Called them to see my sick cat.he had been their patient 2 years before then I moved..they refused to see him..he died on the way to another vet..it took .me all day to find pet medic.they didn't open until late afternoon.i give them a zero rating....would never recommend them....

I do not think that customers arriving to pick up a prescription should be made to wait outside in the rain, listening to hold music. Why can you not have the basic courtesy to invite customers into your lobby for routine business? Covid has been here for nearly 2 years and is not going away any time soon. Other businesses, from human health clinics to hardware stores, have found a way to mitigate and move on while still treating their patients and customers with respect. Require a mask? Definitely. But what you are doing is disrespectful and makes no epidemiological sense.

Good vet all around in the last year we have been using them. The receptionist Brook is fantastic and always a relief when she answers the phone

I absolutely love Brackett Street. Their whole staff is full of knowledgeable, compassionate and kind individuals. We've been going there for 9 years now and will never bring our dogs anywhere else!

Excellent no/low contact system for appointments. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and they take wonderful care of your pet.

I have used their service for over 20 years. I have been impressed with the respect they show the animals. They are gentle with pets and thorough in the exam and treatments.

Very good but just a bit pricey.

Extremely disappointed, as always with this veterinarian. Have had many problems with not getting the requested dr, to being treated as though me and my sick animals do not matter due to covid. I just got off of the phone with a women who told me less information about my animals uti than Google, after telling me there are no vets to speak to me and to take him to the emergency office now or wait a month. Have had numerous issues since before covid and am honestly extremely disappointed in the level of empathy from anyone who works here. I would hope a veterinarian clinic would atleast pretend to like animals. I seriously wish we were allowed to change vets during this pandemic, this is the second time my animals have been sick and I am extremely thankful I have a friend to call and help me take care of them. I feel sorry for the fur friends who they deny help and sympathy to

I absolutely LOVE these vets and the entire staff!!! They are kind, patient and thorough. I had worrying concerns and they took the time to address each one, going beyond to eliminate one completely! They are the BEST!!!

Dr. Ferrell is an amazing vet. Her kindness and compassion toward myself and my cat is amazing. She was completely honest and forthcoming with all our options and showed much love, compassion and empathy with us. This is not my first experience with Dr. Ferrell and with Brackett St. Vet Clinic and I have complete faith in them.

The staff there is excellent ! They are compassionate, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend BSVC to anyone.

The doctors and staff here are awesome, always helpful, really explain things well and care for your pets genuinely.

Fair prices and people who care

Absolutely amazing just got my first kitten yesterday they got me in today and took amazing care of him went way above and beyond I will continue to go there.

I am disappointed and disgusted in these people. My cats has been sick for weeks and I have been trying to make an appointment. They claim to not even have a record of my calls. And now they refuse to see or help us. Can you imagine being sick for so long and then just rejected by your doctor. Never going back here. Had been coming here for years with 5 different pets. So regrettable.

They did an amazing job at helping my smokey! Because of them she can now go outside (if we choose) without fear of her comming back home sick or pregnant. *and she even has a funny hat for the next few weeks *

My dog is having some issues thats makes me think its a serious issue. I dont have transportation and this vet is the closest ine that I can talk to. When I called in this morning I was greeted with zero empathy told too bad about my situation and was hung up on.

I brought my dog here a few weeks ago. The first appointment we could get was a month and a half out. We were going to go here because it was local, and some people recommended it. After handing my dog off, I got a call from the Doctor and could hear my dog barking in the background which was unusual behavior. She implied my dog was very anxious (which was never told to me at the previous vet) and that she wouldn't be able to do anything this appointment and sent me along with some Trazodone and asked for me to book another appointment. I am sure she had a stressful day but the way she phrased it I felt like my dog was an inconvenience to her! I had also sent along an email with questions/ concerns I had prior to the appointment and she then asked me what questions I had.. So she clearly did not look at what I had sent along. In addition, she said I needed a leptospirosis Vaccine, and at the new vet we go to they said that is not true, she is good for another year. I felt like she skimmed her paperwork. Once they gave my dog back (after not even doing a full exam) they charged me the $70 first visit rate and for the Trazodone. I then waited around thinking someone would come out and call me to rebook. When no one did I asked one of the technicians what the follow up steps were to get her another appointment and she said she would have the front desk call me, but I never received a phone call. Anyways, I booked an appointment at Back Cove a day later, and got my dog in within 2 weeks. We had an extremely positive experience at Back Cove and outstanding customer service and high quality care. I would not recommend sending your dog to Brackett if they have any kind of vet anxiety, or if you want a personable experience.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Compassionate and understanding. Good energy the only place I feel comfortable to bring my furry friends. Glade this vet was recommended to me over 6 years ago.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. King. All throughout the puppy visits and up to the neuter. She always was extremely thorough and informative. I feel like she cares about my pup as much I do. Great staff/ vet techs. They are always available to answer questions and get the info we need! Highly recommend!
