Another Dog Day Scarborough, Maine

Hank is very happy whether doing daycare or boarding. Everyone working here obviously loves what they do and it shows in their conscientious care. This guy goes happily wagging to Another Dog Day any chance he gets.

Another Dog Day has been a saving grace. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. I like how they only allow a limited amount of pups. And most importantly, Blue approves ????

Great place for day care, boarding, and grooming. Reasonable prices, great staff, and my dog loves going!

Saturday appointments are hard to come by, but I work during the week so that is my only option. I made sure to book my appointment 3 weeks in advance for 1:00 today. Upon arrival I was told that my dog wasn’t on the schedule and there was nothing they could do. They were not helpful or accommodating given their mistake. I will not be going back and recommend others to find a more professional place to get their dogs groomed.

First time, recommend from one of my pup's family's . So I have it a try. Pulled up not what I expected but good service and no fear of my large babies. Good and bad happened soo fast I didn't have time to give them command words, but no issues! My dogs are trained and know their roles when communicated with, would have liked extra 2 mins to inform them but..... they all did great easy in easy out. That works to! My fur babies didn't complain

I love this place! Such friendly staff and so convenient. I can show up with my furbaby anytime before 2PM and they will cut his nails for me. Plus, the price is more than reasonable!

I have been bringing my dogs here for both grooming and overnight stays for over 10 years now. I can recommend them very highly! I now have a new dog and will be bringing her here as well. Everyone is great with the dogs and my dogs tails are wagging going in and coming out!

Love to bring my dogs here. Have been bringing Maggie since she was one she is 10 now and bringing my new goldendoodle Shadow there now. I board both my dogs there when we go on vacations. Grooming there is great too. The owner and staff have been doing this for a long time and have seen it all! I value that expertise caring and compassion. My dogs actually run right in when they get there tails wagging away.

I love another dog day, this was my first daycare and grooming job and I have worked at two other daycares. In the area of daycare, overnights and grooming it's the best. This place takes real care of your pets, they get plenty of exercise and the place is easy to clean and the set up allows allot of control over the dogs in a way that doesn't stress out the dogs (no bull pens or wall hooks and get let out to do business often). The hotel set up is also superior, letting dogs see each other makes everyone's experience more relaxing. The place does not smell of urine or harsh chemicals. Lisa is also an amazing boss and dog lover. She really loves dogs and other animals and she feels real responsibility for all of her dog clients. She is also a great teacher and employer. She can be serious and tough when it's right to be, and also very kind and fair. I would say my skin got thicker but my heart opened more working for her, which has helped me tremendously.

My dog loves it here. The people and their patrons (dogs) are all nice. Lisa, the owner, knows my breed and how to handle her grooming to perfection. And, most importantly, on a stay-over, she comes back to me as happy as I left her. Cuddoes to Lisa and her staff, and facilities.

The people are friendly and very accommodating. We make a lot of last minute changes in our schedule and ADD can always help!

My dogs love coming to Another Dog Day for daycare and they’ve had several overnight stays. The owner and staff are very experienced and friendly and I totally trust them to take good care of my dogs. Always clean and organized, definitely recommend!!!

My family and I have been bringing our poodles to Another Dog Day for more than a decade. Not only do they provide an excellent grooming service but they treat our dogs like they are their own. 4 standards, 1 labradoodle, 1 miniature and a puppy later... I will always bring my dogs to Another Dog Day! Lisa and her staff do an amazing job!!

We have been taking our dog to another dog day for years and have always felt comfortable with the other dogs AND the humans ;)

I ever gave them 5 stars before because I entrusted to send my beloved puppy to their care for the last 6 months. Everything seems to be okay but last month, on October, my puppy got bit from Pit bull and Boxer(2 adult dog). I don’t want to complain at all- I tried to understand the situation here when the staff of day care told me that the other dogs were just play together and somehow the play turn into a fight. The only thing I concern here is where were the staff when the fight start? They should pay more attention on our dog. My puppy got hurt badly. As the dog owner, i tried to be calm, all I care is my puppy safety! There will be nothing to complain if the owner of that day care didn’t show up and talk to me with such an irresponsible voice and making me feel like she was trying to put all fault on my puppy. I am sharing my experience here to let everyone whom entrust to send their dogs/ puppies here be aware of how careless their system is and how unprofessional of this place. Please Be Aware!!!

Great job grooming both dogs easy to work with

Over Thanksgiving the owner was abusive and screaming at two corgies that were staying there. I was told by my sister, who was witness to the incident. There is NEVER a reason to yell at a dog who has been trusted to your care. Paid to be tended to compassionately. How a person running a kennel can exhibit that kind of callous treatment is beyond me. Do not use this kennel!!
