The store is staffed with roaming employees who are anxious to help customers. They stock many, many brands and will meet Chewy pricing.

Selection was very limited and customer service on the floor was absent.

Typical PetSmart. They haven't appeared to be hit by the supply chain stuff. We've always been able to find what we want. They do appear to be a little short staffed, but the staff is always friendly.

Bought a dog bed that was advertised at a lower price but was charged the higher price and didn’t notice until I received email receipt, called store and was told I had to go back with item and receipt? Like why? Should have been an easy 7 dollar refund but nope. Anyway won’t go back there

Great selection, quick and friendly staff!

Long line with only one cashier but great selection.

Fairly decent overall experience when we come here for our bearded dragon and betta fish stuff.. however, we purchased a bearded dragon on 10/30/21.. today is 11/14/21; we took our bearded dragon to the vet and our pet was diagnosed with ringworms from eating crickets (that we’ve only been purchasing from here since picking our pet up). Just a safe and sensitive reminder that although your bearded dragon enjoys / can consume crickets, PLEASE consider feeding them a dubia roach / vegetable diet or other insects from a certified insect breeder or exotic pet store. I don’t blame PetSmart for selling us a sick beardie, but please also make sure to give it the best care and love. ❤️

Staff could be better trained to answer questions about the live pets they sell as well as habitat for pets people already have

New parents to Hall & Oates!!

I have been taking my dog here to get groomed since he was a puppy, haven’t had an issue. UNTIL a couple months ago when i brought him and they cut his hair, mind you this was a full service appointment. his appointment was at 1:30 i believe and they closed at 4? when i came to pick up my dog he looked horrible, his face was uneven, his ears were completely shaved and i was really disappointed. considering they closed at 4 she was probably rushing to finish with him so she could leave. really unprofessional wish i would’ve said something sooner. will be taking my dog and money, elsewhere.

The manager on duty was really rude to this older guy who seemed to be a new employee on register. He was doing his best to help me since I was doing a return and price matching two items to buy. She didn't teach him but instead was very rude and condescending toward Cary. He was so sweet and patient with me and the manger was just horrible. Her body language was completely uncalled for and she didn't even acknowledge my existence. The two stars are for Cary since he was so sweet and kind through the process.

*Edited: the groomers have consistently been wonderful with my two dogs, and there haven’t been any issues since my first visit. The staff at the front desk of the grooming salon were not welcoming, not helpful, and were very rude to me. Rating 3 stars because the actual groomers did a pretty good job on my two little dogs- though they were very freaked out.

The people there always very nice when I go in.

The people there are nice and helpful. but the line is usually long and the animals are in kinda small cages.

The groomers are friendly and knowledgeable. We have been using Petsmart Grooming Services for years and wouldn’t take our little poodle anywhere else.

Customer service sucks here. Just called to ask simple questions about cat adoptions and the lady on the phone had a nasty attitude. Even with her attitude I still said thank you before getting off the phone and her response was mhm. Smh this is the kind of people you have working with animals. She wasn’t very nice.

Its exactly what you think it is, this PetSmart is just like the other PetSmarts.

I’m have been a loyal Banfield customer for 12 years. Today I went to pick my dog up from the vet and spoil her with a treat and had a unexpected and unprofessional interaction with an employee named Tammy. It was a very off putting interaction. Another customer approached me who watched the whole interaction and he said he had been treated in the same fashion. Tammy gotta go PetSmart management.

Awesome and I just love taking my dog there.

We visited this Petsmart with the intention of buying a harness for our dog. While we were there, we decided to have a look at all the critters for sale; only to find that both the scorpion and the bearded dragon were dead in their tanks. Not only is the horribly depressing and somewhat disturbing for any children who may have seen this, it is also indicative of the care these animals are receiving. Needless to say, we put the harness back and promptly left. I would love to buy every animal there if that is the level of care that they are going to receive. Go anywhere else.

My dogs and I always have a fantastic time when we visit our local store. The dog treat isle is our favorite destination.

Don’t go to Dawn A, she did an awful job on my pomchi, had him for 3 hours, and gave him back to me wet and not cut properly. His tail was not cut, along with his paws, his nails were only trimmed when I payed for them to be filed down and a lot of stay hairs were missed, what she did cut was extremely uneven on his neck. I won’t go to her ever again and don’t recommend her for anyone’s dog.

Serious question... is it a "pets mart" or are they "pet smart"?

I am extremely dissatisfied with the grooming department ????....my pup is 2yrs old and this is the only grooming place he has been since a baby. Dropped him off Monday for his scheduled appointment and a few hours later they called and said he was all done. When I got there another groomer told me she couldn't get his face that well. I was pretty confused because that wasn't the groomer who was assigned to him. So I asked his his groomer why didn't she finish his face and she said she was booked. I was extremely upset like how could you overbook and pass my pup to a different groomer just to move to the next client, totally unacceptable. Didn't want to cause a scene so I called the grooming supervisor soon as I got home. I explained everything and she was able to give me a full refund. I was so disappointed with his cut and overall grooming I took him to peace 2 days later. They told me his nails weren't trimmed, his cut was uneven, and some hair was still matted. His face cut was horrible. Wow that is terrible and I paid for a full service. After 30 minutes in petco my pup looked like a totally different man. Thanks Peter I will be going there from now on????????????

The "manager" Sheryl is extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. They need better and more caring customer service specialists.
