I unfortunately had a really poor experience here. I made an appointment to get my cat Gemma seen by the vet as I had concerns over her health. The vet not only was very unsympathetic, but very abrupt in her approach. I left the vet the three times I brought my cat there in tears as no solutions were being made. They often threw the word "cancer" around, even though I brought her to our regular vet, and she in fact had no sign of cancer. The last time I brought her there, I still had concerns over her breathing and lethargy, but instead of validating my concerns, I was prescribed a medication for her eye as they found a scratch on it. I had to make the difficult choice to put Gemma down a few weeks later, as she had advanced heart disease. This was a really terrible experience, and I felt that the vet didn't care about me or my cat, and certainly wasn't sympathetic in regards to my stress about my cats health. I understand that at that stage of heart disease there is only so much that can be done, but an answer and some compassion would have been appreciated.

Absolutely love this place. Will never bring my ferrets else where if at all possible. Friendly, fast, and honest. Great vet.

Great Covid precautions, very friendly, helpful and caring staff.

The team here is nice but i paid for the paws plus for my dog. He is very friendly but at 1st is scared of this place. They like to put animals that are hard to manage under. Cause it makes them feel safer. They always put us off as long as they can get away with even tho we pay for the service. I decided to check out another vet and my dog does not need to be druged up. There not worth the money we paid. That is my personal opinion.

The staff is wonderful. They are very caring and appear to love their jobs and animals. I feel very comfortable having them care for my pet.

Definitely the best vets office in the area. They have been there for us and our cats every time and always are there to help with anything regarding your pet's health! 10/10!

This place is wonderful! My dog had to get shots and she prefers if I hold her. But due to covid I couldn't come In so the vet tech opened the window so I could talk to my dog as she got her blood drawn and injections up to date. I'm so thankful they helped me out with this and when I was freaking out about tics. I greatly appreciate it! My dogs my baby

I recently brought our family bunny, Miss Bugs, to be spayed, when I learned she had an ovarian tumor. As the best possible luck would have it, we met with Dr. Jana Thomas, who specializes in exotic pets, and did surgery on our little girl in the nick of time. Dr. Thomas is extremely competent and experienced and is one of the most caring and kind people I've run across. She is a blessing to animals and to the people who love them. I can't think of anyone better, and her caring staff was equally amazing. We also had the pleasure of meeting her colleague Dr. Setteley when we brought her in for a check-up. What an incredible team of caring, truly wonderful and hardworking people.

very easy, fast, and friendly. Just pulled up with my beardie, got quickly checked in and they met me at the door took my lizard and gave me a diagnosis, all from the comforts of my car. The staff was fast, friendly and efficient while ensuring the health and safety of my sweet Beardie.

Bait and switch vet care. Was quoted a price before making the appointment for standard vaccinations and annual exams. On arrival for the appointment, we were handed an estimate more than three times what we were quoted. After voicing complaint about it, they brought back another estimate well over twice what we were quoted. No explanation offered. No follow-up from management. Not going back.

Best vet around ???? our lil pup is so scared of strangers and they took such good care of him and are so sweet!! We were so nervous because he's so small but the oral surgery they performed on him was amazing and he was eating soft food and back to his normal self within hours after! Also, his teeth/gums look WONDERFUL and no more stinky breath ???? so affordable too which is hard to find in the area with such caring/hard working/truly quality vets. I haven’t paid visit to this veterinarian but after calling a slew of other establishments, my experience speaking to the receptionist here was refreshing.

My experience was just less than ok. I didn’t feel like this vet was very knowledgeable about large breed dogs. I got a lot of mixed answers and sometimes the vet had to go in the back room to look up answers to pretty standard breed specific question about joint issues. It wasn’t until my one year appointment that the office lady told me they had a large breed specialist and I could see that vet. At that appointment the specialist vet noticed my dogs legs grew abnormal. If only I had seen this specific vet from the beginning, and had my questions about joints/ growth plates answered in the beginning while the dog was still a puppy, perhaps I could’ve been more proactive and things would have gone differently ????. Also I did the puppy plan which included the spay and first year shots. My dog didn’t go into heat within the first year and the vet wouldn’t allow me to spay the dog until the first heat cycle to help cut the risk of mammory cancer. However, she failed to tell me that the spay that was included in the puppy package I had already paid for was only good for one year. They were able to refund me the cost of the spay and sedation. But there were other items within the package I lost my money on and never received- microchip, the dental cleaning, etc. in the end I decided to switch vets to Lafayette Animal hospital and already feel like I am having a better more personalized experience for my large breed dog.

These guys are so fantastic. I am definitely going to make them Wilson's primary veterinarians from now on. They squeezed me into a cancellation with very short notice, checked with me about the cost of everything before charging me, and made Wilson feel comfortable (which is hard because he's a big baby). He's much happier already..

They saved my kitty's life! They treat every animal that comes through their doors with profound respect and professionalism. If I were a cat I'd certainly ask my owner to take me there for care!

My family has been taking our pets here for 25 years now. They've always been amazing no matter the situation. The entire staff is very kind, and all of the doctors listen to what you have to say about your pets.

It's great. Quick friendly staff. Excellent veterinarian's always very polite and knowledgeable excellent experience.

Very friendly, professional staff, clean and bright environment. Their office hours are great as well. I brought my puppy in for his first round of shots and was charged $65.00 and told to bring him back next week for his first round of shots. I wish they had told me to wait a week before bringing him in. I got the impression they were trying to sell me on everything and drag out the process as much and as long as possible. It was a bad first impression.

Dr.Bouras is so gentle and kind when dealing with our dogs. I don’t ever feel pressured into doing one treatment over another. I highly recommend VCA, especially Dr.Bouras.

We just brought our dog in for a minor problem with her leg, and the level of care we received was impeccable. This is the kind of place that are just as much taking care of the owners as much as the animals. Definite recommend, the bedside manner here is wonderful.

Been going to this vet since I adopted my parrot six years ago. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to get me in same day on Christmas Eve when my parrot suddenly came down with an upper respiratory infection. Always pleased with the service and very grateful for their professionalism and care regarding my bird. Will always recommend!
