They always are very good with my pet; they do a great job of keeping my cat calm with lots of pets and kind words. They genuinely care about animals and it shows.

Clean facility and friendly staff. Very professional. Adapted to my pet’s needs! My dog is terrified of going to any vet. As usual, she was shaking and cowering in my lap in the lobby. Dr Claire and her staff came and sat with us and took their time to see if she would relax. They were very patient and kind. We were there primarily for annual shots. No one else was in the lobby at the time. Dr Claire suggested that she could just do the exam and shots there and avoid the additional stress of taking her to the back, etc. She completed the shots in a flash while I held my doggo and another staff person fed her treats. Best vet visit ever! Thanks, Dr Claire and Pet Care Center Clinic! And reasonable prices too. So glad to find our new vet!

Friendly staff and care to the need of the owners and dog 100% recommended

While visiting NOLA from out of state, our dog poked is eye somehow and he couldn't open it. Called several vets to see if they could help him, but they were "too busy" to see him. Called Pet Care Center and was told if we could drop him off, they'd work him in. 2 hours later, we were called to come and get him. No serious damage to his eye, Dr. prescribed eye ointment to use. I can't thank Pet Care enough for taking the time to see and care for our dog.

I finally started working again and would have had a difficult time paying the rent (which was a THING). You kindly worked with me on the cost, which I am so grateful for. But more than that, you were kind, caring & warm, and really connected with me and Sam. Thank you so so much!!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Claire!!!!! She is a rock star!!! There has been some.turn over lately, as would be expected... I can say the vet tech who deals with my dog Cooper is amazing as well! I need more time to be able to call out specific staff members... but overall I think everything about PCC-Esplanade is wonderful!!!

Dr. Claire Scott and the staff at Pet Care Center (Esplanade) are some of the kindest, most amazing people I have had the pleasure of knowing in terms of my senior dog, Minka. Minka has had her share of health issues as she has gotten older, and no one has been more responsive than Dr. Claire and her staff, caring about both Minka and me when Minka needed immediate care or I even had a question. Everyone is so friendly, caring, and genuine. That means everything. My sincere and continued thanks!!!

Called while traveling in NOLA on a Monday AM. My dog had ear infection and they were able to see us same day. Friendly service, dr came out to reception room to talk to my husband, prescribed meds and Roxie is feeling better already!! Thank you for being so accommodating! Great job!

Dr. Claire is the BEST!!!

We were visiting from California and after having to board our.cocker spaniel in a nearby facility for four days he came down with bloody diarrhea. We were freaked our as our puppy was only ten months old. We came through the door at 4:00 and were panicked. From the receptionist to the aid to the vet we were treated with utmost care and kindness. They were wonderful. They provided us with medication and our puppy pulled thru just fine. We are very grateful.

My dog, Jazz, spent the day at the Pet Care Center Esplanade while I was moving. It was a relief to ahave a safe place for him to stay during the commotion. I mentioned this to a neighbor who is a client but who did not know about the boarding service. She was pleased to learn about it.

Dr. Martin is knowledgeable, funny, and communicative. The staff are incredible!

Dr. Claire Scott was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Her assistant in the exam room was also very helpful. Both helped to explain my dog's condition, potential underlying causes, and treatment alternatives.

We were traveling in New Orleans when our dog had an allergic reaction resulting in swollen, painful ears - at about 4 am. I reached out to Pet Care Center when they opened at 8 am on a Saturday, and within 30 minutes we were at the Vet and our pup was in with the vet. Thanks to the accommodations in squeezing us in for an appointment along with the quick diagnosis and prescriptions, our dog was feeling better within 24 hours and back to 100% in the next five days. It was such a relief - and I'll always be grateful. Next time we're down here for our snowbird vacation, they'll be our Vet of choice.

The entire PCC Esplanade team is amazing! So hard working and very sweet.

I have had the best experience here. I am a travel nurse, so finding a reliable vet in new cities all the time can be daunting. I’ve taken my Daisy here twice and both times the entire staff have been truly wonderful. They are quick and efficient all while still taking the time to bond with the dog to make them more comfortable. They even did a follow up phone call after her vaccinations to check on her. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Claire Scott and the staff at Pet Care Center on Esplanade are always friendly and efficient and the location is perfect for me as well. They take good care of Angel and always explain fully the problems they find and the treatment they recommend. I can't see going anywhere else.

Lydia and Claire were a great help setting up my appointment last minute. They took great care of nugget which is a complete job on it own, couldn’t be happier

Dr. Claire has been an amazing vet for my dogs over the years. I appreciate everything she’s done for Oscar & Penny. Lydia has also been extremely kind and professional and it’s always a pleasure to interact with her. I always feel extremely welcome when I’m there and wouldn’t trade the Pet Care Center on Esplanade for anything.

The staff is very very friendly, accommodating and professional. I'm very pleased with Pet Care Center. All the neighbors I've spoken to about Pet Care have nothing but great comments about both service and staff. They most definitely deserve five stars.

Dr. Claire is the best! Every greyhound I’ve taken there (3 so far) love her. ❤️
