Four pets call them "Doc". Always a positive experience and reasonable pricing.

They are there when I need them for the most part. They were fabulous with me when I had to put my cat down before the pandemic. Haven't seen them since start of pandemic. They sent me to emergency vet for a visit a few months ago. For regular appts I bring my cat in, they come out to the car and get him. Not ideal, but it is what it is. I'm not crazy about them but they do the job.

Definitely switching vets after today. Tried to give this place a chance but after my last few visits this is just plain bad. No compassion, late, just rushing you to leave with no good info. Wish me luck on finding someone who really cares.

We are pleased with the care our 15 year old cat is receiving at Tender Touch. The people we talk to on the phone are always pleasant and helpful. Our cat is on thyroid treatment and kidney care. He's been of great comfort to us and we're glad that Tender Touch is helping us to keep him in as good health as possible. Jim

Brought the dog for a lime disease test and to have his nails clipped. Just that. He was done in 10 minutes..or less. The bad news? The bill!! It's bad enough not to have pet health ins. but the charges are just OUTRAGES!! Looks like $25 just to walk in the door, $ 58. for the lime's test, $27 to clip his nails AND $5.30 to toss the cut nails (listed as medical waste disposal). Seriously??

Our two cats saw Dr. Fritz for first time. Our cats get very stressed riding in the car. Dr. Fritz was very good at calming our kitties. She was very professional and completeed a thorough examination. If you want great care for your pets Tender Touch is the one.

Dr. Braeuer was exceptional! We are new to the area and needed a new vet for our 3 pets. We recommend this vet very highly! Especially if you are new to the area!

Great place to bring your dog! Veterinary services are top notch and affordable. Boarding is a little pricey, compared to prices in the area.

We brought our dog for an emergency visit and were very pleased with the service we received by all of the staff. The doctor was caring and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. They are also able to complete lab work and diagnostic tests onsite, so we had a diagnosis within 15 minutes. They made a stressful event as easy as possible and the cost for an emergency visit with additional tests and medicine was more than reasonable. Would definitely recommend Tender Touch.

All the staff and Dr. Fritz are amazing! I spoke to D.r Fritz numerous times about our old lady and she always listened never making us feel rushed. Her and the staff truly do what's best for your pets.

Since being purchased by a large entity both pet care and competence have fallen hard. Nice only gets people in the door...keeping them there requires less Vet turnover and product & medicine knowledge.

It’s so nice and reassuring to be able to put Willow in the trusting hands of the Tender Touch team. They are extra sensitive to her anxiety issues and really patient. The extra attention to detail and accommodate is really appreciated!

It has been bought out and now franchised from what I understand and there seems to be no leader or anyone in charge!! If you need to go there... take the day off because you will need it! This is a few of my experiences!

They used to be so amazing here, then Dr. Rita left, now they're unreliable and not very professional when you call, and they just don't really seem to care anymore. I can't tell what they use the increased rates for because nothing ever seems to work there as the phones an computers are constantly having issues and they can't actually do anything. God forbid you have an issue that isn't quite an emergency, but can't really be ignored because they literally don't care and won't even pretend to help or try to get your pet seen.

These guys have really went downhill since new management! Seems like every time you need to get your pet seen they just pass you along to the animal hospital. We really miss the old ownership!

Less and less of the feels that it used to have and what brought us here in the first place. Used to feel a lot more compassion from the people that worked here. Now they are just rude and busy. Very sad. Edit: this place has changed big time and they just want your money now!! Everybody who works here should be ashamed of themselves!! Find any other vet but them!!

Call and make an appt. I needed my cats shots. When you arrive at the parking area, give the place a call to let them know your there with the number your parked in front of. They will come out and get your animal. When I first made the appt. they never told me what to expect when I got there. I had to ask questions. That's the only drawback. They seemed to take care of my cat alright. I was told she has a top back tooth decay area and will need to brush her teeth. Im not sure how to go about this, since she wont let me near her mouth. Oh what fun this will be. Needless to say, I'm trying. Hopefully her condition gets better. Overall I give this vets office a thumbs up.

Veterinarian and staff are so great. They do an amazing job taking care of my dog when he goes in and they are great at explaining all of the recommended procedures.

Great place. My parents swear by them. I picked up something for my parents when I went there.

I live very close to tender touch and have brought my 4 cats there for the last 7 years. The Dr.s and staff always take care of my cats with compassion and love; however, since the hospital has changed hands it has become unaffordable for me. I’m quite sad as I loved it there.

They put the best effort into communication, and truly show love for my pet. The only vets I know that my dog is happy to see. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Rita saved my dogs life after being hit by a car. After being sent away by the emergency clinic on Warren Ave I drove my dying barely breathing dog to Tender Touch and after over a week of intensive care my baby got to come home!

They were very nice. Both to me and my dog. He even pooped in the lobby waiting for his appointment and they just laughed it off and picked it up. They were very good at administering the shot my dog was getting and had a response for every question i asked.
