First time there, service was great

Dr greenfield is very personable . Only problem I have is that covid stopped the ability to bring new pets.. they've treated 4 of my dogs and one cat.. I'm curious where I will take my new dog when I get one.. they've handled 2 of my dogs cremations and they will handle when my dog is ready to cross the rainbow bridge.

I've been waiting since May for a appt for my cat to get neutered. Mary needs to be fired. I got a call my cat was scheduled for next week, call back...she not on the list. Mary NEVER comes to work and they NEVER answer the phone. Why dosent the office have a copy of the surgery schedule? Get a new office manager.

I've just been there for the first time and had a very positive experience,Dr Keil was very nice and thoroughly checked my dog,he explained xrays and what is her condition,my girl it's 11,never been sick but it's getting up in age and that's gonna be the clinic the we'll use for as long as she's around,hopefully for a long time????

I mean it's affordable but I don't like how cramped it is here and we didn't get much reassuring that our kittens were okay!

They never answer the phone. I mean hardly ever! One day I called 8-10 times in a row before one person answered. So unprofessional. I knew they were open so I don’t understand why someone couldn’t have at least put me on hold. Every single time I call to make an appointment in general no one answers.

The erdman Animal hospital has always treated me and my pets like family. I've recommended this animal hospital to everyone I know who owns a pet. This are the best place for your animal's needs.

They did a great job taking my cat Tabatha she had meningitis and they did a great job taking care of her thanks Erdman hospital

The wait time is long and even if you're just coming to pick up meds or paperwork. But they are cheaper than other vet clinics.

New policy of missing an appointment is unfair life happens especially with pandemic people can get sick or can't afford care because of money being tight now . Hard to connect by phone , receptionist is rude ,couldn't find my cats records ,been a patron for 20 years disappointment

I love Dr. Keil , but the wait was over 2 hrs that's rediculous. They need a better system.

Love the conveniences but that tall doctor in there was Very insensitive to my 10 week old pup he stuck these Q tips all the way down his ears made him pee on his self I know that the dog's eardrums are a shape of an L but they have an V shape in there as well and he really hurt my dog other then that very affordable.....

My aunt took her healthy cat here to be declawed... They said they wanted to keep it over night for observation? (When is this needed for declaw) and it died... No reason.. no sorry. No nothing. Just a better luck next time attitude. Would DEF not recommend

The Drs. Are very good& liked. The prices are extreamly reasonable the best in N.E. Baltimore area.

Absolutely love the care our fur boy receives from Dr. Kiel! He has always been so cautious and thorough with him. This is especially important to us since he is now almost 15 yrs. old.
