Dr. Kaiser and her team is amazing. We had to place our dog on an airplane for an out of state move. She was always patient and thorough as we worked through the many rules and regulations. She even came up huge for us the morning of the flight to make one last adjustment to the paperwork (the airlines are not easy to work with). The entire office truly care about the animals and acknowledge that they are parts of our family's. Thanks to the hard work and dedication our 55 pound Irish Doodle is settling into our new home and spending the holidays with us. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable and take good care of your pet. Pricing seems higher than some other places, especially for surgical procedures like neutering, etc. But I am used to more rural vets, so it might just be Annapolis pricing.

Dr Kaiser goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. she has been taking care of our sweet ZoZo for years. We had an especially scary episode this last month and Zoey needed urgent attention and labs. Dr Kaiser went wAy above and beyond and ran labs and immediately started Zoey on meds and nearly immediately Zoey started to improve. She is incredibly smart, kind and thorough. She even remembers that Zoey doesn’t like being up on the examining table so she gets down on the floor and examines her! Front desk staff is great as well, always remembers that Zoey doesn’t get along with other dogs so they try to make sure they take her back before bringing another dog out. Love this practice, they really exceed expectations and go the extra mile.

I've only gone a couple of times. You have to wait a bit to get appts but they seem nice. Maybe it's me but $18 for a 60 second nail trim is expensive.

I was in a bind and needed to get a c collar for my dog. The staff Were so accommodating and helped me out. I was able to purchase the collar at a very good price and get home to my help heal my boy. I was very thankful for the staff this day.

Great people that care so much

- Clump of hair from other animals' fur were all over the exam room each time we went, I didn't feel the rooms were cleaned between the animals. - Front staff seemed to not get along with each other and it was awkward (One was the assistant I will mention below). After a few appointments of experiencing the rudeness of one of the girls, I decided to walk in and wait at the counter with a timer set on my phone to see how long it took to be acknowledged. I made eye contact when I walked in, and then 7 minutes and 46 seconds go by and I get a "Are you waiting for something or do you have an appointment?" Rude. - The assistant helping to hold my cat was extremely rough (every other time, I have held him for shots and it was fine). She grabbed him by the scruff of his neck and pinned him to the table. He wailed and screamed over the way he was held - My cat was being tested for a specific condition, and it required a few tests and follow up appointments. I saw THREE different vets within two weeks. Consistency would have been nice since I was told what they were checking for has a death certificate to follow - Dr. Keiser was difficult to get on the phone and it always seemed she was in a rush to give information then hop off the phone. When I do work with her and have her attention, she is good. - One month after this whole ordeal, I was told I needed to have a follow up since the nearly $1,000 in tests were not conclusive enough. I was told they would be in touch. It's well over a month and I haven't heard a thing. Now, I know I could have called a month later, but I am riding it out to see how long it is until I hear from them. I'll update this if I hear back.

Saved our dog's life!! I brought our dog in because he was acting unusual (very lethargic and sick). Dr Kaiser and staff immediately recognized that things were critically wrong. She ran all the tests and then called ahead to the pet emergency room and spoke with the on-call doctor. When I got to the ER, they were waiting for me and could take immediate action because Dr Kasier took care of everything ahead of time. When the ER vet came out to talk with me, she said "Your vet did a great job running all the right tests". Our dog is fine now (yay!!!!!!) . I cannot thank Dr Kaiser and the staff at Bay Hills enough for their professionalism and thoroughness and also for their kindness over the following weeks of follow-up care. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you!!

Treats my cats very well and took care of them also gave me advice when I needed it, staff is always friendly and the vets are great too.

They put my dog Sasha down this past weekend. We showed up after having taken her into the ER the night before, and Dr. Kaiser had retrieved the information from the ER before we got there and consulted with us before moving ahead with euthanasia. Throughout the whole awful process, we were treated with such compassion, dignity, and sensitivity. Even as they euthanized Sasha, Dr. Kaiser cried with us and told us what a wonderful dog we had and how much she cared. She told us how much Sasha would be missed and her own heart and grief is so clear. That's the kind of vet you want- the vet who works with your needs, does what is best for your pet, but also has her heart invested in every animal she works with. I can't recommend this vet highly enough.

Rylee absolutely loves her friends (the awesome staff) at Bay Hills Animal Hospital. From the friendly greetings and heart-warming smiles to the exceptional service and personalized care we receive, we know we have chosen the right place to bring our sweet girl. She has given Dr. Clark and the team quite a challenge over the last few months, requiring 2 surgical revisions after the initial surgery to close the incision she was so adamant about opening. I think she just wanted to have a reason to go back and visit with Dr. Clarke and the gals for more snuggles and belly rubs. As embarrassed as I was to have to return not once, but twice and admit that my dog was finding a way to remove her own sutures, the team was understanding and took great care of Rylee. It's been 2 months now and she is healing beautifully. Thank you to this wonderful team of knowledgeable and kind people for all that you do!
