I love the way Dr. Ben so caring and concerned for my babies when they are not well. Any time I call with anything I always get the help I need. I love that I can also text them if I can't call and they are very prompt in responding. I have always had a great experience here and have nothing put compliments for this business.

The staff is amazing! Some of their prices are a little higher than other vets but I would still recommend anyone I know to bring their furry loved ones here. Dr. Wheeler is fantastic and takes such great care of her patients.

I was worried about finding a new vet when we moved, but now I am so happy we found Dr. Mains. She has been wonderful with Jax! The quality of care is excellent and Dr. Mains and the support team are always accommodating.

Initial experience was positive and staff very profession. Response time and client call backs were very disappointing.

We love the friendliness of all of the team at RRVH. Also the organized way they communicate with us via text and email is very helpful for my husband and I to communicate about our dog, and not miss the medications she needs. We love Dr. Wheeler and how kind she is to our girl. She listens well, is knowledgable, and genuinely cares about Lainey's overall care. We have recommended many people to this vet office!

I would rate a million stars if I could. Oliver went in a few days ago as he was hiding from us and was in alot of pain. We brought him early in the morning and Dr. Dunn looked at him right away. We had no idea how serious his situation was. Oliver was on the verge of death due to a urinary obstruction and Dr. Dunn began treating him right away. We were updated daily and she took care of him as if he were her own. She is such a kind, knowledgeable, and thorough vet. We cannot thank her enough as well as all of the other staff at River Road Vet Hospital. He is now home and relaxing. I am so, so grateful.

I brought Sophee there on a few occasions. The last time I called and I got in the same day. She has a torn CCL and a knee issue. The staff was so loving and the Vet called to check on her after examination. I appreciate their kindness and attentiveness to my pet.

The staff is amazing! Such a clean a sanitary office. The doctor was so thorough and she and all of the staff are so empathetic and friendly and truly care about your Pet's needs. They listened to our concerns and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Left feeling so much better and my dog was happy and healed quickly.

I'm so glad I swapped Vets over to bring Dusty Jo to River Road. Extremely welcoming experience and communicative. Dusty Jo was welcomed with open arms the minute she walked in and loved everyone. I didn't feel a sense of unease placing her hands in their care like I did with my last Vet. Truly grateful for the warmth and care!

While having many questions regarding my pet’s health and possible things we can do to help it , Grace was very helpful over the phone , answering any questions I had and she was very nice and attentive. Such great staff and I’m looking forward to coming in. I went in for the first time and everyone was so friendly! I loved their team and Dr. Ben and Amanda were very informative and helpful! I will definitely bring my dog Baxter back and he loves it there as well. I highly recommend this amazing vet!

First off, everyone was great with my pet. So, I'll focus this review on other things that people may wonder about. The facility was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and prompt in getting us checked in, and we did not have a long wait for the vet once put in a room. Dr. Ben was great! He was patient and answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. The visit was also pressure free in that I was never made to feel coerced into paying for extra services. Moreover, the pricing for those services which were rendered was super reasonable. I would definitely recommend RRVH to those looking to establish with a local vet.
