I've been using Doggywalkers for a while now for all my out of town trips. They are so nice and professional, I'm able to schedule visits every time even in busy peak times. The price is the best in the area, and they send cute reports of each visit by email to me. Highly recommended for at home pet care.

Simple Fantastic Service. I have had many ups/downs with dog walkers and finally over the past year have come to rely 100% on DoggyWalker. I have several dogs, often fosters with some challenges, and they can handle ALL -- calmly, professionally. What I love most is that my current dog walker has returned my call within minutes during an emergency ..always ready to help, very flexible. This is the go-to service.

Horrible management. September 2019 - Innocent client dog killed and the caregiver seriously injured because of negligence of management. Clients are talked about badly by managers daily. Employment turn over is very high for caregivers and that alone is an obvious sign of the working conditions. No high standards of care for clients animals

Excellent midday dog walking services. They treat my pups as if they are their own and give them their full attention, love and care.

I used Doggywalker and bought a 1 month 30min visit package between 10:30 and 12:30. Today, the walker didn't show up until 3:10 and the visit was only 20min (they have different prices for a 20 vs 30min visit). No one called or texted me they were going to be almost 3 hours late. I got home 10min after the walker left. Luckily my dog didn't have an accident. I called the office and the woman tried to argue that the visit was 30min. I told her I have it on video with a timestamp so she condescendingly offered to refund me $2. She also tried to brush it off by saying they were late walking other dogs too. I am currently waiting for an owner or manager to get back to me so I can pick up my keys from their office ASAP and get a refund for the month package I bought. It seems that they don't want to take responsibility for late visits or walkers that cut time. Edit: Keghley contacted me and was very understanding. They will return my keys, refund today, and cancel future services. Thanks!

Doggywalker is FANTASTIC! They have been taking care of our pets since 2016 and we wouldn't trust any other service. They treat the pets like your own and will send you daily emails (with pictures!) about how the pets are doing. We have a chinchilla and that did not deter Doggywalker, they welcomed it! Special shoutout to Robbyn E. in particular!
