pet, they don't try to talk you into unnecessary treatment.

I would recommend Dr. Brady to anyone! She is the only veterinarian I trust my fur children with! I always know they're getting the best care when they are with her and her staff at Animal Haven. I couldn't ask for more! Thank you for all that you do!

I've been taking my cat there for years. He will not allow me to trim his nails and brush him properly so his fur gets matted. He needs to be put under anesthesia every time he gets shaved. The vet and technicians are very nice, but they do try to push for extra labwork at times that I cannot afford. The last time I took my cat there he had a tooth infection and needed an extraction. The vet did a great job with that, but the lion cut they gave him at the same time under anesthesia was a hack job. It looked like they did everything in a rush.. Sometimes they do a good job with the cuts, but other times they don't. I called today to make an appt for another cut, and they said that because last time I complained about the cut, I should take my cat somewhere else. What kind of customer service is that? So your customers cannot give you any negative feedback because you will stop treating their pets? The person answering the phone today also asked me why would I want to take him back there if I didn't like the cut, instead of saying that they'll try to do a better job. There are not too many options in Delaware when it comes to cat shaving under anesthesia, but I never got to say that, because she already had an attitude. And for $200+ for a cut, its not like they were doing me a service.

I have no words for how amazing this place is. We had a complication occur with our dog and Dr. Brady and her staff went above and beyond to help our boy get back to health! We are so grateful for her passion for animal care.

Very expensive but they are good.

Not a safe place for pets or owners. Office staff is not helpful and rude. Went there 4 times and only spoke to the actual vet once. They tried to diagnose our dog with a condition that would require us paying $120 a month for treatment. After taking her to a new vet, we found out she did not have this condition and is in fact healthy.

Animal Haven have been helping us with our dog Freckles for years, They come to know us and we come to know them. They are very friendly.

I want to take a minute to thank Dr. Brady and her staff for the wonderful care they show our boys, Bob and Frank. We started going to Dr. Brady last spring after a bad experience at another vet. I couldn’t happier with our decision to switch. Dr. Brady is thorough, caring, patient (neurotics kitty mom here) and helps you make the very best decision for you pet. She answers any and all questions/concerns and takes the time to get to know you and your babies. Recently both our boys had dental cleanings and Frank had to have is top canines removed. He seems much happier now and they even saved the fangs for me knowing I would want them! She also gave us a trail bag of dental treats on our first visit to help with tarter and when I informed her that Frank just swallows them she gave me some teeth wipes. They also always call to check on the boys after any appointment which makes me feel good. In summary: I highly recommend Animal Haven, Dr. Brady and her staff!!

I took my Jack Russell puppy here and wasn't impressed. Every single visit was 3 times more than what they initially said it was going to be but we love our dog and paid. This last time going they clipped his nails and butchered him. They brought him back to they car and didn't say anything bu the time we got home there was blood everywhere. I called and the lady was rude and unhelpful. She said and I quote if you dont like it dont bring him here. What a joke we called within 10 minutes of leaving they were rude and disrespectful and in their response they are gonna lie to cover their butt. We missed one appointment for our dog that's it.

Very, professional. I needed documents for my dog. They made sure his records were ready for pick up. Due, to Covid, staff came outside to greet me. So, happy with my Vet and staff! Thank you.

Everyone is caring, super friendly and always give my little chihua the best tlc with her treatments; the receptionist, techs and doctor do it all with excellency and professional.
