I was very nervous about taking my super skittish cat to her first vet appointment. The nurse and doctor were so good with her and made her feel as comfortable as possible. They were also very prompt with disclosing bloodwork results and explaining what's going on. Definitely recommend this place!

Dr. Snow and my vet tech were so gentle and kind to my 1-year-old kitty cat I adopted a few months ago. My cat is very scared around other people, and the shelter suspected that he was abused before they took him in. I was very worried about how the vet visit would go, and Dr. Snow and the vet tech were so caring and sensitive. Although the appointment was hard for my cat, I felt 100% comfortable with them doing the check-up, and they also gave my cat lots of delicious treats, too! I will certainly be back. Edit and update: I have continued to go to Harborview two more timew, and my cat is so much more comfortable now! He is not even phased after the visits, I know it's due to the super kind vets and vet techs and the yummy treats! We went today, December 23rd for a nail trim, and he received a holiday gift! Pics attached. Peekay loves this purple pom pom. They take such good care of Peekay, we will keep going here!

I've been bringing my cat Pickles to Harborview for 3 years now and am grateful for their patience with an anxious cat getting her nails trimmed and routine check ups. Leah is the best with her and we always try to ask for her, but the other techs have been helpful as well. The front desk is always friendly and responsive, even during crazy COVID times and have good protocols. We are grateful to have a great vet nearby, thank you!

We have been bringing our cat here for several years and have always been very pleased with how well he is treated. They are very friendly & professional and clearly care about your pet. The prices are fair value and the quality of care is excellent. I would highly recommend!

I brought my pets here several times. Also came with friends when they brought their pets. Things were good at first but went downhill. Leah seems very smart but does not have a good attitude. The techs (pet nurses) working with my pets were great. Even the ladies up front were great as well! Most of the doctors were pleasant. Did not seem pleasant towards the staff though. It seems as though they started to become very picky, not thorough, very picky which is why my friends & I are going to another vet.

Harbor View is a great animal hospital to bring my little dog to. The reason i’m giving this place 3 stars is because one employee named Leah was very rude. She made my experience at Harbor View miserable which made me move to a different place. Everyone else was pleasant to be around and I wish the very best for them.

My lovely Chihuahua Bruce is a regular here :) To be honest he is usually afraid and can tell when I take him to the vet, but for the last couple of times it seems like he got over it and pretty much enjoys it. Thank you for what you are doing you r job is important and I appreciate it a lot.

Dr. Snow is awesome!!! So nice to my little kitty genny & was such a positive environment. The vet nurses we’re amazing too & my cat was treated so nicely :) Damika is so nice & got me an appointment so soon & explained everything so well!!

Dr. Snow is so amazing and patient. I have the sweetest chocolate but very energetic Labrador Retriever/Boxer mix named Tallulah who has been a patient since March. We’ve come here for everything from a hot spot to Tallulah needing surgery because of my neighbor’s dog attacking her. The dog attack of course had me freaked out because she needed surgery. Dr. Snow squeezed me in and addressed my concerns promptly. High-quality customer service provided from office staff to the nurses. Very glad that they were able to take me that day in March. She’s always excited to see the staff.

Really wonderful staff and thorough doctors. Got me in quick for my initial appointment and even quicker (instant) the next day when I had an emergency. Incredibly pleasant experiences and very, very happy to now be a patient of this vet.

The Harbor View team saved our little puppy. There’s nothing they could have done better. Even though we were not patients of Harbor View, we felt as through we were treated like we had been going there for decades. The love and care of animals really showed during our time in need and we are so grateful.

I’ve only visited Harborview twice but in those times my experience has been amazing. Dr. Snow and Nurse Sam were super informative about what my puppy needs, some options to consider and were patient with me as I’m a new dog mom and worry wart by nature. Looking forward to our next visit in 2 weeks.

I have been taking my dogs to Harbor View Hospital for over 8 years. This is not the place it use to be. My dog was sick for days after numerous tries to speak with the vet. I never got a call back. The front desk said that they could not see my dog for the next few days because they were overbooked. Not only did the vet not call me to see how sick my dog was but I was told to try the emergency room. My dog who was a patient there since she was 9 weeks old, was not seen. I will never take my dogs back to such a heartless and inconsiderate place.

Leah and everyone at Harbor View are literal doggy LIFESAVERS! We love bringing our pup to see them, they’re always so accommodating and love our boy like he’s part of the family!

Truly trustworthy and compassionate veterinarian. Continue the great service to your clients and their pets. How lucky we all are to have you in the community.

Dr. Hicks is a terrible vet. She is rude and condescending and truly doesn’t love animals. The clinic hours are ridiculous and they will not extend them for any reason. She also won’t let you get in a word without interrupting because she thinks she is the most important person in the room. I don’t recommend her or this clinic for your pets.

Everyone at Harbor View is wonderful. They treat my dog like family and have been instrumental in his well-being. It’s always a great experience!

Harbor View has been our French bulldog Lelo's vet since the day we brought her home and we couldn't be happier. Friendly and compassionate staff have helped with everything from standard check-ups, nail trims and vaccines to the more complicated things like allergies and upset stomach. The shining star is when they were able to diagnose her liver failing from eating a poisonous mushroom and started the treatment to save her life.

Very Knowledgeable and affordable. They took excellent care of our dog before during and after surgery.

I had an absolutely incredible experience. My cat was a new patient and was having an emergency and they were able to fit me right in. They were able to keep my anxious kitty calm and keep me posted throughout the process since I had to wait in my car. All the staff was extremely friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable bringing my cat here, and was certain she was in good hands. I highly recommend!!

I love the care and attention that my pup gets at Harbor View. Dr. Snow is absolutely wonderful and kind and generous with her time, and my canine son has found his other hoomans in the clinic's compassionate nurses. We are blessed to have found this group of providers that love and care so humanely for my dog.

Dr Hicks took care of Little Lucy and Peanut as we were relocating to Australia She helped us step by step all the way. Very detailed and ethical. She definitely cares about our fur babies. I would highly recommend her. Very good doctor.

I contacted Harbor View for help with relocating my cats from the US to the UK. Even when it looked likely that I wouldn't need a veterinary appointment they still offered advice to me and helped me through the process. In the end my two cats did need an appointment and it had to be 10 days before the flight. Despite being busy they fit me in and were really supportive, they even reached out to contact the company handling the flight for my cats. They put pets first, care about people contacting them and are extremely professional, I highly recommend them.

My wife and I moved to the area a few months back and we were agonizing over which vet to take our cat to. Once I reached out to Harbor View and scheduled Nox's first appointment, I immediately knew I made the right choice. The nurses there are so helpful and kind, and you can tell they really love helping pets. Dr. Snow was awesome, and they were super patient with my plethora of questions. I felt like everything was taken care of and everyone was just so sweet. As a whole, the entire clinic went above and beyond. I appreciated their Covid precautions, their follow-up, and overall helpfulness. I have had some pretty bad experiences with veterinary clinics in the past, but this was far from it. Thank you for caring about our pets!!!

We have had a great experience with Harbor View taking care of our pandemic puppy. Even though we haven't been allowed to go in with our pup, Harbor View explains everything over the phone and spent around 15-20 minutes talking to us after our pup's initial visit. They are very professional, patient, and kind. You can manage everything through the Pet Desk app, which is super helpful. Overall, I would recommend!

The staff is super friendly, and makes all appointments easy and proficient. Leah is our favorite tech, she treats our dog as if he is her own. They are honest, and reliable would recommend to anyone looking for Vet care in the canton area!!! love everyone there.

Our dog, Willy Wonka, is very nervous to leave his parents but unfortunately has many health needs. Harbor View treats Willy like family! They are patient, caring, professional, and knowledgeable! If it’s a small paw bleed to a major liver issue, I knew Willy was in great hands! I am the annoying dog mama that calls constantly but they always are there to support us and Willy! 10/10 recommend!
