Everyone is nice, Ms Christie helped Hillary get the fluid off her bladder..I love seeing Vet's that care about animals with passion. It's like a homey atmosphere. It's a job but helping dog or cat people as a family is so important. Thanks for helping her. She's my neice, I personally bring my fur babies there too. Little bit, Hazel and Django.

No communication! Been using them for a while and have been satisfied. My dog was hospitalized over a holiday and I got ZERO communication as to how she was doing. I had to go down and force fed her the day before they closed because she hadn't eaten for three days including day before surgery. I was told that while they were closed a tech would be there and call me with an update. Well, no such thing happened! Left messages because all you get is the after hours machine, NO call back! Thankfully my dog had shown improvement and was ok. But NO communication is NOT ok!!!

My dog was stung by a bee in his mouth around 7am and was throwing up so I sent my Veteran Brother to take him for an emergency visit around 7:45. I was told the doctor would be there at 8. So after 8 he was still waiting to be seen while other dogs were going back. They never even spoke to him! He went up there and they had no idea what he was even talking about! Around 8:30, no one still having spoke to him, I went up there to find him still sitting there waiting. I went to the desk where everyone was being waited on and everyone else taken back but us. I was there 10 minutes before we left and took my dog to another vet. I turned around in the back to find 4 employees just sitting and smoking. I called later in the day and still no one had a clue what I was talking about. My dog is fine now.

I would most definitely recommend Pineville Pet Hospital ! My best friend Monte my pup some how got a splinter so I was very concerned . I gave the hospital a call over the phone the lady that answered was so nice and helpful . I was able to do a walk-in when I arrived the ladies at the front was very nice . I wasn’t even there 5 min and was seen by a tech who was also very sweet took temp and weight and really took the time to listen to what I had to say and also was patient with me and Monte .Then was seen by Dr. Bethany Elder I loved her she was so sweet very nice and also help my pup ! She took real good care of him and she got the splinter out . He’s all better now ! She answered all of my questions and was so patient with me and my pup and not last but least very reasonable .

They are good people and care about your fur babies well.

My heart was broken.I only had her a year but I poured my love into her.Thank you for caring and your compassionate care and sympothy.I wish we could have saved her.When I get another cat I will definitely use ya,ll again. Diana Bergeron..for Callie Bergeron.

Nice staff! Even though we are new patients they took care of our pet like we have always been there. The vet listened to us, asked questions and explained the plan of action! My boys are satisfied customers lol They made sure we had all the medicine we needed for both our pets in the household. This business takes the care credit.

Pineville Pet Hospital is a great place to take your pet if he is sick or hurt. They take care of the animal and reassure the moms and dads also????????
