I am humbled by Sunday's response into seeing my cat. Injury was treated & appropriate vaccines were administered all with beautiful care & affordable cost.

The practice couldn't have done more -- we just had our first appointment, and we'll been coming in with our two other cats. So glad to be establishing a relationship! Excellent care and communication.

After making an appointment customers wait in their car and phone in. It was 97° day I was there! Restrictions are lifted, I think this was unreasonable. After going with multiple dogs for multiple reasons for a year, I asked, while there for a nail trim, for the vet to look at something. Took less than 5 minutes. Suprise! Cost extra $65. Gee, thanks.

Sunray hires great people who truly have our pets’ health and happiness as top priority. Our dog is never afraid of going into the facility and always comes out a happy dog. I like the current wait system of staying outside or in my vehicle until they come out to get our boy, I think that makes the waiting process much less stressful. Thank you Sunray staff!!

Misdiagnosed our cat , didnt do bloodwork to determine what's wrong , just gave us antibiotics . and now shes dead

I can't speak highly enough about Sunray. They're great! We've had other vets who have been well meaning, and knowledgable but who have not had the 'bedside manner' to deal with our lovely, head-strong Malamute mix, Sam. We used to absolutely dread trips to the vet. No longer, thanks to Sunray. Sam does not enjoy being jabbed with needles, inspected or otherwise messed with by humans. Sunray's team, particularly Dr Norman and Dr Twitchell, are excellent with him! They're calm and assertive, and make him feel at ease enough to get those vaccination shots done. They are the people we've trusted when Sam has variously managed to get into other trouble, including quilled by a porcupine. They give great advice over the phone, especially when we've been traveling, and are super responsive in terms of scheduling. We trust Sunray with Sam's life, without reservation. I couldn't possibly make a higher recommendation than that.

I highly recommend SunRay animal clinic to anyone seeking veterinary care in the Mid-Coast Maine area. I am so grateful for the care of Dr. Seymour, and her staff, including technicians Victoria, Lauren and Cody, during a recent emergency visit. While on vacation, my golden retriever puppy had an incident which required emergency care. I called Sunray which was the closest clinic to where I was staying and explained that there was a possibility that my puppy had swallowed a penny. From my first phone call, to the moment we walked in the door, and during the visit, everyone I met was kind, compassionate, confident, encouraging, and capable. They reduced my anxiety, and despite needing x-rays and having to have vomiting induced to expel the penny, my puppy adored everyone she met and happily followed them with a wagging tail and gave kisses on her way out the door when we were done. Huge thanks to everyone at Sunray for their amazing care and kindness. What an amazing facility! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

I have been taking my pets to Sunray for many years. I've never been disappointed. They are like family to us now and they care as much about our pets as we do. We recently had an acute care situation which thankfully had a positive outcome but even when we were turned over to MVMC they stayed very close and helped in my decision making process. I can't imagine taking my "kids" anywhere else.

I have been going to Sunray for years, and that's for a reason. The staff is exceptional, from the front desk to the surgeons. Always the best care and they listen to my concerns and help me determine what the issue might be. It's a comfortable atmosphere in a well laid-out setting. I would highly recommend Sunray.

I can't say enough about Sunray and everyone there. I feel so extremely lucky to have found them to care of our dog, Sammy. They are always there to answer questions, give advice, and see Sammy when needed. He isn't the most trusting dog but everyone there has such a way with him that puts him and me at ease. When my dog was experiencing GI discomfort and feeling very ill, Sunray observed him all day. From IV fluids to Xrays, they did everything possible to determine the issue, and when emergency surgery was called for, Dr. Norman jumped right in. His professional and easy-going demeanor immediately set me at ease, as he walked me through every detail of the procedure. Our dog has bounced back within days, and it is all thanks to an amazing staff who has been more than accommodating and helpful in every way. Highly recommend.

Recently, I had to bring my animals to Sunray for their annual checkups. I have an older terrier mix, a young pug. The pug needed to be neutered and this is a notoriously difficult breed to operate on because of their respiratory systems. He is also my son’s therapy dog, so anxiety was high. The staff were caring and took the time to give reassurances. They called to update us on his condition, and this reassured my son tremendously! My old man Joe, was happy to go in and loves the staff at Sunray. I think it’s because he always gets lots of hugs and treats! The staff always say that they wished every dog gives as many kisses as Joe. Will never take my animals anywhere else for care.
