Staff is often not knowledgeable, and always seem like your disturbing them when you ask a question.

Friendly staff. Found what I wanted and was out the door quickly and on to the rest of my day.

Associates were very helpful. We were looking at guinea pigs and the website claimed they had some, but they didn't. So that was disappointing.

Always a pleasant experience. The cats & hamsters are always calling my name.

Groomers are very sensitive to the dogs needs when grooming and they tried hard to do a good job!

Micque took good care of my babies when I took them here for grooming. Would definitely recommend!

Snotty people I'm disabled and my dog is off the leash no matter how much I told him that it's a service dog and she's trained off the leash he still gave me a hard time wouldn't recommend you bringing your dog cuz he's afraid they'll fight I don't like PetSmart I don't know why I went in there

I love how PetSmart price match their own online prices when you are purchasing from inside of the store.

Clean store with a nice large variety but does cost more than discount store

It has the hay I need for my bunnies. Very affordable prices.

Took my dogs to the groomers there and they did a pretty good job. I just don’t like how they cut the hair around my small dogs face.

Unfortunately it's a little understaffed so I stood at the desk for a while waiting to be seen but friendly staff. The doctor's are very thorough but I'm also still waiting on test results

The betta fish look miserable and I love it

If you love your pet please do not bring them to pet smart this isn't the first incident that I have had with pet smart the staff including the manager have no clean what their doing Milo has been getting groomed at pet smart since he was 2 months and the first incident occurred when he was 7 months I received a called stating that all of a sudden Milo is scared of the clippers and they could not finish the grooming therefore I stopped bringing him to the Claiborne location I decide to switch locations and brought him to Elmwood where I spoke to Sierra the "grooming manager" and explained Milo's last experience she stated this is why she booked him with her that I should stay in the area and if she couldn't she would call me in 15 minutes, well 15 minutes past I received no call so I left and few hours later I received a call stating they had unfortunate news that Milo was so stressed during his grooming session he popped a blood vessel. I have no clue what really happened to my puppy unfortunately it is very clear he was hurt and for them to state he was stressed and popped a blood vessel in his eye when clearly from looking at his injures you can see for yourself this was not the CASE my puppy was injured during the grooming and when I picked him up from medvet he was shaking and till this day he is traumatized. The regional manager had the nerve to tell me he has no clue what happened to Milo because he was not there but that he suggest that I should bring my puppy to a groomers where he can get sedate for his grooming MIND YOU THE REASON HE IS TRAUMATIZED IS CAUSE OF PET SMART I don't care if they paid for his $80 dollar medical visit I am putting this out there so this does not happen to anyone else's pet.

Has a problem keeping crickets in stock, but always a friendly and helpful staff.

My go-to pet store! Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and give honest opinions about their products, because they use them too. They have adopt-a-pet events on a regular basis, hard to walk away without a new puppy.

Always love going to get my pets food from there.Prices are fair,and always a nice atmosphere
