Found my needs for my puppy

Nice people, great service and fair prices... We take our 2 dogs to have their claws clipped, maybe an occasional bath when I'm too lazy.????

They had those hard to find items that I couldn't get anywhere else so that's why they got four stars

Good place for non food supplies. Always sold out on food necessities to keep your pets alive. Don't rely on them to feed your lizards and such. They will starve to death.

Julianna was great. My chiwawa/Terrier loved her. Frontend workers were very rude. Need to be replaced.

I went in to schedule an appointment for my dog to be groomed. I’m glad I went in instead of calling because the girl working on a Shetland puppy was being extremely aggressive. She was aggressively tugging and talking in an aggressive manner on how bad the dog is in the dogs ear. It was so bad I went to talk to the manager I hope something is done about this because she should NOT be working with animals.

Big parking lot. A lot of selection. Friendly and helpful employees.

Always kind, courteous and helpful staff. Almost always fully stocked with what I need, but what they don't have is not their fault as thanks to Covid no one has it.

This store is always clean, with staff willing to help you.

Actually this is the best one I've been in. They also treat all their animals with respect. They have an excellent selection of products for your animals.

You can always find what you need

Two of 3 fish I bought have died within a week and the other seems very sick. I also purchased some Top Fin aquarium rocks and when I opened the bag there was a strong smell like gasoline. I will be making a trip back to return the rocks ASAP.

Everyone always courteous & helpful. Would recommend friends to shop there.

In and out if you know where to go. Isles marked very well. Small pets on right cats next, groom salon in back dog stuff on left. Friendly clerks willing to help with suggestions.

Luna and I are attending dog training sessions. The trainer, Tyler, is wonderful. Luna is learning so much and I am having fun. The classes are worth your time and you money. Thank you Tyler and PetSmart.

Horrible experience with the grooming department,will never support this business again.

My dog Atiken, who is a neufundland, got groomed here. He was a mess, and Cassie and Julia did an absolutely AMAZING job on him!!❤️

There people who worked in the store and in the grooming shop were very helpful. They answered all my questions. Excellent store and wonderful employees.

It was amazing, everyone was very friendly. I brought my cat and he got groomed and I'm going to be bring my dog there too!

No pets in stock other than a cat and 2 gerbils

Some prices can be a bit high but other prices are decent and you can even get a bargain if you hit things just right. And it's nice to have a pet store resource locally in case its needed.

This Pet Smart is a super store to shop in as well as to have your pet groomed at. Cody is a very helpful and caring manager - and the assistant managers are also a real pleasure to deal with. I enjoy coming to this store. I have my dog groomed here on a regular schedule and am extremely happy. In addition my dog loves the staff and they take excellent care of him. This is the only place I would have Bodhi groomed.

Unless you like dropping an arm and a leg, PREPARE YOUR BANK TO GET DRAINED! Amazon or Chewy are the way to go.

I'm only giving them for stars because I want more fish! Great store, employees, and a very reasonable selection of fish???? Drop petco and get petSMART! Every time I go, I think of how much more I like it over petco, so be smart????????
